We called and described our machine and the issues that we were having. We told them that we have a Pitney Bowes Di 900. They said that they knew everything there is to know about that machine! Naturally we were excited to have them come over to fix our problem. When they got here they looked like they didnt know what they were doing. One guy pulled out a flashlight to make it look like he was doing something. I was able to get more progress than them simply by using google. They werent able to do anything that day so they said that they would do some research and come back to fix it the following week. I called and left a message to check on them on Wednesday because I never heard from them. I never got a phone call back. They emailed me instead with an excuse.... I gave them 2 stars because they didnt charge us for wasting our time.

I have had a service contract on a folding machine with this company for serveral years at the business where I work. I highly suggest not using this company as they are not reliable to show up to do repair work when they say they will and many times the machine they work on still doesnt work very well after they have worked on it. The person that answers the telephone has the worst manners of anyone I have ever spoken to. I will not be renewing my service contract with them again.
