I literally went in today to look and ended up purchasing my first gun. The guys there were super friendly, patient and informative! Definitely was not a purchase I planned to do today, but has definitely been something I’ve been wanting to do for a while! I definitely love how patient everyone there was and didn’t treat me being the only girl in there differently than anyone else who was there or walked in. I will definitely be back and send people their way! I love supporting local and small businesses so this was a win win!

I would give them a 10! Best prices (I checked in other stores), courteous service, knowledgeable, and competent at the paperwork process. As an older women, I often am ignored or patronized at gun stores. These guys treated me as a customer, not a nuisance!!!

My experience of picking up my firearms and my stripped lower receivers for my AR builds has been nothing but phenomenal. Their online store is pretty legit and you’re able to pick them up in store once it’s ready.This is by far the best gun shop in Jax, support the small businesses and shop at US Patriot Firearms!

Me and my girlfriend came here about 2-3 weeks ago and bought a draco Nak9. they explained everything to us involving paper work, the prices were great and the staff was super patient with us, even made jokes with us. i actually left my card in the store and they stayed open a little later so i could come back and get it. definitely recommend shopping with them!

One of the best gun shops around! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and very helpful for people who have never handled a firearm to the people who have been around guns most of their lives. They have a constantly changing inventory and you never know what gem will show up from one day to the next.Very reasonable pricing even in these crazy times.

Bill and his staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I have purchased 3 handguns and an AR 15 type from them. No problems. I traded in guns on two of the purchases and got a very fair allowance for them. More than other dealers would give.

Just went in for a transfer, but ended up grabbing a little ammo too. Friendly staff here and the prices seem good so Ill definitely be back when I decide on my EDC.

Small shop great people good prices

I am literally sitting in the parking lot typing this review, never have I ever felt so overlooked in a shop as I just have in this one. I was in the store looking in the case for over 25min, I was never greeted or asked if I could be helped with anything. It was like I was never there. I was looking to make a large purchase today but after this it would be the last place I would want to spend my hard earned cash. I can only hope this is an exception and not the rule.Looks to be a great little local shop but today, zero customer service!!!

This place was amazing it took a little time because they are busy, they arent used to this foot traffic they getting so be patient. My experience was seamless I went in the gf and I looked around for a min found what we wanted to look at and only waited a short time before Victoria was with us. She show us what we wanted offerd great advise for the gf. We were there about an hour doing background check shopping ect.. inwaited my 3 days and picked up today. It took a bit longer then expected but there was several other picking up and buying at the same time but still talked to the owner while I waited super nice guy. After a short wait I signed transfer doc and out the door. I will be back to give them more business.

Punctual and professional. My first experience dealing with US Patriot Firearms was top notch. Waiting on a firearm may take longer simply due to the high demand in our country right now, however the wonderful employees here work with you as quickly as possible, and treat each customer with respect and importance. Had an online order delivered to this store for transfer. I had a tracking number and saw the item arrived on a Monday at around 1 PM. They called on Tuesday to let me know it had arrived. Was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes for pickup including the background check/payment/etc.If you have a tracking number and are in a hurry to pickup, just go in/call when the item is delivered. The store is in need of some renovations, but otherwise no complaints. Friendly/helpful staff. Would use again!

These folks are the real deal! Friendly. Not pompous like other gun stores.They take the time to answer your questions. Great to deal with. Three visits and counting... and each time was a pleasant experience.

I’ve been here twice for parts for an AR build. I bought a lower and some lower parts. The parts I ordered were not in stock but they replaced them with better and what should have been more expensive parts! I know it’s hard work right now but give them your time and you won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough good about this store. The store I normally go too had a crowd out the door so I checked this one out and Im so glad it worked out like that. Poor customer service. Dont know how to treat valued, money spending customers. Called to check on an order several times and was immediately rushed off the phone with no call back after leaving information. I spend at least a couple grand with these people every year for the last 5 years. They will never get a dime from me again.

Ive dealt with these fine people for several years now. As everyone says they are friendly, courteous and polite. They remember you when you return and ask how you are doing. I feel like Im visiting friends rather than a business. And they have good prices on firearms and transfers too.

Best price you can get by far and 5 dollar on background check while other places charge you a ridiculous 25 dollar. Barbara great service will process you ASAP and out the door with your purchase. It took me three weeks to receive my firearm and then I find out they shipped the wrong firearm and it will cost me extra money to make it New Jersey compliant. I ordered a New Jersey compliant rifle, paid for a New Jersey compliant rifle but did not get a New Jersey compliant rifle. Worst gun dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

Great experience dealing US Patriot Firearms. Excellent prices and really nice, down to earth staff. If you are in the Jacksonville area, I would highly recommend checking them out first if youre in the market for a new firearm.

I have bought several firearms from US Patriot using the Davidson’s sight. I have also transferred a few more. Bill Cotton will be glad to look at online pricing to meet or beat the price. If he’s not gonna be able to do it he’ll flat tell you to get the one online. So far this only happened once. But he gladly told me it was a great price and told just me to jump on it. However, it’s hard not to purchase from Davidson’s for the lifetime warranty.

Initially I transferred a firearm (my lovely P345) to this location because theyre reasonably priced ($20). Once there they were very cordial. I was able to take the firearm that was being transferred apart and after the firearm failed the pencil test (it checks to see if the firing pin is broken) the gentleman went into the back and fired it into a drum (it fired!). While waiting he spoke will my mother and I and patiently showed and explained the basics to her (now she wants one as well). I was also given free ear plugs by the woman handling the background check. Overall it was a great experience and Ill be back to support this reasonably priced mom and pop shop!

I have purchased 2 guns, soon to be 3 from US Patriot Firearms and I have to say the experience has always been great. Friendly staff, they can order pretty much anything, and they make the whole process smooth compared to other places I have purchased. It is now my go to place for all my firearm purchases.

Spoke to the friendly staff on the phone and they convinced me to drive north from Sebastian Florida to Jacksonville to potentially purchase. What a pleasant experience. After a few hours on I 95 it was a relief to be able to carry on a relaxed conversation about brands, calibers, trade-ins and just over all knowledge and advice. We purchased two Glock pistols. The background check and whole process took a minimum amount of time. I would drive back up there again for my next firearm transaction. Thanks
