They got me in and out as quickly as the AC repair would allow. Courteous and patient. Waiting room was spacious, clean and stacked with snacks. They were even able to knock a few $$ off the final price. I hope I don’t need to come back but I will if I have to.

I was told in Tallahassee that Key Hyundai in Jacksonville FL was the best in Jacksonville for automotive repair. They were right! Rudy was amazing. It took a long time to get parts in for a new engine, but Rudy kept me posted with calls to let me know what was going on. I finally have my Tucson back, and she purrs like a kitten! Rudy and his team are amazing! Definitely recommend them for any repairs.

I went to Key dealership due to a service recall, I was told at that time my car was fine it needed no service. Exactly 2 weeks later the engine gave out on me I had to have it towed back to Key Hyundai dealership, and was then made to feel like it was my fault the car had issues. I was told that the dealership did not provide loaners only a Lyft service to and from the dealership, if I needed a car I would have to rent one out of my own pocket. I was without my car for 2 weeks while they took their time to find the issue then get approval from Hyundai to pay for the repair and new part. Even when they found out it was a recall issue I still was offered no car nor was I offered reimbursement until they got approval from Hyundai then I was given a rental and they then rushed to get me a new engine. The day I gave back the rental to get my car back another customer was returning a loaner and getting her car back so for service they preformed so I now know I was not good enough to receive the same respect and service. I would not ever recommend this dealership. All they were interested in was an up sale not my stress for the loss of my vehicle or the money I had to spend due to a problem they could have corrected 2 weeks prior.

We shopped around for our new Palisade. We decided to buy at Key because they were the only local dealer not adding a “market value” up charge on the invoice. We met Josh Zepeda on our first visit. We were impressed by his high energy and focused intent to be sure we were happy with the deal. He has even remained in touch with us after the deal. All in all we are very pleased with our experience and will return to Key in the future.
Juan was very courteous and explained What to expect time wise while I waited for my car. The down side was that apparently when they were checking the battery they left off the cap covering the terminal and I had to go back. Juan fixed it quickly and apologized.
There certainly was dread as we pulled into yet another dealership, but I have to say the experience was great. Don Shiver greeted us pleasantly and offered a water. Was super informative and not pushy as most sales people typically are. We just needed a test drive to narrow down the vehicle. I always make a scheduled appointment for a quick oil change; this time it took two weeks to make an appointment. My appointment was today, and was told it would take 2 hours just to change oil. I told them to forget it! Not a happy Key customer, might have to find another Hyundai dealer to service and buy my next car.

I took my Buick in to them for a diagnostic, that was very fair and well done. But Josh sold me on the new Hybrid Tucson and I simply love it. My husband and I had a good experience. Our salesman Denis was great! Key low balled us for our trade in but our salesman suggest us to go to CarMax for a better appraisal. We did and got a way better value went back and they took the CarMax appraisal value. When the car came in that we wanted, Denis was right there to take care of us!

This is the best service department in town. Frustrating experiences elsewhere. Amy Angel-Sherman was my service advisor. She was excellent with communication and explained repairs to me that I did not think I needed. Example, the car is a 14 with 15k miles so I thought I did not need the induction and fuel injector cleaning services. I did. Not only does the car noticeably run better/get better MPG but I looked into it and the NU GDI engine in my car is known for sludge buildup because of the way it works. You just need to maintain it. The operation is first class. The service department is spotless and the technicians know what they are doing. The machine they use to flush the injectors is amazing and if you see the way these work, where they actually remove the fuel rail, youll want to have it done too if you need it. Sales is great also. I bought my used Honda here, this car, and have referred many satisfied friends and relatives. Last, if you need paint chip repairs, panel blending, minor dent pulling, headlight restoration, etc. ask for Tim.
I purchased a used, but nearly new Hyundai Sonata at Key Hyundai. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dante Castaldo. He was very helpful in helping me to locate the vehicle that I was interested in. After a test drive and introduction, I was sure this was the car I wanted. Dante was very professional and thorough with the whole purchasing process. Eric (sales manager) was extremely easy to talk to, the entire car buying experience was relaxed and low pressure. In total took less then a hour to buy the car over the phone. Dustin delivered the car 1.5 hrs away at my convenience and when they arrived the car was topped off and fully detailed. This was my daughters graduation present for college and they brought her a bouquet of flowers and spent an additional hour here explaining the car and features. I will definitely buy again from them. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

I have a great car that is getting a bit older (2013 genesis 5.0 Rspec). It was just about the best car Hyundai ever made (before Genesis became its own brand ). Ive had some recent issues that have become increasingly difficult to take. However...Kareem in service has become almost a friend. He understands that my Genny is not just a car to me and treats me almost like a nurse would a parent with a sick kid. I certainly will say Im glad I have a warranty and wish I wasnt having these issues, but Kareem and the team always get me going again. I would love to give them 5 stars...but cant with how long it took to replace my cars ECU/ECM. I will however offer Kareem 5 stars for being able to deal with my love hate emotional Rollercoaster.

The job was done perfectly and on time. However, a little hiccup when I was told on Thursday the vehicle wouldn’ be ready till the following Friday. Then, the very next day I was called to tell me the car was ready for pickup. I was happy with the news, of course. Service Advisor Juan Perez was delightful
Nick helped with trading in our ‘17 Tucson for a ‘22 Tucson and made the process as seamless as it could be. We got a very fair trade in value and are happy with the new model. The only downside to our shopping experience was limited inventory on ‘21 & ‘22 in Tucson’s, but that’s not Key’s or Nick’s fault. We’ll be waiting for more stock to be delivered and be back to trade in my husbands vehicle as well.

Alanah was an awesome sales representative and did a tremendous job showing me the features of the car and explaining to me how the process works. When I finally decided on the car that Alanah suggested, it was time to do the financing. We submitted the required proof of income to the finance manager Mike. After a while Mike came into the office where we were sitting. He had a few questions, however, his tone an accusatory worked made us very uncomfortable. He asked about all of my deposits and said “the bank” wanted to my other accounts collectively. I felt he wanted to view my accounts not the bank, my previous experience of buying a car, I understood that didn’t seem true. I decided to leave and go to a different Hyundai where they were able to get my approved for the exact same make and model vehicle and the same lender Mike told me wouldn’t approve me. I feel bad for Alanah as she worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted and lost out on her commission because he made this unnecessary difficult and uncomfortable.
After experiencing a bad start in our new car purchasing day, we ended up here after a few searches online, and very glad we did! Our salesperson, Nelson C. greeted us right at the door as we stepped near the dealership entrance. Nelson did an excellent job and no gimmicks no games, no hassle in a worry free environment, no manager back and forth. We told him what we wanted and what we found online. The MSRP online and the car sticker MSRP matched! Then we asked about the dealership discount and said if its advertised online it would be honored. And it was! We were very happy with the overall experience and would 100% recommend this establishment for when you need to purchase a new car. Thank you very much!

Just wanted to say that this was my first time taking the car to Key Hyundai. Rudy the service advisor was very helpful and informative about the problems with the car problem I was able to leave the car and a lyft ride driver was provided when the car was finished Rudy called me to let me know that my car was done, next day the engine light was on again, I called Rudy and informed him what was going on with the car, he told me to bring it back in and had the mechanic look at it and found it was a bad MAF sensor, he called me to let me know that the car was ready and a Lyft driver was coming by to pick me up. Over all the service at Key Hyundai was the best.Thank you Rudy.

Originally dropped my car off at collision center for body damage on 05/24/21, did not receive back until 06/04/21. I was unhappy with communication and turn-around time. Two days of having the car back I started experiencing mechanical issues - check engine light flashing on and off and entire car would shake when turning on the vehicle, braking and accelerating. This was the first time since owning the car that there has been any mechanical issues. I dropped the car back off at the collision center on 06/15 and noted that the car came back with problems. 24 hours later I call back to check the status and car has still not been looked at, I was told it was brought to the service center and needed to contact them to find out. I called the service center, my call was transferred 3 times, spent 15 minutes on hold, and was told that collision center never brought my car to them, so they didnt have it and didnt know where it was. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to a voicemail. The next day I got a call back, said the issue was unrelated to the prior service I had just received, and it would be $150 just to look at the car to diagnose the issue, not including and repair costs. I denied the charge and picked up the car later that day, issue has still not been resolved. So I spent $2,000 to get the car back with engine problems, was transferred around, miss-communicated to, and they denied any responsibility for the new issue and tried to charge me again. This is the same place that charged me $400 for a battery replacement a few months back.
Excellent service and experience every time! I’m new to the Hyundai fam. I just bought my 2021 Elantra back in November and I can honestly say that my next car will most definitely be a Hyundai again, solely for the amazing customer service I receive every time I call or come into the dealership.
When the service advisor said there’s a serious problem with my 2013 car’s engine, I definitely had a moment of panic BUT Kaream instantly went in to what the solution would be. I was incredibly lucky that everything needing repair (a brand new engine) was covered under the special extended warranty from Hyundai. Kaream did caution that it could be 2+ weeks they would need to keep the car but also shared the information to contact Hyundai directly because a rental car might also be covered. My car was ready 6 days earlier than estimated! 5 stars to Kaream, the technician and the front desk service folks who took care of this customer (and why I keep going back to the Key Hyundai dealership.) I did have one other item fixed and I had to take the car back in because the window did not close properly after the first initial repair. They did get the car fixed very quickly and I got a written apology from the technician for making the mistake and me needing to bring the car back. THAT is very good customer service.
On June 16, 2021, we leased a 2021 Sonata. Don Shiver was more than a salesman. He was a knowledgeable advisor, who made us feel that his major objective was to put un in the car that best met our needs. In fact his first questions were to define what we were looking for in the way of needs and wants. We were impressed by his professionalism and the deal we concluded. He is an asset to Key Hyundai.

At a time when new vehicles are hard to get at any price, let alone something reasonable, thrir team provided a fair and seamlessly efficient transaction. They are now the first call for all new-vehicle needs in our family across all of the lines they carry.
We found our salesman Maurice Fenton to be knowledgeable and polite. He could see we were not keen to spend a lot of time, and accommodated us in every way. The car was prepared for delivery and unlike some other dealerships, the inventory on the website was up to date. We have bought from Key before and will do so again.
My visit was fine except mask protocol certainly was not I forced. Both people had mask below their noses or mouth.When I returned to pick up my car same people, same thing. I was told to wait outside for them to bring my car. I waited and waited finally a very nice gentleman with an English accent asked me if I needed help. I said I was waiting on my car and after a description he ran off a retrieved it. He was the only one properly masked.I don’t mean to harp on this but it does make some very uncomfortable.
Key Hyuandai was not my first choice, but do to bad customer service from a competitor, Key Hyundai was my next go too. From the opertor who took my call, business managers Mike and Brian customer focus was on 10. But let me highlight my sales agent Joshua Zepada, Joshua is a must see if you are interested in a Hyundai purchase. From the initial phone conversation to the two cars that I purchased he was great. My hubby and I are very happy with the performance of Rudy. Wow what great service this man gave to us. Helped us figure out the problem we had with our car. And finally I can say thank you for the help and great service. The place is clean and they are very knowledgeable about their business. I would recommend it any time. Just ask for rudy.
😹😹 all smiles just like the other 10 times that Ive been there treated with courtesy explained everything just like they have done before but the one that really stood out was mr. Johnson in service on Hyundai side he went out of his way to accommodate a unique situation and handled all the problems explained it to me the whole way reminded me that I had to take an extended warranty this is my wifes car so I really didnt know that because I wasnt there when she purchased it and it took care of all the bill which was almost them $900 and my wife had to pay about a hundred and thirty bucks and some change which I thought was wonderful mr. Johnson is a big asset to your company and I do plan on coming back with my wifes car thanks for the call or the text
I had a great experience with Scottie Dean! I was truly nervous at first being a young female with no help and little to work with that I would be taken advantage of. Scottie took me under his wing and helped me down to the nearest dollar possible. The process was very smooth, I never once felt pressured into anything and Scottie made sure I was taken care of. I am walking out today with exactly what I came in here for plus some. I highly recommend requesting Scottie Dean for your buying needs!!!
$500 SAVINGS!!!!! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service and experience I had. My AC started ha ring issues, so I took the car for an assessment to a local shop, they said that it was the compressor and everything will be $1240, I was very upset because I did not want to spend that kind of money. I was explained that parts will be $700 alone, plus labor, etc and since it was a well recommended shop, I believe them. However, a few years ago, I had such incredible experience with Key Hyundai, I decided to give a call and just check. I was well greeted by Rudy, he took all the information and I could notice that he had other people in front of him, he said that he will try his best, but since it was already late and he had customers in front of him, he may not get a quote until the morning, which was reasonable, but it was pleasant surprise when he called back 30 min later, that he was able to find the compresor and have it in stock, gave me an awesome quote of $725!!!! I was thrilled!!!! Already a $500 savings and with all confidence that it’s was in the best hands of Hyundai dealership. Rudy, made my day, he not only delivered top service, but also gave me the news I needed. Rudy was very efficient, he scheduled the appointment. The staff when I dropped the car were kind and Rudy kept me informed and when I picked up the car, Rudy was attentive and a pleasant.I am a Regional Manager for Hilton and oversee hotels in Jacksonville Downtown, I am also Real Estate Agent and a Financial Advisor. I know a thing or two about excellent service and Rudy was terrific!! Key Hyundai has an asset in this individual and hope they nurture him. This is the kind of talent we look for in hospitality and business, which is not common anymore.I also want to add a lot of credit to Key Hyundai, because I recognize my mistake, couple years ago when my car still had a warranty, you guys did a check on this same car and replaced the entire transmission under warranty at no cost and was best and shocking!!! At 97,000 miles, just a few before the 100K warranty limit. I was wrong to think that dealership will charge more than local shops, but now I am confident to say that I can rely on certified work and top service!!!In the thee industries I work, positive reviews and surveys are very valuable, although I normally don’t leave lengthy reviews, I feel Key Hyundai and Rudy deserve the best!!!Thank you, Andrés Noreña
The service staff at Key Hyundai always take great care of me. They are always prepared for me when I arrive for my service appointment and always make me feel like a VIP. This particular visit was to take care of a recall notification on my 2021 Sonata N-Line. Kaream Johnson was my assigned advisor and he was excellent. Even though I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, he checked me in right away and gave me an accurate forecast as to how long my work would take. What makes Kaream and his fellow service advisors special to me is simply the way that they make me feel when I visit. It’s all about creating an atmosphere of customer appreciation and they do this every time I visit. Any trained factory technician can handle the mechanics of my car, not every dealership can make you feel so appreciated. They make me glad I joined the Hyundai family - to me the best kept secret in the automotive industry!
Great selection of vehicles to choose from. My salesperson Alanah was very knowledgeable concerning the car I wanted.Building very well set up and clean. Comfortable waiting area if vehicle being serviced.Overall a good experience.

Bought a car years ago from here and loved it. Called them the other day and asked if they could send me information on vehicles they had that met my criteria and the salesman basically said if I don’t want to physically go in he could not help me. He would not even take my number or email.I understand that it’s easier to make a sale face to face but I prefer to do my homework to avoid high pressure situations as many consumers nowadays do. If this gentleman had been willing to work with me he would have had a sale since I am planning on buying a Hyundai again...just with a different dealer apparently.

This place is awesome. I went in with Trouble with my ac and they completely repaired my car. There was one person who I dealt with his name is rudy. If you ever want great service. Get him to handle your business. I recommend him 100%.
The service department was very cordial. They explained the issue to me, called me when it was ready and explained what they did.

I went here not knowing what was wrong with my car and I left with my car fixed and not doing anything it was doing prior and all I can say is thank you so much to Kyle and Rudy Bravo for being professional and helping solve my car issue! 10/10 recommend

I will have to say buying my new 2021 Accent sel was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Don was so amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and answered every question I had. He ready went above and beyond. This is my first Hyundai and I am proud to be a part of the Hyundai family. I totally recommend going to Key Hyundai. Hopefully you are lucky to get Don as your salesman like I did. Id give more stars if they let me.
Efficient and timely. Service representative courteous and took extra time to show me special features that I did not know how to activate.
