Absolutely horrible STAY FAR AWAY. Came out and gave me a quote to install a new stove and for a rental propane tank that they insisted I needed. I hadn’t received a bill for the next month so I called and asked, said I had no bill and they would be out to check on my tank in the next few days. 5 days later I get a call saying they charge me wrong and I owe an extra $250 I paid over $400 for them to install a new tank and stove and now a month and a half later I suddenly owe more?! I called multiple times before I agreed for them to even do the work to verify that’s how much I’d be paying because it seemed a little expensive. They told my father and myself that if they found that it was their fault that they quoted me wrong that they wouldn’t have me pay it. Called me back a couple days later saying unfortunately they did and that they would give me an extra month to pay it. No thank you. I have proof that I was quoted what I was quoted. Stay far away.

My family has been using Great Gas for over 50 years. Always the best service and prices in the area. Called their competitors a couple times over the years just to compare. The other companies were rude and arrogant and wouldnt even give me prices. Mr and Mrs Williams have always been the sweetest folks to deal with. Couldnt ask for better people. And, their gas prices have always been lower than the rest. Recently, ordered new gas log inserts to replace storm damaged ones. Theyve held on to them for over a year while we waited for a chimney guy to work on our chimney. Highly recommend this local business!! :)

I feel bad for the people who seem to have had a bad experience, but for us the company has been great. They were able to come install the tank initially in a reasonable amount of time and the installer was helpful and friendly. Also, the last time I needed my tank filled, they responded very quickly

Worst place ever . The billing is unclear inconsistent they double the prices and make excuses one year the charge you for gallons you need to fill the tank next year they charge for how many you didnt use . Then dont want to admit they are wrong. The owner is a thief. We used it to heat a pool 2 times once was last year and she tried to say we used 156 gallons that one time. Go somewhere else thats more professional .

From the beginning to the end this company has been amazing. I cant recommend them enough! They were at my house in a hour of me signing up (our heat pump died two weeks ago from another freak snowstorm) and Ice storm Pax getting ready to hit. Unfortunately due to our gas logs not being used for a few years, our fire cut off that evening. My husband stopped by Great Gas the next day to see about buying a new log system. He met with Jeff who literally followed my husband back to our house on the other side of town with ice storm going on outside. He was here for over an hour and a half cleaning up and working on our existing fire logs and got them going and good as new. He could of easily sold my husband a log set and called it a day. But he went above and beyond as if he were an old friend. I cant thank them enough and cant give them a good enough review after all they have done for us. Thank you Great Gas. Another very satisfied customer! Highly Recommend!

Horrible customer service and pretty much thieves. It’s April so gas isn’t needed in the fireplace anyways. We are moving so I called up to cancel my account as soon as they opened. Instead of canceling it, they came out later that day and filled up my tank. I saw the charge on my debit card and when I called them up to question it, they told me they filled up the tank and had no notification that I was closing my account. Now they will be picking up a new, full tank and refuse to refund my money. I will be disputing with my bank. They also take forever to fill up your tank in the cold months even after calling for 2-3 days saying you need a refill. Stay far, far away.

Absolutley the worst business to deal with. The owner Jerry Allen, is horrible. I wanted to buy a insert for my fireplace and have my heat pump serviced. Please do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Paid for oil was told it would be delivered that same day. Husband called to double check as we were back and forth moving into our new home and the lady said it was delivered. That night we go to turn the furnace on and nothing. Call a service tech thinking it was the furnace...NOPE. After a hefty fee we were told there was NO OIL in our tank! We both left messages on their emergency answering machine and NEVER got a call back. This was Dec 31st. So we had our 3 girls and NO HEAT because of their FAILURE! 3 nights without heat and no call back from them, we had to call them when they re-opened! Im now going on day 4 awaiting for the money to be refunded to my bank! Word to the wise, this company is shady and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!

A gentleman came today and met with my husband to discuss pricing for getting a whole home generator installed with propane tanks. Needless to say, this gentleman was using profane language and spitting chewing tobacco in my backyard where my dogs roam around, and it is because of this unprofessional behavior that we will not be dealing with this company now or anytime in the foreseeable future.

They are highly disorganize. I rented their tank for my fireplace for almost 3 years. They never could tell when (day) would deliver. I just got my full tank picked up, since I am moving. It was full (probably $60 of gas remained) and they told me that they do not reimburse for smaller tanks. Please consider other companies before signing contract with them.

I was a little hesitant trying out this company after reading some bad reviews, but Im glad I did. They have been nothing but professional with us. Every time I need gas, I call them on Monday and they are here filling up our tanks on Wednesday, sometimes even Tues.! Their prices are reasonable. Thanks Great Gas for the GREAT service!

Have had very positive results with this company. I have been using them for years. They accommodated me with a larger tank when I asked a few years ago. Had regulator go bad and they were Johnny on the spot getting out here to resolve the issue.

This company is not the place to go. I received an extremely rude phone call from the owner during a very difficult time.
