Harold is hands down the nicest person to do business with. I had a Tiffany style glass lamp shipped to be and the metal was broken at the base in transit. He did a subpoena job of fixing it while I wait. He definitely went above and beyond!! I’ll definitely go back.... as well as recommend him to family and friends. 😊.

Excellent service and super nice owner! Harold transformed a gorgeous antique lamp for me that was just sitting around collecting dust because nobody else in town knew what to do with it. He fixed it up in less than an hour and had all the things he needed in stock- including the perfect shade. Now its my favorite lamp! Check this place out, you wont be disappointed!

I was referred to Harold by another lighting company. I was looking for a replacement glass for an outdoor lamp for a client. I was immediately greeted when I arrived with a stern what do you want?. Weird but I proceeded to ask about the glass I needed. He looked for 1 second and said and I quote I wont do it. Even more weird. Then he proceeds to tell me to try Lee and Cates. I said ok and started to leave and he says I guess you broke that fixing their roof. I was wearing my work shirt that say roofing on it. I have never been so offended. Yes I am a Roofer and general contractor but I was merely trying to help a long time client fix their light that was storm damaged. He saw me drive up in a van, dirty, in work clothes and assumed I was not from Mandarin and that I had no money and didnt want to be bothered and instead did a dam good job of insulting me. My client however does live in Mandarin and has tons of money. I promise I will tell everyone I know about Harold Rand. I will never recommend him to anyone. Not even people I hate.
