I recommend Kingpin Karts. Ive had an excellent experience with the owner. His prices are fair and he is a honest person. His work on my golf cart has been wonderful and I have had no issues to date. Recently I heard he caught COVID. Hope youre feeling better!

My wife and I went through a bad golf cart building experience with Roger. He wasnt upfront with the status of the project, continuously leading us to believe the build will be completed sooner than it was. Roger would go days, if not weeks, not returning texts or calls. He deflected all the issues trying to avoid responsibility. Roger delivered an incomplete cart missing the rear grab bar and mirror. We waited over a week for him to come back and install the missing items. Recently, he was supposed to come over and fix the hanging taillight that wasnt properly installed over a month ago. Roger has not responded to any of my calls or texts. We dont recommend anyone to go thru this kind of hassle ...

Kingpin carts came recommended to me and I was not impressed. Initially he came out right away, assessed the situation and tried to troubleshoot the battery problem. The following week he was supposed to come out at 4:30, so I left work early and he never showed up. He admitted he forgot and then suggested he come the next day. He didn’t show up that day either. He claimed he meant another day. He finally made it out and determined all batteries needed to be replaced. He scheduled a full replacement for a Monday and I got home from work to find that he had shown up without any batteries that day so he had to go back and get them and come back Tuesday.When I got the invoice, I told him I was going to pay him in 2 days. I felt it was only fair to make him wait a few days since he spent days of my time promising to show up and not doing it. I ended up paying the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it so his response is not valid and you can see that he doesnt even address his poor service in his response because his professionalism and scheduling are non-existent.If this sounds like someone you want to work with, go ahead. But for me personally, I prefer companies that show up and get the work done when they say they will and be professional about it.

Xenophobic Roger - and on top of that the quality and knowledge just isnt there.

Roger built a 2016 Club Car Precedent for me and I have been beyond happy. I was able to stop by and view the progress of the build and was amazed at how far he took it apart before rebuilding. He gave me what is basically a new cart. I do not believe any other company will match this quality. I will recommend this company to anyone buying a cart.

Roger has been servicing our cart for several years. He’s honest, reasonable and the convenience can’t be beaten. Just recently bought a used cart from him as well that is Fantastic!

Something is fishy with this guy whatever you do find somebody else... Call him to come look at my broken golf cart and he comes out one time and tells me hes going to order parts and then disappears for 3 weeks... Does not answer the phone and does not return any calls.. And the 1st time he came he said it would be a $400 part and after waiting almost a month I found another company to come out and they fixed it for $200 it wasnt even related to what he said...

Roughly 10 months ago, I became fed up with paying for insanely high priced labor and parts for my 2008 EZGO TXT cart. I searched online for a new cart company, and I found Kingpin Karts. Since then, Kingpin has installed a new JVC receiver, including upgraded wiring, in my cart, provided and installed new wheels and tires, painted the entire cart, installed a new light kit, and performed some other various re-wiring and related work. Kingpin has been reliable, reasonably priced, responsive, and overall solid. I highly recommend Kingpin Karts to anyone who owns a cart.

The new cart is just what I asked for. The whole process with Roger was easy and simple. They followed up after the sale and helped with some extra items I needed. I recommend them to anyone needing a new cart or serviceI just received my second cart In April ‘20 from kingpin. It’s absolutely awesome. I can’t recommend roger enough for all your cart needs.

Owner was quick to respond and fix our flat tire fast. After repeatedly being told by other companies they would show up, this company kept their word and charged half what others were asking. I will most definitely work again with kingpin karts.

Roger came to my home and was able to quickly identify why my golf cart wasn’t charging. He showed up on time and was very nice and easy to work with.

Do not trust James Weaver with building a golf cart period. He is a liar and a thief. I trusted him to pay for a golf cart in full that he turned around and resold to a customer, without paying for the golf cart in full. In a world where trust is everything, avoid doing business with KingPIn Karts, owner James Weaver.. i have tried number times and given him almost a year to make this right and he has continued to avoid paying his balance to Jenkins Motorsports.
