The parts guy didnt seem very friendly and said he couldnt find my parts for the car without the VIN number, but the Auto zone and Napa didnt have any trouble finding those exact parts without the VIN number? Its true having the VIN number will ensure you get the exact part for your car but I dont think its necessary for most basic parts like an air filter. (IMO)

Absolutely LOVED the experience I got from this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and it was the smoothest process. We did mainly everything over the phone being that we live in Savannah. We were there for two hours tops. John C. is such an amazing salesperson. He made the process easy so definitely ask for him!! Brittany was also very helpful informing me about the finances. The general manger was amazing as well. They were all able to get me into a reliable vehicle and I can’t thank them enough. I would have to say this dealership gave me the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.I started my process online by selecting a CX-5 and submitting a credit application online. I quickly received a call from John (sales rep). He was very nice. I told him that I was looking to lease and trade in two cars. John asked for pictures of both cars and millage. I provided these as soon as requested.Before I left my house to come to the dealer I verified that I was credit approved. John told me With the positive equity, my manger (Daniel) said we are good.Once I got to the dealer the used car manger Gino lowballed both of my trade-ins. I advised Daniel that I had done an online appraisal through CarMax offering $4,600 more than they offered. Daniel told me that they had not driven the cars and that they would not honor the online prices upon an in person appraisal. I immediately went to CarMax after this conversation and CarMax wrote a 7 day offer for the online appraisal amounts Daniel said wouldnt happen.After being lowballed on my trades I was told that I was not approved for a lease. At the end of the day I felt like Daniel and Gino were doing a bait and switch to get me into the door. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. The only saving grace was our sales rep John who very helpful and apologetic.

Put a deposit down on a new Mazda 3 to reserve it for a week while my insurance finished totalling out my old car and the sales manager sold it the next day. Very disappointed in that level of customer care I received and how little they cared about the deposit. Basically told me tough luck when I called about the car I HAD PUT A DEPOSIT ON!! If I could give less stars I would because of how atrocious the service was.

Really an excellent place! Friendly, honest, good service. Ben Ollie is an excellent salesmen. The paperwork was extremely smooth thanks to Brittany! However, I just can’t give them 5 stars because 4 days after I traded in my 2016 CX-5 for a new model, my bank deducted a car payment for the old model. Sure I’ll get the money back but it is an inconvenience. The dealer says the banks are overwhelmed but did not confirm that they actually paid the bank. Anyway, I’d give this place 4.9 stars. Just wish I didn’t have to wait 2 weeks for that extra car payment money back.

I dont reside in Jacksonville, I was passing through. I had a nail in my tire that required it to be replace. Tom Bush was the only dealership that had the one tire I needed. They said they only had an appointment for the next day at 11:30a to install. I had to be on the road, so I said I would buy the tire and take it somewhere else. Well, I showed up to buy the tire, met with the same courtesy that I received on the phone. Upon purchasing the tire, the parts Rep Jim double check with the tech to see if he could install the tire then. The tech said yes, Kathryn wrote up the order and I was out in 45 minutes. Great service, courtesy and care about the customer. If I ever need any car needs and Im in the area, I will be returning to Tom Bush Mazda. Thank you for making my stressful mishap a good experience!

Purchased used cars from Steve Garcia and both times have been hassle free! Great car buying experience both times (which is why we went back). We traded in the first purchase for the second one (3 years apart) and was given an offer site unseen for the trade. Picked up the new car and delivered the old one back to them 4 days later (it was in another state). Steve offered to deliver the new one and switch it out but we said that was over and above since it was 5 hours away. Again, awesome experience each time and I’m sure we will return!

Everything was great until I brought back the loaner car that was low on fuel for starters (I made sure it had a half of a tank)and did not have a problem but since my clothes left a smoking odor (CAR WAS NEVER SMOKED IN )lingering in the Vehicle I was about to be charged $200 ! Not happening.the service advisor (Kathryn Murphy)made me feel like she was trying to find a problem anyways in a clean car so I was told that I will no longer be able to use a loaner from the manager for future service. And that’s fine.never had a problem from the 3 times i had service here but today made me not want to return.

I went to Tom Bush Mazda last night to look at a 2015 Mazda CX-9 that I saw on line. It was raining when we pulled up, I was just looking, I wasn’t buying. We were greeted by Davis Knabb. He was kind and asked if he could help us. I told him I wanted to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. By the time he went to get the vehicle a monsoon hit! That didn’t stop him from getting me the vehicle to test drive. Davis was very patient, took his time with us (we asked to look at 3 vehicles) and negotiated a great deal for me. He was hard working and 4 hours later I walked out with my dream car! So thankful I took the drive to Tom Bush Mazda, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend them and Davis. No pressure to buy and he went over all the options of the vehicle, the warranties and safety features. He called me today to check in and to see how the car drove and offered to fill my tank and detail my car! Amazing!! Feeling like what could have been a stressful time was a joyful one. I’ve never had a good experience at car dealerships, there’s always some type of nonsense. Tom Bush Mazda on Atlantic has showed me consistent respect and good service. At first I had a great experience with Tom Bush Mazda and VW. However, now that ive actually leased my new vehicle they do not seem to care at all about their actual current customers. When I turned in my previous Mazda CX-5 lease I was promised I would not be charged a dispostition fee. Things at Tom Bush Mazda ended up falling through so I was referred to Tom Bush VW and I asked the salesperson if what they promised me at Tom Bush Mazda would still be valid since they are the same and I was given a verbal yes, of course! no problem. While I was purchasing my new lease I had other dealerships promising me way better deals but they sold me on the fact that they actually cared and had great customer service. This has NOT been my experience so far. Three months after I turned in my lease I get a bill from Chase for over $1,500 INCLUDING the disposition fee that the dealership told me they would cover. They didnt turn in my previous leased vehicle to Mazda for OVER A MONTH after I turned it in and they had it inspected in ORLANDO. How am I supposed to be responsible for damages when my car sat on your lot for over a month and was transported to Orlando BEFORE inspection?? I contacted both TB Mazda and VW and got a quick let me figure this out for you and never heard from them again. Ended up paying the bill as they were threatening sending my account to collections. They didnt even send my paperwork to VW corporate until a month after I purchased my new lease and I had to have VW corporate contact the dealership directly before I heard back from them because they didnt even have a record of my purchase and my first payment was supposed to be due that day. You think of all customers they would keep their promises to it would especially to leasers who are in the market for a brand new car every 3 years. Never returning to ANY Tom Bush dealership and will continue to share my experience with others. I feel totally scammed.

I first off would have given this dealership 0 stars, but the last two gentlemen I spoke with kept me from doing that. Scotty Hawkesworth, he is the reason the stereotype about car salesmen exist. This person, and I have all communication in writing via text and a brief synopsis written down as well following a phone call, he is the epitome of dishonest, distrustful, and conniving. He failed to deliver on all fronts concerning the vehicle I wanted for my wife, the vehicle he had approved via the sales manager for the pricing deal we struck, and for telling me the car I wanted was still there one hour before our appointment, and for also showing me the car in the lot when were walking around the lot after we first showed up for our scheduled appointment with him. The General Manager Ken Milhorn, he deserves 5 stars in my book. He came through by honoring the same deal we had struck with Scotty and the previous sales manager, and showed us several vehicles to choose from. Without him, we would have left that day and not purchased a new vehicle, definitely never purchased from Tom Bush Mazda again, and probably never even purchased a Mazda vehicle again. This day was that bad because of Scotty Hawkesworth. And as for the other person that helped me choose to purchase that day, was our new sales consultant to write up the deal, John Stribling. He was very professional, forthcoming, and quick to complete the deal. He deserves 5 stars as well. However, because of Scotty, Tom Bush Mazda is only getting one star.

Scotty was an fantastic salesman. Not only was he able to offer me a top deal for my trade in/new car, but was able to work and communicate with me in advance of our appointment so that trading my old car and acquiring my new car took less than 15 minutes in and out the door. The customer service is top notch there, really appreciate you guys taking care of me!

Ben Ollie went over and above finding me the specific car I wanted. He was professional and trustworthy. Brittany in the finance office was also great. She explained my options but didn’t apply any undue pressure to purchase additional warranties. This was the most hassle free car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Thank you!

Practically everything was done over the phone. Showed up, test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork. It was that easy. Scotty and Elizabeth did an awesome job. By the way I love my CX-9.
