APS Promotional Solutions did a FANTASTIC job with embroidering my company logo on my shirts. I very rarely post a Google review; but this was a must do. As a compliance and quality expert, my standards can be very painfully high, and my expectations, no less higher.APS exceeded my expectations. I unashamedly did a happy dance in Amy and Ronnies office as I picked up my company shirts. Id give 10 stars if there were that many, but multiply by 2, and that should say it all.Austin, who initially took my call, was so patient and reassuring. He explained the process, pricing etc., with quiet confidence. I came in and then walked away feeling my company shirts were in very good hands. Jarret even got the graphics just right on the first review. It was all great team work.I without reservation, highly recommend APS for any and all your printing and embroidery. APS was able to engrave 250 Yetis cups for the company I work for in short notice and have them done in 5 days. I told them it was very urgent and they responded by having them done within my timeline. The quality of the laser engraving is 10/10 they have an awesome machine and great employees. My experience was great and I would highly recommend them for engraving. The machine they have can engrave any material and something I thought was very cool was the fact they can change the depth of the engraving.I will be back!-Wilson

We use this company for our office swag for marketing purposes. They never fail!I always have a timely response from their staff and they are always friendly. There was even a time where they did not have a product we wanted, but they let us order what we wanted from Amazon and they customized it for us. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the quality of the large banners I ordered. I cant stop looking at them. But the other amazing part was the price. I feel like I got a terrific deal, so I had them help me with the layout and format of my business sign. (A one-shot deal, so visually there was a lot at stake.) A lot of changes had to be made for the correct format, but Dan was very communicative and patient. Im very grateful!

Horrible, I wish I could have given 0 stars!! I spoke to this guy (Ronnie Roelse - President) and he accused me of being a scam and refuse to help or serve me. He used very obscene language. At the time my company had just started and I only had a magic jack phone line and was located in The Bahamas before we grew, branching out stateside. And he went on accusing me of not being able to speak english properly to using a magic jack phone. People please beware of this company and person (Ronnie Roelse)!!
