I had an amazing experience here twice! So many of these dealerships take advantage of the fact that I’m a young girl but everyone here explained everything to me and offered to speak on the phone with dad to explain it to him. The service was 10/10, I had to come in with an emergency problem and they took care of me weighing under an hour and a half. I dealt with Jonathan and he was awesome! Definitely coming back for any other problems!

The Service Representative John was very nice from the time he greeted me at my arrival and throughout my time at the dealership. John was helpful. He explained to me what was going to be done to my car and why. He was able to answer my questions and followed up with me after a few days later to see if everything was okay with the car and if I had any concerns or questions, I could reach out to him. Bought a 2013 Genesis at Jenkins in August 2021. After a few weeks it became clear it needed maintenance. Apparently the trade-in inspection was not too thorough. In any case, the $2K of repairs was covered by the used car warranty the dealership gave me. My experience with the dealership was mostly positive, thanks to that warranty. Also the sales staff was professional and were eager to help.

Ive bought a handful of cars over the past couple years from different dealerships around town and this had to be the slimiest experience Ive ever had. Went in to view a 31K MSRP car and when they handed me the price sheet the car jumped to 39K. The sales manager said that was due to dealer upgrades on the car. Which is a bold face lie, what dealer upgrades are 8K +? Then the car salesman told me numbers arent his thing, he doesnt like talking about them. Dont waste your sanity nor time visiting this place. No other dealership in town is adding $$ on top of the MSRP b/c of Covid. Im contemplating calling Hyundai of America b/c this was such a horrific experience. They are trying to steal from you. Glad I was able to find a car at another dealership.

Just left their lot prior to the dealership opening. I was interested in a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that they have on their lot. The advertised price on their website is $43,250. The actual price of the vehicle on the widow sticker which is attached to the vehicle is $54,002. You do the math! When you view the window sticker online it gives you the $43,250 price. There have always been dealer costs/fees added to the MSRP, but never to the tune of $10,750. This must be the new Covid Automobile Pricing Standards. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle is to get the VIN and then call the dealership and ask for the TOTAL PRICE because I will guarantee you it is significantly different than the advertised price! We purchased a Palisade from this dealership yesterday and it was such a pleasure to do business with them! From the salesmen, Matthias and Vinnie to the finance rep Scott, they were all genuinely great guys to work with. They even brought in a vehicle for us from Ocala. Got a really good deal on my 2018 Honda Accord but the service was bad. After signing I was told I would get a call when my car was ready. My salesman called the next day, and Im thinking sheesh that was fast. I pick my car up, after being told the car had to pass a 150 point inspection and I HAD to pay for the autobond, and realized it hadnt been serviced AT ALL! It hadnt been cleaned, oil wasnt changed, brakes were shot, interior was dirty, and a ton of scratches on the paint. I return the car (took leave from work) only to sit and wait 3 hours for a wash and oil change. Wasnt offered a loaner or even a bottle of water during this entire time. I return to my home state to register my vehicle and the titling department screwed that up. Fast forward 2 months later, yes only 2MONTHS, my car wouldnt start. Im thinking there is no way its the battery it is a new car..low and behold I had to go and pay $200 for a brand new battery. Needless to say I am not happy!

Dropped my Hyundai Santa Fe off to fix a minor recall regarding emissions. The man at the counter, I want to say his name was Shawn, told me it would be an hour at most.Of course, from experiences else where, I didn’t believe this so I got a ride home and as soon as I went to open my door he called (about 50 minutes after I gave him the key) saying it was done. They also did a 5 point inspection.

New cars are being sold with many dealer added options not included in the online price that you wont be aware of until you are negotiating the deal. Some of the dealer installed options include Auto Bond and the cost to apply is way over priced in my opinion. The new Santa Fe I purchased also had window tint already installed, but I did not get a close look at what they charged. I also believe there is lifetime warranty included in the dealer installed options which means it was not free. I really cant list any other dealer added costs total because the dealer added options sheet as well as the factory window sticker were removed and never given to me. I was told there were $8,000 worth of dealer options installed and did glance at there window sticker before I agreed to the deal because they still made me a fair offer. I would prefer a no haggle deal when buying a new car, but I dont think you will find that at this dealership.

Allow me to put the service department of JENKINS HYUNDAI ON BLAST!! Beware of these people!! My car was turned in on the 7th of August at about 10am due to my clutch going out. Its about that time my car is at 74k miles. These people didnt give any kind of update the entire day. I had to drive up there to find out what was going on with my car, because the individuals that answer the phones are so unprofessional!! When I received a call that following Monday (AUG 9), I was quoted $4800!! The woman that called said The service department THINKS this is what you need done, but were not sure. You quoted me $4800, and you think this what needs to be done!! They lost there mind!! So I picked up my ride and the charged me $144 for a diagnostic check. A uncertain diagnostic at that!! I took my car to Maxi Auto. They repaired my clutch in 2 days and it only costed $870!! Screw that place!! I was loyal customer, but NEVER AGAIN!!

Repair was covered on the warranty and completed at the stated time. Alignment was suggested and was accomplished within the time estimated. All problems solved perfectly and Im very happy with the service.

We came in today 31 Jul 21, looking for a new car, specifically a 2021 Hyundai Accent Sedan. Found it advertised online on their own website, not third party, since sometimes third party websites dont update right away. The price advertised online was the best around the Jacksonville, FL area that we decided to drive here to check them out and bring our business to them... Buyer Beware! Think twice before coming to this establishment, the manager (Victor) was very pushy and using aggressive sales tactics to make us go their way (we brought our own financing). The interaction felt forceful and one-sided so we decided to walk away after being presented with an outrageous out the door price. Advertising the car at a MSRP price online and then have a completely way higher (by the $$$ thousands) MSRP price sticker on the vehicle, in my book is false advertising. Save yourself the trip and take your business elsewhere, we are glad we did. Ended up taking our business elsewhere and now very happy new car owners!

UPDATE: After having such great service provided over the past 2 years on my Santa Fe, it was time to upgrade my car. Dennovan was so great and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. They worked amazingly with my budget and put me in the perfect new ride.

My family came to compare and test drive a couple cars that we were debating between purchasing. Planned to compare and come back later to purchase. However, due to their hospitality and kindness towards my family and I, we decided to go ahead and buy that day. Ty & Victor made it an easy decision, once we decided on which car.

I got a great deal but something smells fishy. The computers were down so they asked me to come back in to finish paperwork with the promise of a tank of gas for my troubles. I went in on the day we agreed to and they kept me waiting over an hour after telling me I’d only be waiting 5-10 minutes. I wasn’t wasting my day off there so I left without the gas or finishing the paperwork and haven’t heard from them since. Weird.

I checked in at 8:20, Savannah verified the days service and about an hour later I was on my way home.Everything was very efficient
