I’ve been getting meals from Jet Pack for about 4 years now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single complaint. Their consistency and quality is unmatched by any other meal prep company in Jacksonville. I get 19 meals a week and every one or them is always fresh and exactly like I like it. My only regret is that I didn’t start using them sooner.

I cannot say how much I LOVE JetPack Nutrition. Different meals every week to select from, local company and the food is fresh and more delicious than you think! My husband and I love the quiche and the steak fajita breakfast tacos were sooo good this week! Ive also lost 11 lbs as of today! Lean healthy meals, I have saved time and money as well.

I love my jetpack nutrition meals! Chef chino slice is always switching up the meals so I NEVER get bored. I have been looking for a meal prep company for the past year. i have tried three other ones in town, and i will have to say that this is by far the best company i have used. The staff is always friendly and helpful when i come into the store on San Jose Blvd.The food is delicious and I really like the constant variety provided on the menu. The best part is the flexibility they provide with their food, allowing me to pick the amount of carbs, proteins and veggies. The packaging is also first class as it comes in a plastic tray that is easily stored and carried to work, etc.Overall, the staff is fantastic and the food is amazing! I highly recommend them!

I love this place... The food is awesome. Very fresh quite tasty and usually right on point. Ive had only one time. Where my order was short by only two meals. And this was an easy mistake I typically by the lean down lifestyle 21 pack . But had also bought a couple of the extra most delicious waffles they make (protein btw) ... I got 21 meals and that included my waffles. Putting them up at home I realized the mistake. Called one of the guys. They made extra good of this. I got free extra meals..... Ive been going here for the past year for my meal prep. The food is amazing as they have a new menu every week. You have 4 different options to choose from plus 1-2 extra breakfast items. They never have a meal that is over 400 calories and they are packaged in Tupperware that you can save for later use. The staff is very friendly and personable. I work two jobs and struggle to clean because I just dont have the time or will to prepare food for the week on my days off. I tried just about every meal prep service in the area and stopped when I tried JetPackNutrition. I was actually recommended to them by a friend when he found out I was trying different meal prep services. The three biggest problems Ive found in the meal prep industry is 1. Customer service 2. Getting sick of the meals and 3. Price. Jet pack Nutrition has hands down the best customer service Ive encountered in a meal preparation service that Ive encountered by a long shot. I recommended to them to other members of my fire department and they have had the same experience. These guys have gone the extra mile since day 1 with them. The meals change every week and Ive never been let down by the taste. Its great food and, unfortunately, my friends know it, so theyre always asking for a meal. The price is the best Ive found and a great value. If I dont order meals, I typically spend 10-12 dollars per meal if I eat out somewhere. When I order my JetPack meals that it cuts my weekly spending in half, and on top of that I have twice the energy through the week. Couldnt tell you how much I appreciate the great job and hard work these guys do. Highly recommend.

Edit: Edit: Owner called and got this taken care of. Ordered and paid for meals on Thursday, by the following Wednesday the meals were not ready. I was told they sold out. When I told them this has never happened before I was given an excuse that they are understaffed. No offer for a refund or discount. We can give you some of your order then finish the rest later. Waste of $180.00. How do you sell out when you have an exact calculation of orders for every weekly menu item?

I am so thankful I found this meal prep company! I had tried out two of its competitors before I found this ridiculously amazing group of talented individuals. My biggest complaint with its competitors were the meals were being shipped in(from other citys). I really wanted to find a local company with a kitchen based out of the city I lived in. I felt like the meals I had previously ordered were not always as fresh as they couldve been and the menu was boring ! the meals at times were very counterproductive giving my goal to lose more weight. I was actually complaining about how frustrated I was that I could not find a company here locally and that is when a friend of mine suggested I try jet pack nutrition ! Right off the bat The customer service in itself exceeded my expectations and crushed their competitors. Not only that but the meals are affordable and so delicious. I love that the menu is constantly changing so I never get bored. I go through times that I want to be super super strict on myself and I love that jet pack offers a variety of competition menu option. for those times that I really want to push myself to the next level !!! This man has a gift and has made my life better. These are my food allergies gluten, soy, dairy, wheat, yeast, eggs and milk chocolate. I am a terrible cook and was really bored of the food I cooked. I made a commitment to get in shape this year and the first thing my trainor did was send me to jetpack. I literally walked in gave my food allergies to owner and he told me no problem. I got the meals and had forgotten how awesome it is to enjoy your food. They are INSANE in a good way:) Between work and training I have no time to cook and now I dont need to because jetpack does a much better job than I ever could.....I am a customer for life!

I have try other places but these guys make their food is excellent and very flavorful. The positions and prices are very affordable and they do the works. I personally have seen a diffrence on my weight. The weight loss was the first thing I told Mike I wanted to achieve and to eat clean and that is exactly what he gave me. They staff is very friendly, professional and keep you motivated on your goals. They are also very open and like to get feedback on how to become better or how to acomodate to you likes. I love Jetpack you just have to try them.

Day two of my Jet Pack Nutrition Meals and I must say I am super happy! Yesterday I ate the Spaghetti beef ball & zoodles (only 365 calories) first meal fresh out of delivery and it was Amazing!!!!!! wow Today I had the Chef Wagz Chicken Adobo (355 calories) and just ate the Cranberry Goat Cheese Quiche (259 calories) and I was amazed by the flavor and texture of this pastry!! Shot out to Chef Wags and the whole Jet Pack Nutrition Crew! You guys are rocking it!

Ive tried a few other prepared meal services with very lack luster results. These guys know how to do it, and do it well. Exceptionally diverse menu for entrees and breakfast. The protein pancakes are especially good. If youve had protein style brekfast food before, you know it can be dry, and bland. Jetpack provides real flavor, and variety on all fronts. Very professinal, and well run orginazation. HIghly recommended.
