Very disappointed to say the least. Went to get ice cream for my son. They advised machines needed to be serviced so no ice cream on a warm Saturday. Ordered chicken and fries and the fries are half done. Where are the managers on duty. This is really sad and could get someone sick. It’s not the staff’s fault. It’s just 2 of them and I don’t see any management. Dairy Queen has come to a point where they are very sad and low grade. I won’t be back. .
Good food. Good service, as always. But long wait in drive-thru. Could use a renovation to make two lane drive-thru and add some workers... which we all know is difficult right now.
Going to Dairy Queen is ALWAYS a treat. Im usually with my Mama. I used to go with Mama and Daddy but Daddy isnt with us anymore. Always good memories though. 🐸🐸🐸

It started off good. The person taking the order was nice and informative. I dont mind if complications happen and Im informed. But when i got to the window, the guy was rude as ever. He had a massive attitude and the food was cold and under cooked. The ice cream was good though.

If you’re still concerned about a food service location such as this wearing appropriate masks, don’t come to this location. They have masks, but they’re hung under the chin, not at all, or covering the mouth and not the nose. Not to mention I don’t see anyone washing their hands after handling cash then handling your food. As a place that handles people’s treats or foods that’s to be consumed this should be a no brainer. Acworth Dairy Queen always have the amenities with my handicap doors and ramps and bathrooms so yeah they were awesome there and clean courteous polite and willing to take the time to notice the customer to make him feel comfortable and yeah I would go back Id give them a 5 everything was very respectful cleaning endemic knowledgeable and everything was great and I enjoy very very very much Dairy Queen is a delightful place to go after a meal on Sunday
Dual drive thru service. They are fast. Staff is friendly. As soon as I got my card back from paying someone else was bringing my order to me. That is quick service!

Was told my chicken was going to be 15 minutes.. which was fine. Sat there for 30 minutes went to the window and manager told me they were short staffed and very unprofessional. Didnt get all my other had to go back. Didnt get anything for my inconvenient 45 minute wait

This is a small DQ with a limited menu and no indoor dining. It caters to drive-thru and take-out customers only. Entrées are chili dogs and chicken sandwiches. No burgers here. The strawberry shake and fries were good.
I was rushed to make my order, then forgot to include my banana split . The waited 10 min to be to be told theyre out of bananas .Service was garbage. I would never spend another dine at this establishment .
Accommodated our special orders . nice staff but we waited a little to long n there is an awful smell if I r standing outside n order or eat. Dont recommend doing that. Drive thru much mch better plan.

Worst place ever. Orders are always wrong. Half filled blizzards. If you order something and they charge you for wrong thing they wont refund you the difference. Their mistake cost you. Night Manger will even offer you the owners number to call and complain. So apparently they dont care how customers are treated. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

There is always a long wait here very inexperienced young females working they charging you $3.00 plus for a medium vanilla ice cream cone I get to the window the ice cream was already melting not only that its very slim I mean skinny ice cream like a hot dog nothing like the pictures I was so upset with this place I asked for my money back and drove off worst customer service ever, why would you make some ones ice cream before they get to the window and the wait was about 20 minutes meanwhile my ice cream is melting waiting on the long lines before I get to the window I will never go to this dairy queen ever again!!!!

Food is meh at this location. The blizzard was practically melted. They didnt even bother showing it upside down. And dont even get me started on the customer service. This place, like any other location on 103rd has the WORST service. These people cant even greet you or be kind or have any kind of hospitality. Dont be in the customer service industry if you cant be kind to someone.
Its not the best neighborhood so the customer service and the appearance of the food is indicative of its surroundings and staff.

Its always a hit or miss going here. I stopped going for a few reasons, but my husband will give anyone try after try. Tonight their credit machine wasnt working and we dont carry cash. They tried replacing the paper, but that didnt help. After waiting 10 minutes, watching our order + that of the car behind us sit near the window melting for 7 minutes someone finally came up with the genius idea to put them in the freezer. Eventually, they asked if we had cash and told us the machine wasnt working. They should have given us the 2 blizzards for the wait alone, but oh well... Sonic it is. I wish they wore hairnets and gloves. The entire time they were fixing things I kept noticing hair falling over their shoulders. Hair or hair particles that could easily fall into any order (a guy with black hair, girl with black hair and girl with reddish/blonde hair & extra long nails). I appreciate the face masks, but a little more would go a long way.

Wish I could leave negative stars for this location.This DQ will short change you everytime on ice cream. They are stingy with the ice cream cones. Two times in a row now, the same girl screwing me every time. 12-11-18 at 8pm. This place is more worried about cost saving than stuck to specs and staying on brand.UPDATED REVIEW from 4-18-20 visit and picture was added. Same thing. VISIT ANY other location but this one. I just visited this dairy queen location, after not having been to dairy queen for over 10 years. I must say, I obviously havent missed much. Not only did they forget food out of my order, I had to wait on missing food, which caused my two large blizzards to melt. After they finally finished my missing food, I had to get out of the drive thru and get it, instead of them bringing it to me.. I ordered the honey barbecue chicken strip basket. The bread tasted stale, and the picture shows a barbecue glaze on the chicken. That is not how it comes at all. You get a cup of barbecue sauce to dip plain strips in. Its nothing like its advertised. I will never be back to this establishment. This location DOES NOT do dairy queen proud!!
Who doesnt like ice cream? This establishment is easily noticeable in traffic. I would have given it 5 stars but the ice cream we purchased had lids that were so tightly fit that by the time we were able to get the lids off, the ice cream was melting and spilling because the young lady made it to high.
It pains me to say that tonight was by far the WORST experience Ive ever had with this location. My first complaint was with the girl taking the order. She rushed me through the order process so fast, she had to make 2 tickets, due to totaling out the order before I was finished giving it. Next, after competing the order, I get to the window, and after receiving my card, receipt, and drinks, I realize they didnt give me the milkshake I ordered. I checked the receipt only to see that it was never added. I pull around to the other window for my food, and after checking the first item, I notice they gave me the wrong sauce. I brought it to the girls attention, only to THEN be informed that they are out of the sauce I ordered. So, I request an alternate, and after receiving the last item, I begin to drive off. It was after I left the location, that I proceeded to eat the Chicken sandwich I ordered, only to realize they also made THAT wrong. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location for anything other than ice cream, if I even go there for that.... Very disappointed. What happened to the Dairy Queen I knew as a kid??

Our order was wrong, the blizzards are always half what you order and half vanilla ice cream the first time it might have been a mistake but three times in a row? The employees obviously dont care about quality control. And while taking our order is having a conversation not paying any attention to what we actually ordered.

I just bought a banana split tonight, when I got home and opened the container which holds the banana split. I was surprised with how much ice cream they put in. I did not ask for ice cream sampler, by this time you all thinking what I saw before my eyes. 3 little bitty scopes of ice cream. If you put them all together you’ll come with one big scoop of ice cream. That’s how bad it is! I suggest not going there,make your own banana split at home. The price I paid is not worth it. I’m very disappointed😓 - 103rd DQ.Another thing, the line to the drive thru was long, there was 8 cars ahead of me. I looked to my left at the order window was empty. So, I pulled to the parking lot and headed to the window to order. I pressed the door bell (ring bell for service) to let them know I’m at the window. No one acknowledged me, there was three workers inside DQ Who passed me several times, none of them did not even gave some sort of signal that they know I am outside the window. I stood outside for about 10 minutes. The service really terrible... finally, a male took my order. More waiting after. Remember the 8 cars ahead of me and plus 3 more cars in the drive thru, they got there orders before I did. VERY POOR SERVICE WHICH REFLECTS TO THE MANAGEMENT.
DQ is always a good go to. I don’t expect much I usually just get a blizzard which is consistently good. I remain sad that for whatever reason they no longer offer snickers which was my go to so now getting older Heath bar blizzard is where it’s at. This particular location is primarily a drive through and is not in the best or safest neighborhood. Wouldn’t just hang out here but a quick drive though is good.
We waited 20 minutes to order at the window while they only tended to the drive thru then they didnt bother to put lids on my blizzards & they started melting pretty much as soon as I got out of the parking lot & got EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
The icecream was delicious as always, however, there was one lady on the job, it was so busy, long wait, she was running back and forth doing her very best, being helpful and very courteous. I really felt sorry for her. You either need to put additional people on the job or pay her triple, she is one dedicated emploee.

Very good service! I was kind of picky with my order which is usually makes me anxious because of the way most workers react. Everyone here was very nice and double checked and even asked me if I had enough of what I asked for and assured what I didnt want wasnt on the food.The facility looked clean from the drive through as well. Highly recommend.
It took forever and I ordered the honey barbecue strips and I got the regular ones and I asked for ranch and I got queso 🤦🏻♀️ Food still slapped tho

This is by far the worse experience I’ve had with this location.. They have poor customer service, my blizzard was melted (He didn’t even flip it over), they are advertising smoothies but yet no longer sell them at the location.. We waited 6 mins before our order was taken and then waited 20 mins for my blizzard and four sundaes.. And to top it all off, the manager was interviewing a young lady while smoking a cigarette.. It has gotten like the rest of the restaurants on 103rd!!! The worse customer service EVER!!
Quick and delicious.Although, I have to let it be known that the staff should always look at the client when speaking to them. The employee tonight gave us instructions to move forward to another window to pick up our order but we werent sure if he was talking to us or to someone on his headset.

This got to be the worst DQ in North East Florida. The manager look like she smoke crack or shoot dope. The service has gone downhill and Im guessing the sales and profits has taken a hit too.
They dont sell burgers like the other DQs
The word Brazier in Dairy Queen history indicates specifically that it has a grill to cook burgers. My son and I went there specifically for burgers because we didnt want to be patrons of the Dairy Queen on Normandy Blvd anymore due to several problems with that location. Well, surprise, they dont have burgers! They have chicken and hot dogs, but not burgers. Ive given this location 1 star based on the fact that their business name is completely misleading. I cannot comment on the quality of their food or service.We had already been to one other location that same day and they didnt have burgers, so I looked on the Dairy Queen Web site to determine which location in my area serves burgers, but there is no search option for that, it only says in the history that Brazier were called that because they served burger, which I now know is wrong. The Dairy Queen Web site needs to provide a clear way to find restaurants that have inside seating, grills for cheeseburgers, and other search options such as whether they offer chocolate soft serve ice cream. Since its a franchise each location can vary in what is offered, so it only makes sense to help find customers find what they need.Dairy Queen should also require all of their locations, whether its a franchise or not, to offer a central phone number to voice complaints. Many other franchises do this (Papa Johns for instance). I looked for contact information to lodge a complaint all over the inside of the store, the outside of the store, and have asked the manager for a way to lodge complaints but I was told he is the only one to receive complaints.The same manager has been there the whole time, so he is part of the problem and its not in his best interest to pass along complaints to the owner and he obviously isnt fixing the problems. Ive actually done some pretty serious investigating to try to find a way to contact the owner about the Normandy Rd location, but could only find his name, not phone number. My advice is to call any Dairy Queen location that you are interested in before making the trip, otherwise it may very well be a waste of your time.
Love their shakes but get their baked cookie, you wont be disappointed
