I go to this store about once a week. The guys who work there, Kevin and Johnny, are very helpful. On occasion, they have not had an item that I needed on display or in stock. They took the time to check their company inventory and other sources and I was able to place the items on order. I highly recommend this store!

Terrible. I had to play phone tag just for a price quote on a few gases. The salesman for employer doesnt return calls. They seem to be perpetually away and unable to help. Theyre lucky Im not in a place to decide where to procure supplies because I would buy gas from practically anyone over them at this point and shut down our account with them.

I have used this place since 2016, they are professionals and very helpful. Best service in town and friendly.highly recommend!

You deserve to be treated better than this. The man that works here has TERRIBLE customer service. He acts like you are asking him some kind of huge favor just to get information about products. He answered the phone and sat there on hold while 3 CUSTOMERS had been waiting to talk to him. There are no price tags or product information, so you must interact with this man throughout your entire experience shopping here.

I have been coming to Airgas and working with Kevin and Johnny for over a month now getting my supply that I need for my new startup. You could not ask for 2 better people, NOT only are they straight shooters and gave me great price on everything I needed, but their customer service was second to know.

The old guy at that counter on 12-18-2020 at 2:30pm. was extremely rude. Ive used airgas all over the country. By far this is the worst customer service ever.!!!!!! Dont waste your time. Until he is fired!!!!!

Just walked up to swap out a co2 tank. Drove from 25 minutes away. It’s 11:43am. Sign on the door says closed for lunch til 1:00pm. Bad enough you dont have somebody to cover a lunch break, but why do you close for well over an hour for lunch? Ridiculously unprofessional and a waste of my time. Lost my business.

Terribly lazy staff...made three phone calls earlier in the day and was routed to an answering service each time. Traveled to the store and found the staff sitting BSing..after a few minutes in the showroom, a woman identifying herself as the manager asked if someone was helping me. I replied No, and she said she would get someone. She went to the warehouse and then came back and went in her office. Another 5 mins or so went by and I guy came out of the warehouse to help me....finally, I could spend my money and leave....total bill $312.76 that they almost lost on a walk out to Strate Weld.

Im a hobbyist welder and they got me in and out rather quickly. Fair prices. Man at the register was gruff but friendly. Ill be returning here for future gas refills.

Not open during lunch!! Closed from 12-1pm which is crazy.

Without a doubt the best service a hobbyist could imagine receiving from a commercial supply house. Kudos to the management for the quality of your people. Now, get back to work (and give those guys on the counter a raise)!

I always go here for my welding supply needs. But today I went, gathered up all my stuff. Went to the counter slid my company debit card and it was declined on three separate times. I knew something was up so I went down the street to a race track station and used an atm, withdrew the money for my supplies with no problem what so ever and filled my truck with fuel. Went back to pick up my stuff and the guy still says it was my card. NEVER AGAIN.

Just started Tig and Johnny has been extremely helpful in the process. Refilled my second tank of Argon - and have really benefitted from their help. Will be back for all future purchases.

I called to see if they would fill my 60cf aluminum argon tank and the employee struck an attitude then hung up on me. So much for customers first

Twice now I have paid for a full 10 lbs bottle of argon and both times had issues. The first time lasted for about 15 min of using my tig. Second time never even cracked the valve on it brought it home let us sit about two months as I got it from them went to use it this evening and it’s so low it won’t tick the gauge. Oh it has gas in it but less then 10 psi. So twice got screwed out of gas from this place. So you buy from them better get proof or watch them fill your tank and not exchange it for one with 10 percent or less in it then you just paid for. I am beyond upset as needed to weld this evening.

The customer service is bad if you get the older guy not from Michigan. Hes rude and just basically unfriendly. Never helpful and ignores customers standing at the desk. Do yourself a favor and go to a different AirGas location.

This location closes at 4:30pm.
