Burdens crew member Matt inspected the door on Thursday Oct 21, 2021and provided advise about the different options. The crews were able to install the door the following Friday because the owner had a supply of overhead doors and springs. I called this company about 11 am Tuesday when I was having trouble with my garage door. My call was returned within 10 minutes of leaving a message. EVERYONE I talked with was so professional and they came out that afternoon to look at the issues. My garage door was fixed right the first time. Matt was outstanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Matt did tell me that I would more then likely have to replace the motor and springs in the near future. After talking with Matt and Mr. Gary, my wife and I decided to go ahead and go ahead with the recommendation. Mr. Gary gave us the best price and Matt WAS BACK THE NEXT AFTERNNON to complete the job. From the reviews I decided to use them to troubleshoot my garage door, well I wasted $75 I will not recommend a company like this they said that they will call me and still waiting, very irresponsible stay away from them.To make things clear the 1st day he balanced the door and it was working when he left but next morning the door wasnt working I call your office early in the morning and you said the tech will call, and he did but the tech said that he will check with you and get some prices for the part that he will need. You did not call and your tech never came to check if I will need to replace anything or at least to see why I still have the same issue that I did the first time I call.

I can not say enough about this company! Amazing in every way! I called THIS MORNING after having a difficult time with a general contractor. The owner came out personally within a couple hours!!! Very nice person and truly cares about his company and customers!

I was given 2 numbers for garage door repair from my real estate agent. I called a different company first and they couldnt get to the home for a week. As we live in Texas and the tenants in our rental home were due to move out the following day I needed the door fixed ASAP. I called Mr. Burden and gave him the tenants phone number, who never returned his call. The next day the tenants decided to remove our door entirely and lay it on the front lawn!!
