I had a fantastic experience at the Peloton store. I was helped by Roy Krivda who was phenomenal. He helped me get recalibrated on the bike with patience and educated me on the movements to feel my best. Although reluctant to try the new bike, I listened to the trade in offer and got the necessary details on warranty/benefits of switching. The rest of the team was fabulous as well and the store was aesthetically pleasing but you also felt good vibes in there. I went in to use my referral credit and got out feeling better about my form (15-minute consultation). PS: the new apparel line is fantastic - leggings are 10/10. They were nice and showed me all the features I wanted to see. Answered all my questions. Due to the high demand during the pandemic manufacturing can hardly keep up. That’s everywhere you go though, same with furniture stores. If you want the “elite” Peloton, you just have to wait and understand your date may even be pushed back. People wouldn’t be as upset if they told them upfront.
EDIT -- While I will not change the fact the shipping company completely screwed my delivery up, I will amend my review of Peloton as a whole. The Bike + is more than worth the wait! It is strongly built and the content on the site is amazing!After waiting two months they just cancelled my delivery and rescheduled for January 28th!Ordered October 5th!Four Month lead time and they can not even guarantee that they will meet that date!!!!
Today, March 29, I walked into the store. I was greeted immediately by three wonderful people.I told them my situation, and immediately they problem solved and corrected everything. They made my day. There names were:Dominique, Stacy, and Jessica.
Very poor customer service. Order canceled after waiting 2.5 months. Would recommend looking to other brands.
