Excellent customer service. Gave our kitchen a facelift with beautiful quartzite! Huge selection, high quality and reasonably priced. Couldnt be happier.

Had the perfect experience at Granite Depot! I was looking for a specific slab and I knew they have a huge variety of stones, but I didn’t want to get overwhelmed. Elias knew what I was searching and directed me to 3 options, explaining the pros and cons of each and always keeping in mind what I was looking for. I absolutely LOVE the slab we ended up with and it is thanks to Elias’ help!

It is my opinion that this company provides sub-par customer service. COVID struck and these folks disappeared. One star because the ladies up front were nice but I dont even know if theyre there, no one picks up the phone.

One thing to know before coming here is they are a granite wholesale supply shop so you have to pick a fabricator before you can get a price or buy the granite. you dont buy it from this company you pay your fabrication shop and they order the granite from here. They do not install your counter tops for you. I was confused at this but Monica explained that they are a wholesaler who sell to the fabrication shops and she will explain the process if you ask. It doesnt state this on the website so it was misleading to me but it makes sense after all is said and done. This place has so many kinds of granite, I didnt know there were this many options and we found a few things that my wife and I both agreed on, imagine that. I was iffy coming here after reading previous reviews but the negative ones are because those people didnt understand the company policy that they only whole sale. i think it was the owner, guy with an accent, he was helpful and he walked outside with us and explained the properties of granite. these are good people and they told me more about the process so I wasnt confused. if you are looking for a good fabricator ernest carroll is a good one to go with

Just wow, so many things to choose from. they are super organized and they sent the info to my installer immediately instead of waiting like the other places i went to. monica in the front office was the sweetest girl and very helpful and so were the guys outside. i cant wait to bring my husband back to pick our slabs

I love this place, I love how the girl up front was wiping everything including pens down with disinfectant. They have a massive selection and she wasnt salesy at all. Nice for a change. I came here with my parents so I could help them out with their choices. Only problem was the parking lot was full and I had to park on the side of phillips highway.Update! I came back to choose the slabs with my husband and parents. We picked Nevaska granite. It was an awesome experience and they delivered my slabs the next day

Awesome selection and friendly staff. The owner goes to Brazil and hand picks the stone. We bought Blue Mare quartzite from them today and we could not be happier.

Stay away from this company they will put the best slab of the bundle out front for everyone to see there ask you to pay for material before delivery then the slabs behind are all cracked to pieces lots of fill that is coming out then will not stand good for it or give you a credit for poor quality material

We were recommended Granite Depot by our countertop installer to pick out some marble counter tops for our kitchen. The first two times my husband and I went, the young lady with dark hair up at the front desk (wish I asked her name) was super welcoming and answered all of our questions and gave us excellent customer service both times! We came back this week hoping for the same thing and there was another lady up front (blonde hair) who was extremely rude and was trying to rush us out of the office when it was still 3 hours to close. When we were outside the blonde lady was smoking a cigarette out in the granite area despite the no smoking signs everywhere. When we walked back in the office it smelled like sweat, feet and cigarettes. Walking into this place it seems like a professional establishment but that lady is NOT professional and gave us very poor customer service. She even made a bad comment about the owner of the company which made the company itself look bad. I would recommend this place to friends if they spoke to the young lady who took care of us the first two visits. The men outside were very nice and helpful as well but the one lady made the entire experience just drab. I will be sure to call and ask who is working before I go back next time to make my final decision. I wanted to give this place a 5 star rating but I had to dock a star for this lady treating us unprofessionally. I almost gave them a 2 star but I can’t say I had a bad experience every time..just with the blonde woman which I hope she is not rude to everyone like this! We are very friendly people and didn’t give a reason for her to be so nasty to us with her snarky comments and slamming our clipboard on the desk and so on. I am writing this review so hopefully customers will see it and not be steered away from the company because of this lady. Just ask for someone else to help you!

We at Granite Depot strive to make our customers feel like family and pick out their perfect slab.As far as poor workmanship goes- we do not fabricate (cut and build) or install the granite- we simply supply the shop who does that with your slab. I am a little confused about that comment since there is no workmanship to be done here with our stone. We import stone from Brazil and Italy and put them on display for you to see.I am always here to answer questions or help. If you need me, call me!

They will sell your slab right out from under you!! They never called to let me know they where releasing my slab. Picked out my stone, one week later i call to confirm my stone. They didnt have any in stock, and never called me for release!!! IF they can sell it today and not wait a week for you and your installer, they will!!!
