Ordered a Jakes lift kit, $411.00 Took almost 6 months to receive.. Bolts missing from kit, when I notified them they sent more bolts and charged me 30 something dollars, yet I had already paid for bolts supposed to be in kit. Finally got refunded the shipping cost, got the new bolts and still missing nuts and bolts for the steering riser. Spindles fit sloppy where they should go, was told to use old spacer and had to buy 2 more to fit properly. The holes where the king pin fit were to small and had to clean them out with a dremel tool and a sanding attachment. Just spent $15 more for more bolts and lock nuts at hardware store. Will not purchase anything from them again..

So in the beginning I thought this place was great, they would help you with technical service and parts needed.. but then the problems started, first I ordered a motor and was told I did not have to change anything out, long story short, I burned out the wires and the FWD/RVRS switch, after I was told I did not have to do anything till the motor worked its way in use... so then I decided to buy a new FWD/RVRS switch and custom made large gauge cables, but when asking tech service the size lugs I needed from the switch, they gave me the wrong information, this ended up costing me a wasted $100, on the custom cables.So with this being said, be careful about what you do with them and try to do your homework on what technical support tells you.I could go on with shipping problems and more details about my situation, but this is the short version and most problematic situation.

I ordered what I thought were some GTW rims and tires. What I got was a completely different part number on the site. Customer service was atrocious with no care for what I wanted as a customer. The customer service representative asked me if the different rims really made that much difference to me. I told her yes because thats what I ordered. The only response I got from that was I was welcome to send them back. Ill never shop here again because they dont stand behind what the website says and shows. Also, I still have not received my other two tires with no updates on the shipping status. Make sure you get what you pay for is all I can say!

I had ordered a new Navitas controller from them for my EZ-GO RXV. Arrived quickly, but upon installation I realized it was not a controller for an EZ-GO but a Precendent. It was boxed in a Navitias EZ-GO box though. The controller was also dirty with grease marks.I immediately called Buggies Unlimited and explained the problem and they sent me a return label but could not issue a replacement since they were now out of stock. And new stock would not be available for at least 3 weeks. But they said they would issue me a refund once the product arrived back in warehouse. This was not acceptable to me since I paid over $900 for a product that was not sent and is now out of stock. My golf cart is currently torn apart for the installation, Im out of a product and out of $900+ till they receive it back in a week. And with a credit card refund that will be another 5-10 business days till its returned to card. At which time I can order the part elsewhere, which means delivery a week or so after that.The initial lady I spoke with reluctantly said that they would issue to refund once it was mailed and I called with the tracking number. To which I did the next morning, but the second lady stated they dont issue refunds till arrival. Neither lady was empathetic to my situation nor conveyed any apology or regret for situation.I strongly recommend against using them. Not only unacceptable customer service, the product that did arrive looked was wrong product and looked used, by the dirt and grease on it.

Called this company and spoke to a guy name Dan. He pick up the call and said to me when i asked how he was doing and he said in 1 hour ill be the hell out of here, i should have known i was in trouble then. He didnt know a thing about tire sizes and said for me to call back on Tuesday after the holiday. I ask if he would send me a few selections and he said well i have an hour left so i can do that. He never sent anything, this company seems to be a joke, why would anyone use them.

I purchased a GTW flip seat for a Yamaha G14 cart via the phone order. Sales person was knowledgeable and service was great. The seat arrived in less than a week (even with the COVID challenges). No missing parts and the quality of the kit exceeded expectations. Installation required some elbow grease, but the instructions were clear. Overall good value and I would definitely order from Buggies Unlimited again.

Received a bad controller was told I had to wait for it to be tested to receive a new one. I tried to pay for another one in the meantime and have them just keep that one. She told me that even if I bought a new one again they would still send the old one back if it tested good and I could not get my $ back. I think this is bad business.

I tip my hat to Dustin K. Williams in Customer Service:I decided to build a customize Club Car Precedent Buggy during the Quarantine. Lots to chose from and order from Buggies Unlimited. I was ready for a fun project. I ordered. Boxes came. Lots of them. Almost everyday for 2 weeks as I spent nights searching & discovering new items. Days were spent installing stuff by myself in my garage. Lift kit, Tire/Rim Pkg, Light kit w/ directionals, Fender Flares, Brush guard, Extended roof, LED kit, Seat cover upgrade, Bazooka Sound, Steering wheel, LED Light bar, Dash kit, Rear seat upgrade, upgraded motor parts, Side Step bars. Etc.Assisting in helping me complete what I had missed was Dustin K. Williams in Customer Service. Dustin was able to tell me about a few key things that I had missed that were safety items. First were these super cool grab handles that gave us something to hold onto getting into a lifted buggy and the second and most important were 1” rear tire spacers. I had not known about these spacers. After installing the rear spacers not only did it give my buggy a more rugged look, it’s wider stance made it handlebetter.In the e-commerce world Customer Service reps that aren’t canned & can actually “make the call”know what they are talking about and are willing to help in making your purchase correctly or rectifying any situation, few would stand next to Dustin K. Williams in this category.Seem over the top? Not! I’m glad I was able to connect with him and Buggies Unlimited.

Very poor customer service ordered wheel and tire set on June 6th from website that was in stock.1 week later received invoice stating item out of stock. I waited six weeks for the supposed ship. I called was told my items were in stock and would receive them within 4 days. I called on the 4th day which was July 22 because website still said in process was told on that day they have vendors that are more important and already shipped out all stock and would be another 6 weeks to receive order. I just received my refund to PayPal today Aug 11. Definitely would not waste your time with this company.

It shipped on December 6 and I will not get it until late in the day on TUESDAY December 10th for goodness sake. And....I thought Pony Express was slow. Purchased a golf cart controller from this business 14 months ago. Started acting up 6 weeks after warranty expired. Called to see if they could work with me to possible extend the warranty with a help the customer extension or at least pro-rate the warranty. Received a flat out NO ! Then was placed on hold for 5 minutes to be switched to a different customer service representative who stated that we wouldnt cover it even 2 week after warranty. Be careful of who you deal with. I also then later found a company CAPS Service in Geneva IL. that will rebuild it for less than a third of what the original cost was. BUYER BEWARE !!!

Ordered wheels and tires online and paid through PayPal. They showed available and after 3 weeks I called to find out where they were and it was communicated to me that they were out of stock. So they changed the order for a set that they said was in stock. Another 3 weeks went by and nothing. Now we are at 6 weeks with the PayPal $$ drafted and no delivery. I called once again and they stayed that the other wheel were out as well. I asked to cancel the order and they stated it would take 2-5 business days to receive the refund. I am now on week ten with no refund and no wheels. Had to purchase from eBay which came as expected. Lesson learned here. Don’t trust their site, don’t pay upfront and don’t depend on them to deliver on time. I have a pending case with PayPal now and hope to get it resolved soon and get my refund. Piss poor service and no return calls, emails or messenger notes. Stay away.

While people are nice on the phone, I am currently on my 5th incorrect delivery in 2 weeks. All I needed was an axle lug and a washer. The wrong parts have been sent to me 5 times now in 2 weeks. This last one was supposed to be part 6427, which is a simple washer, which is marked on the delivery slip, yet they sent part number 6742, which is a plastic “accelerator return spring cup.” It’s like the warehouse has a grab bag and no idea what you’re trying to order for your golf cart or any concern for checking. When you point it out there is basically zero remorse or an attempt to make it up to you other than next day delivery, which doesn’t mean anything when it’s still the wrong part. Even if they tell you it’s next day delivery it’s still a total shot in the dark of it’s going to arrive next day.

My only regret from buying from this company is the same item was less expensive from other sources by a good $12. I purchased 2 sets of 4 tires and wheels for my golf carts. They substituted, with my consent, higher priced tires because they didnt have the ones I wanted in stock, and gave me a discount so that the price was even lower than my original order. All but one were perfect. One had a slow leak and they replaced the tire and wheel combination. Sales and customer relations were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Mari who was great in replacing the one defective unit. Original delivery and replacement were one day service by UPS from the local warehouse. I would definitely do business with them again.

BU sent me the wrong cart cover and I had to pay to ship it back to them 43 days ago. I immediately repurchased the correct cover and was forced by BU to pay for it a second time, otherwise they would not ship it. I assumed that I would be refunded for the first one within 7 days after they received it, as promised. After 7 days, I contacted BU several times to inquire and request my refund without success. Subsequently, I filed a dispute with PayPal, and after 40 days I finally receive my refund. Beware of this seller. I will never buy from Buggies Unlimited again.

I am super disappointed with Buggies Unlimited Service!!! Order from them for the first time last week a light kit and a back seat. We received the light kit in damaged yesterday!!!!!! When we tried to call and report it they were of course closed. We needed to use the lights for an event we have tomorrow so my husband tried to make them work with what we had. I ordered the GTW Mach 2 Aluminum rear flip seat for a 2017 Yamaha EFI Drive 2 cart. When you get to step # 9 & 10 you are supposed to remove two rear bolts at the rear of the frame which you cannot get to unless you remove a cover which is not shown in the instructions. After the bolts are removed you have to drill two 13/32 holes completely through the frame and install supplied bolts. The instructions are way to vague covering this step and dont mention the cover at all. I called for tech support and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Once I did get someone they were not able to assist me and had never installed this seat. Very poor customer service with this issue.

So i went ahead a placed the order online and 3 days later it never shipped. Called customer service 4x in one day b/c i was told i had to speak to someone else that wasnt in right now. I was told by staff on the phone the item was a guaranteed fit it was way off. I bought an axel for $450 plus $189 in shipping. The websight just had txt in the description. But the description stated for EzGO golf carts. Reality is that it is for only certain models (txt). To return the part they want an addition shipping charge added to the $189. So for their poor web sight description they want to charge me $358. So I would get back $261 after paying $639 plus tax. The worst company ever. Dont use them. Bad buisiness practice.

This is by far one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Nobody takes responsibility for the problems that I have experienced. They just transfer you back and forth for you to explain all over again. I ordered a year ago from them and experienced the same issues. I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I would not do business with this company as they are extremely unprofessional. It will cost you a lot of aggrivation and lost time to get your order right. Buggies is owned by Nivel Parts and they are DOUBLE DIPPING!!!. Not only can the general public buy the parts cheaper from Buggies then the wholesale dealers can from Nivel but they offer free shipping on orders over $199 where the dealers who buy from Nivel have to order $1000 to get free freight. I recommend anyone who is buying from Nivel look elsewhere to buy their parts.

Buggies unlimited is the same company as Everything Carts.I called (buggies unlimited) to order a clutch for a 2009 RXV and the rep told me that the clutch was about $350, but i could get the clutch they use on the newer carts for about $250. So i ordered it and received it just fine. I installed it and then the existing belt didnt fit. So i called the number on the invoice (which was for Everything carts) and talked to the rep there. He did confirm that i would need a different belt. I went ahead with the order of the belt. Well they sent me the belt. Along with the belt was a clutch which they charged me $250. I have called the return department 3 times and each time i sat on the phone from 30-50 mins waiting to talk to someone; i eventually hung up. But if you call them and want to place an order they pick right up and even one of the time i tried get the sale dept to do the return. they wouldnt, but told me that i would have to wait for the other dept and that i was next in line (i hung up after 37 mins of waiting). I going to have to decline the charge on my credit card and let them hash it out.

I purchased a controller from them and installed it and drove it for 5 months and then then the controller went bad. I sent it back for warranty and they said I installed it wrong. I drive it for five months and I installed it wrong???? How is that possible. I highly wouldn’t recommend them. Poor customer service. Spent over two hours on the phone with them. I bought a black lockable compartment cart tray for our golf cart and had it in use for four months with minimal use when the lid of the lockable compartment severed at the hinge. My husband reached out to Buggies Unlimited via email for a solution but received no reply. After 10 days I called BU Customer Service and did get a response that, sorry it could not be repaired but we will give you 10% off your next purchase. Not finding that response reasonable we asked for the manufacturers info so that we would talk with them. BU gave us no response. I scoured the internet until I found the manufacturer. The call was answered immediately and the man knew the issue exists with these trays and he offered to mail to me a repair kit. We are awaiting that kit now. BUs customer service was severely lacking.

So I have placed 2 orders with this company and both of them were messed up. Then on the second order when I called back to get the order fixed the lady never finished my reorder so here I sit a week later still with no parts and after calling back customer service says oh sorry we will get it out to you as soon as possible. I will not be back
