I went on a Tuesday needing my son’s name on his golf bag. He starts his fall league back up and thought it would be nice to have his name on his bag- like the pros. The gentleman whom help me was very nice and made great suggestions for what I needed done. I left the bag and it was done within a few days! It looks better than expected and my golfer loves it!

The medium shirt was a size for my 8yo granddaughter. Must be a Chinese medium.Wasnt shown the sizes of shirts available ...never seen a medium that small and it hasnt even been washed yet. 😡this sucks🤬. Cant change it because he doesnt have shirts in stock.

Over the top customer service!!! I had an item that was very difficult to monogram. The owner wouldnt give up until he figured out a way to make it work.....treated this as if it was his own. Very professional and highly recommend this company!!!

Paul helped design some artwork for welcome bags for my son’s wedding. He did an amazing job on each and every one! They are far better than I expected and will be a great detail for our guests. The turn around time was reasonable and the pricing for such a detailed embroidery job was very fair. I highly recommend this business.

I used Hines to make my Bridal Party flannel shirts for my upcoming wedding. Paul was efficient, timely, and did excellent work, and I just love our shirts! I went in wanting embroidery, but he offered a different option that I liked better as it had more font options. He even helped me out when I had to add another shirt on last minute! He would open the shop during off hours for me to pick up or drop off, knowing my schedule and was always very friendly and professional. He also was the one to do my daughters shirts for her school uniform and those are still going strong! I would recommend Paul and his shop to anyone wanting some personalized clothing for personal or business!

I called Hines to see if they could possibly embroider my name on a golf bag and they said yes. I headed straight over there and he welcomed me in and did the design and embroidery immediately on-the-spot and it only took 15 minutes! And I love it! Thank you for the great service! I will highly recommend to others looking for custom embroidery in the greater Jacksonville area!

You can put your printing worries to rest with Paul. Hes very easy to communicate with and does great work. What I find amazing is his ability to meet deadlines. If its a rush job hell do his best to print while you wait! Prices are ok. He upped the price on my t shirt print job by $.50 per piece when I went to pick up the order. Still cheaper than FC tees.

I ordered my sons uniform on Hines website and it seems my order was ignored. I called and left a message after almost two weeks of waiting, no one called back. I called again the next day and was promised my order would go out the same day. Four days later, I am still being told the order will be mailed out that same day. I was charged a flat fee of $7 for shipping and like the company, I also live in Jacksonville. It has been three weeks they are still making promises of delivery which has yet to arrive. Horrible and unreliable company. If I had ordered from AMAZON I would have had my order as promised. Do not use this company. Note, this was outside of the busy school season and I was promised fast delivery at the time I placed my order.
