Been a customer here for years & have never had a bad experience. Took my chipper in for repairs recently & svc guy Charles was on top of it, called me before I got home to give me his & another seasoned service techs opinion on what my issues possibly were. He kept me posted on the status of my machine until it was done, which was about a week. Bearing in mind its a very old machine & a challenge to get parts for. And it was a major repair, PTO/ clutch assembly. Office staff very friendly & helpful too. Love their annual seminars.

Service is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Took in to fix hydraulic leak a year ago for a skid steer. They kept for a month. Went to pick up. Still leaking. Mechanic sticks a wrench through side of machine and pries on fitting sideways instead of taking time to remove service plate. Says well if if bend it anymore the tank will probably leak. Right in front of the boss Mike. Had another problem now. Year later. Fix ground drive and leak they were supposed to fix first time. Brought home. Hydraulic fluid spraying all over the place. Take it back. They fix a hose leak they caused. Left out in parking lot low on hydraulic fluid from hose leak. Spoke to boss Mike. Says well I guess you need to buy a new hydraulic tank. Incompetent. In one word. If your a big corporation and need a good tax write off heres the place. If your a small business owner and dont want to get screwed stay away. Picture hydraulic fluid on trailer when I got home from spending $1700.00
