New Pool with Landscaping:Enver and his team just completed installing an in-ground pool with some landscaping for me. We couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. All the people working with Enver, both in the office and the field are professional and friendly. The team at Art of Natural Stone gave me exactly what I wanted in a cost effective and timely manner, and used the best materials on the market. I will not hesitate to go back to Enver the next time I need a project done right.

Price was fair. We got beautiful grey granite rock delivered to our home. They were off by a day but good customer service and follow up. Hence still the good review. I will be doing additional business!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Completely ignored us when we walked in the door and completely rude and disrespectful. Finally got something picked out and the forklift driver rammed the forks of the the forklift into my truck bed while 6 people were screaming at him to stop. Waited for 20 min to talk to a manager to have pull away in his golf cart while trying to show him the damage done. I was not trying to get compensation just simply trying to tell him to have his drivers be careful. Completely blown off right after $300 for a whole pallet of pavers. 0 stars if it was an option.

Walked in, found what I was looking for, purchased and they delivered before noon the same day. Very convenient and placed their where I asked.

Please stay away from this company. Bad quality finish. Company hiring illegal aliens dont speak English. Never ever pay in cash at this business. Youll never see your money back.

Their products are beautiful, many varieties of colors of stones and rocks and pebbles, they’re all so pretty it was hard to pick. We also bought retaining wall blocks which are the perfect shade couldn’t find elsewhere.The staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is amazing, extremely responsive. We’ve purchased from there twice and will be buying more product in a couple weeks. I highly recommend this business.

When we arrived the young lady was very professional and nice, as we were walking around we told her we had a very large (40’ by 24’ ) area we wanted to pave and a very small (15’ by 15’) area we wanted to put artificial grass. We already had someone to give us a estimate on our backyard at a great price but she responded that they did installation as well and she would ask the installer about a estimate anyway. As she proceeded to walk towards the installer/ maybe owner, I’m guessing she explained to him what we wanted before we reached him, he looked at us and told us “FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT”. First and foremost you don’t speak to anybody like that, we have plenty of people that is interested in doing the job, Second, if your already at someone home installing pavers than a 15’ by 15’ area of artificial grass is not a big deal to lay near the same area. Apparently that was the problem but I think it was more to it then that.I will never step foot near that place again. If you want great customer service give your business to someone who cares about their customers.

Terrible customer service. We made an appointment to get a quote & took the day off just to have them not show up. After the second appointment they missed, it was clear that this is not a good establishment to work with.

Would have given zero stars if that was an option. Wlaked around for 20 minutes then went to the office where we were totally blown off. Zero acknowledgement of being a paying customer. Plenty of more places that sell papers and stones to have such non existent customer service.

Large selection of stones great prices

While there’s nothing wrong with the product, delivery left something to the desired. First of all it costs $75 for delivery of rocks.Secondly, they never gave us a delivery time. When I called to get one (at 9:30AM), they said we were the next delivery. A couple hours later I call back and they said the delivery guy had to come back to their location and deliver to some other people which pushed ours back. No apology btw. So we waited. Then I call again at they said the delivery guy just left to come to our house (12:26pm) and he’d be here shortly. Fast forward again to 1:49pm and still no rocks. I called again and they said they were here, to which I responded that they certainly are not! Needless to say I’m still waiting. This could all have been easily resolved with better communication and realistic expectations. We won’t be using their services again!

Excellent service from start to finish. The project was managed with utmost professionalism and all special requirements were met with expertise. Installation was efficient and fast. We could not be more please with the quality and workmanship we received from Art of Natural Stone.

I went to art of natural stone twice first time to talk with someone about a paver patio small job about 370 square feet and gave my personal info ..... the second time I went there to set up a in home quote no one ever called me or stopped by so I went with a different company and could not be happier ...... a friend recommended art of natural stone and couldnt be more disappointed ..... I quess the small jobs are a low priority but should of had the decency to let me know they did not want to do my job!!!!!!! Way to take care of your local customer...

We stopped by the Beach Blvd. location and walked around their huge display area. My wife and I discussed our preferences with the sales associate, Esra. When we had agreed on size, pattern, and color we went inside the office and discussed arranging for an estimate. Enver was to come out the following day. He showed up during the agreed-upon window, even calling to say he was on his way. We discussed what we wanted which included flowerbeds below two bedroom windows, and assembling a 12 X 16 gazebo which we already had purchased.We were told they would have to order the pavers since the selected color was not in stock. It took about two weeks but we got the call that the pavers were in and the paver crew would be at out home the next morning. At 7:15 the next day we heard the workmen beginning.Let me comment on the paver crew. These Hispanic men all knew what they were doing. While they did have music playing while they worked, there was no conversation. Every man knew his task and performed it without pause. Around noon they stopped for lunch which they took in the shade of a tree in the front yard. As soon as they were through eating, they started working again and didnt stop until after 7:00 PM. It was a wonder to watch them. No rush, no hesitation, no stopping to figure out what to do next. They just kept at it all day. In fact, they almost completed my patio in one day. They seemed disappointed that they had to return the following morning (again, 7:15) to finish up and clean up.The patio looks beautiful and we are quite pleased.There were a few problems; not with the workmanship but with some damage caused by transporting the material from the front to the back yard. They initially tried to back a truck along my side yard to the gate into the back yard. The side they chose is quite soft and the truck sank into the wet soil. To make matters worse, the large rut they made was actually on my neighbors side of the property line. I stopped them from leaving on the 2nd day to explain they had to fill in the rut and try to preserve the sod. They accomplished this by using some soil that was available in the back yard. They shoveled out the sod, filled the run and replaced the sod as best they could.Because the new patio took up about 2/3 of my small back yard, I had previously removed the part of my underground sprinkler system that was now covered by pavers. I called my sprinkler company and had them come out to adjust the remaining sprinkler heads to prevent the high-iron content well water from staining my new pavers. Their tech discovered that the paver crew had run over the sprinkler valves and damaged two of the four valves which had to be replaced. They had also broken one of the sprinkler water lines when they installed a drain pipe for a gutter downspout. In all, about $400 worth of damage.Too bad. If not for the sprinkler system damage, the paver crew would have received 5-stars.Now let me discuss the crew that assembled my gazebo. These guys did not show up until around 10:00 AM. They worked for about two hours and then took a two hour lunch. When they returned, they worked for about an hour until three young women arrived. They stood around and chatted up the women for an hour before starting to work again. We had showers and their work was interrupted. Finally, they called it a day and said they would return the next day. This time, only a single worker showed up in the morning and worked until around noon at which time he said he had to leave for the day because he had to go to his bosss birthday party. This was on Friday and they did not return until Monday when they finished the job.The contrast in work ethics of the two crews could not have been more stark. According to the Gazebos manufacturer, the assembly should take two men 4-5 hours. This crew made a three-day ordeal out of it. The only silver lining I can make of it was that I agreed to a single price for the entire job so it didnt cost me extra for their half-assed work ethic.

Phenomenal job would recommend to anyone! Employees and the owner, Enver, bend over backwards to help. Try them you wont be sorry.

Started off great, ended very poorly. Uneven stone work, colapsing into the fill. Large gaps they tried to cover with sand. Men urinated several places in the yard. Did less than what was originally designed and expected to be paid the same. Would not return phone calls e-mails or texts to resolve issues. Had to dispute final payment.Definitely not recommend.

Good selection, but delivery service did not live up to its price. Was told delivery in the morning and did not get it until late in the afternoon (only after making several calls that I initiated). To top it all off, the delivery was incomplete and they had to come back the next day.

Enver in big on promise, but poor on delivery. They are high priced, but the quality of work is poor and their customer service is even worse. His labor force cant communicate and Enver never comes to oversee the job after he gets paid. Enver uses his Iranian accent to pretend hes a hard working immigrant and hes just a con man. Be forewarned if you ever consider doing business with Art of Natural Stone.

BUYER BEWARE!Art of Natural Stone was referred to us from a co-worker and after speaking with Enver, he came out promptly to provide an estimate to me as well as our neighbor. Later that week a meeting at the design center went fairly well, and the customer service went really well. We decided to move forward with the job of a patio extension along with a firepit and bench.The stone color we ordered took a bit to come in, however the team remained in communication with us which was much appreciated. Once the stones came in and work began, we started running into some issues. We were not home when the work was being done (our fault) and I noticed that they laid a boarder and then a darker color paver which was not what we ordered...we ordered one solid color. My wife immediately called the office and told them to stop the installation because the pavers were not the ones we ordered. They seemed a little aggravated (not our fault) but did stop the job and redid the area that was completed with the correct pavers. When I came home, the pavers were the correct color however there were several more issues.To begin with, they built a wall up with just dirt, the patio was NOT level, the firepit was not what we discussed and the bench was the perfect size for a 5 year old to sit on. Enver charged us an additional $250.00 to update the height of the bench along with having a higher firepit with caps. Needless to say we were very upset and extremely annoyed.I had my wife connect with Enver. After Enver yelled and cursed at her over the phone, for no reason whatsoever, he agreed to come out the next day, take a look and fix the issues. The next morning the workers did show up and it appeared that they corrected the existing issues. Enver however was a no show. How does an owner of a company not show up to look at a patio installation that had so many issues?The final product appeared to be more inline with what we had expected to receive. However, while sitting outside a few days later, we noticed that a paver (along the border) was undone and several pavers were moving (shifting) when walking on them. We called/texted several times and were told that a worker would be out to correct. After a few days of no shows, my wife and I drove to the company to speak with Enver. He could tell we were upset and said that a worker would be out in 1-2 hours to fix. This was at 10:00am. By 7:00pm no one from Art of Natural Stone showed up at our home to fix these additional issues. My wife and I left multiple messages via telephone and texts expressing our disappointment. Enver finally responded by calling me and began yelling at me because I wanted the work done correctly especially after I had paid a lot of money.Funny how the only time Enver called during the entire project with all the screw ups was when he wanted to get paid before I even got home to see the finished product. I have had several issues since they completed the patio. I have repaired the bad work using youtube videos which were better and more helpful than the service we received from Art of Natural Stone.If you are looking to be bullied and lied to, Art of Natural Stone is the place for you. If you are looking for something better, I would definitely connect with someone else in the market.Hope this was helpful. Be safe!
