Jacksonville Pawn King is the best pawn shop around to find and buy items or if you need a loan they loan top dollar. I return week after week to see what they have for sale.

Friendly staff, regardless how many times they have to see me a week, they are willing to help me out when Im in a bind.

I have been going to Jacksonville pawn King for many years. For starters Joshua is amazing and he wouldn’t ever sell me anything that wasn’t worth it. Nor would they ever buy anything that wasn’t really worth selling. I have Purchased so much from them MacBook TVs a Dyson vacuum IRumba Lawnmower weedeater the list could go on. If I ever had any problems they make it right. PS I wasn’t paid to say this LOL.

Staff is professional but policies are bogus. We purchased a chain saw back in April, went home and couldnt get it to work and returned it the next day. Was told that it was policy that they dont give cash back; we had to get a gift card. Came in today to check out things and verify the balance. Was told that the gift card was valid for only 8 months. So you take my cash for a defective product, and wont give me money back, and give me 8 months to buy something else that may not work before you keep my money forever. Pretty great business model to make easy money, bad customer service.Update: they did give me a refund a few days later but I had to call the corporate office (which was an umbrella company/lawyers office under a different name per the voice mail message) and leave a message, and the store manager had difficulty applying the refund in their system due to the way the gift card was originally processed. Im definitely once bitten, twice shy over the whole situation.

They know how to treat their customers. Josh and Kayla were great to deal with and beyond accommodating when I recently visited. Will be back.

The store has made a huge huge turn around in the last couple years. The staff is very cool and professional. Anytime I have a problem with something they make it right. Other pawn shops need to be more like them.

I think its a pretty nice place to go but video games and consoles and movies and all the tools and guns to buy and sell not the boat but i still give it five stars for their good work

I live 45 minutes away I called in looking for some subs they told me they were very busy and asked if I would call back I said yes. I called back got a different worker asked him if he could tell me what subs they had and he told me Im not going to help you shop over the phone if you want to know come in and see for yourself. From my experience they arent very professional.
