These folks are phenomenal. Bill and the team are a true customer focused company. Great product of course but awesome to work with them.

DO NOT go here for anything at all very very poor customer service. I went there pick out the rock I Needed. She told me they can do the work the next day NOT. I called the next day we can’t get to you ok. Called two days later I will call you back in 15 minutes Miss. Rachel said......NOT I never heard a thing back from them. The ones on here that say good job or good work and and got it done your lucky. Because the service is Garbage. Service deserves no stars.

If u need stuff for your yard or patio renovation, like rocks and concrete, or topsoil, this is the place.. Family owned and operated.. Very knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the business.. If I needed anything they sell, Id never buy it anywhere else.. They deliver any size order! Cheap!

Customer service was awesome, prices are reasonable, and the delivered with only one day notice.

Purchased 20 yards of bulk red mulch delivered. Mulch was good, had a little more undyed leaves than I wanted but final product came out looking good. The 1 star review is because I was charged more than quoted by $20.13. Original charge was 575 even, then went to $595.13. I was never advised of higher price. Spoke with merchant today who is unwilling to charge amount discussed and said we have merchant service costs of 3.5%. I understand that as a business owner myself but I do not charge my customer x then it becomes y without advising them of additional cost. Bad business practice. I asked her to review call if its recorded she stated business is closed and I am at breakfast with my family. Why did you answer then?

I guess you get what you pay for. Called to order gravel. Lady said ill call you back. No call. I called again. Im sorry im very busy can you call back. I should have known then and went someplace else. Finally on the 3rd day i got to order by 6 yards of gravel and payed for it to be delivered. Ok we can deliver it friday at 10 am. (Today) its now 1.32 pm. Still waiting. I call. Well i only have 1 driver it will be there. So i wasted all day at a job wasting time and money. Please do not use this company.

Called for a quote, twice. Was told the contractor was busy with another job and they would get back to me both times. They never did, way to pass on money, wish i was so busy I could ignore customers. I would recommend then next name on the list of your search, I find this to be unprofessional and would not trust them with my property.

Good quality. Fair prices. Huge inventory. Convenient location on Blanding (near Lake Asbury, Orange Park and Middleburg) as well as less than 2 miles from new Brannon Field toll road. I can get to anywhere in Jacksonville in less than 30 minutes.

Pricing for basic rock and sand for your yard projects are better than their competitors. Not as large of a selection as other places, but they do have the more common items. They deliver, too.

I had them install a paver stone patio. Great price, the patio looks great, the quality of work it good also. The install crew was very nice. Only negative was the office seems disorganized and when I first called they told me they could have it installed in 3 weeks and it took almost 3 months for them to come out and do it. I had to call constantly to get them to give me a date.

I ordered white gravel and they delivered grey gravel. According to the person that delivered the materials, we just have to spray it down with water and it will turn white but it didnt work. I called the next day to return the materials and get a refund, the representative stated I would have to return all 3 yards of gravel myself to get the refund. This is a problem for me. I paid $50 for the gravel to be delivered for a reason, because I dont own a truck to transport the gravel. With that said, be careful when dealing with this company.

They did a great job installing my driveway and paver sidewalks. They finished all the work ahead of schedule and I have gotten some great compliments already! Very happy Yard Depot customer!

Not happy with customer service in this company. We ordered white gravel but they delivered gray looking one. And they told us just to spray it down and it will turn white!!! So we did it and gravel is still dark!!! They wont take it back!!!! Very unprofessional service!! Dont recommend them at all!!!!!!

Failed to show up or even call twice for concrete quote. Don’t know the quality of their work but they have shown me they aren’t reliable. Apparently the market is flooded with work for these guys so they don’t care if they lose your business. This seems to be an issue with many others in the field. Hopefully when the construction market dives again these guys will have a different look on customers.

Prices are great. The people were really friendly and pointed us to the best product we were looking to purchase
