Jared in the service department went above and beyond what a service associate is required to do, at least from my perspective. Specifically, Jared greeted us as though we were his family. Although he was wearing a mask, I believe he had a smile on his face. He updated us on how things were going and how much longer the service would take to complete. When the service was complete, Jared showed me how to connect my phone in order to use GPS. Hes truly a asset to Tom Bush Mazda City. Both my wife and I give him thumbs up. I recently had an issue with my 2008 Mazdaspeed3 and was looking for a shop to replace my VVT Timing Chain. I Called multiple mechanics in my local area and they were a bit pricey. I Also called multiple Mazda dealerships to get a quote. And the only ones that were helpful were Mazda City of Orange Park. PERIOD. I Contacted Advisor Paul and he was very helpful and gave me all the details of the process. Customer Service was on point. They Even Gave Me A 2020 MAZDA CX-5 To Borrow FOR FREE for a WHOLE WEEK So I can go to school and work with unlimited miles. I Even contacted service manager Luis to get some nice photos around the dealership and he was nice enough to give me permission to do so. This is by FAR the best experience I have ever had. We had purchased 3 previous Mazdas through Eric at another dealership, so when our CX-3 was totalled, naturally the first call went out to him. He worked diligently to find the ideal replacement; not an easy task given the rapid turnover of inventory at the time. We chose a gently used (900 mile) 2021 CX-5, and were pleasantly surprised at how much easier the buying process was at Mazda City. My Boyfriend and I were in the market for a new car after our previous one was totaled. We first tried the previous dealership we used, however, the cars we were interested in all had large market adjustments. We were told thats just how the market is now. So, we decided, well if that is the way the market is, lets see how far we can make our money go. We originally had reached out to a different Mazda Dealership and I wasnt fond of the sales person so we decided to check out Mazda City of Orange Park on a Friday Afternoon. We pulled up and a few minutes later Cole greeted us. We test drove the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 and were able to look at a Mazda 3 Hatchback. Cole was very knowledgeable about the features of both models and was very patient with no typical sales guy tactics. We really liked the Mazda 6 but had our hearts set on a Carbon Edition after looking at the different trim levels. We knew these trims were few and far between but Cole went and spoke with this manager and low and behold there was one at the Port! Next we thought, here we go with the numbers....However, to our surprise, No Market Adjustment and we got a rebate that we didnt even have to ask for. We put a deposit down but we had a vacation set right around the time it may be delivered. No worries, Mazda held the car for us and we picked it up the next day after returning. We also dealt with Steve who was just as nice. Aaron in financing was great and explained all the extras we could add if we wanted to. Again, no terrible tactics, just the facts. We were able to walk in, and by some miracle, get the exact model and trim we loved without any crazy markups. Hopefully soon I will be ready to upgrade and we will be a Mazda family all around. We will 100% return to Mazda City and work with Cole in finding my Mazda!

My wife and I just had our first experience with Mazda this past weekend and couldnt be more thrilled with our purchase. The car-leasing process with Mazda City was very easy, and pricing was fair from the get-go especially in a COVID-19 market. We live over an hour away and worked with Eric Singer in advance to negotiate and work out the details of the CX-5 Carbon Edition that we really wanted; we sent all of our information to process the lease and when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, everything was as we agreed upon and we were in and out in 45 minutes after signing paperwork and going over the car tutorial. My Wife and I were in the market for a new SUV as we are getting ready to expand our family with a new baby in September. The CX-5 felt like an easy choice (compared to the competition) for what my family needed so after I did my research all I needed to do was find a dealership and more importantly a salesman who I could trust to not make me feel as though I was being robbed. Mazda City in Orange Park FAR exceeded all expectations based off my past experiences with other dealerships of many different flavors in the Jacksonville/North Florida area. The show floor was clean and organized much like the way Mazda designs the interiors of their vehicles. The employees greeted us warmly but did not lunge at us immediately. It was a comfortable introduction which set the pace for the rest of the experience. We were greeted by a Gentleman name Joe Jacobson. It was Mr. Jacobson, the salesman, that really sealed the deal for us making the purchase. From beginning to end Mr. Jacobson treated my Wife and I with a great deal of respect and was VERY upfront about his honest opinion. He didnt try to steer us in any direction that was contrary to what we wanted. We purchased the exact car we wanted and could not be happier knowing that we got a great car at a great price. I just wanted to write a review about our experience with Eric Singer at Mazda City. Even though we wavered on what we wanted, etc., Eric was constantly trying to find us the vehicle of our dreams. We ended up purchasing elsewhere but Eric was so great that we really felt bad about not buying from him. He knows his cars and is really enthusiastic about them. I couldnt recommend a better salesperson than Eric. We went with a Honda and that is the only reason we didnt purchase here.

Today was my second time having my vehicle serviced at Mazda of OP. I have always been skeptical of dealership service centers, but my experience here has changed my mind. From the associate at the front desk, Paul, to the service tech doing my inspection, Tim, everyone is transparent and thorough.They send you a video inspection, and I never knew how reassuring that could be. To be able to actually see my brake pad depth and tire treads measured was pretty neat. The value and comfort here is worth my time and money. I purchased my vehicle at Mazda of OP, and I havent been disappointed yet.
