They seem to have good mechanic skills here, they have been helpful in getting my boyfriends bike up and running, just wished the communication was alittle better, furthermore, due to the overwhelming motorcycle repairs the wait time is longer than expected... So be patient 🤣.

These guys did an awesome job for me installing two tires. Very helpful and they got my baby back on the road! They did NOT charge me the diagnostic fee because the bike wouldnt cooperate so there was nothing to diagnose. I will definitely return here again.

Very good shop to get your bike fixed! The whole place does need to look a little bit better, yet there is only so much You can do in the very tight parking area they have. Yikes. The Arlington Expressway makes this shop hard to get to, so call them & follow their instructions on how to bring your bike in, if thats why youre reading My review. Bottomline, theyll get your bikes, and cars, fixed.

Amazing shop 10/10. Needed a needle valve for my yzf 600r. No where in town had the part in stock and wanted 40+ dollars to be ordered. Called 904 performance and I was told to come in and see if they had one in their spare parts and was told to just take it if they did. So thankful to be able to get my bike running tonight and get riding again. Will definitely be taking my business here and recommending them to anyone needing work done on their bike. A+

Pretty cool place. Havent shopped here but I went to their Wheelie Wednesday event. It was am epic ride across town ending with a trip to the pizza parlor. They even had a raffle complete with cool giveaways. Will be participating in Wheelie Wednesday from now on and will go check out the shop!

This is a off-the-beaten-path motorcycle repair shop. I had 4 tires and tubes installed on two of our three motorcycles and the price was a great deal and the quality of work was excellent. Nikki the service writer helped us find the best deal on tubes and parts prior to setting our appointment.

Great shop they will do anything they can to help keep a rider riding. They go above and beyond making sure you stay happy. Makes ya feel good when every employee there rides a bike to work you know they understand.

Took my bike to 904 for an electrical issue. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I thought that was a bit much as I would miss all of Bike Week. But when I got the bike back it was running like a champ. And the final bill was very, very reasonable. Much less than either me or my wife expected. If you are not in a hurry to get your bike fixed, this is the place to go.

I have a 2002 cbr 600 f4i that had a good bit of surface rust in the gas tank and i took it to the guys at 904 and not only did they remove all of the rust in a timely fashion but they actually re built my fuel pump and did not over charge me like most places would..I highly recommend them!! Bought a new rear tire online, didnt want to mess with taking the wheel off myself, so brought the bike and tire in to 904. The charge to replace the tire was far, far below what my dealer quoted me, and it was done in under 30 minutes by a guy who obviously knew what he was doing. Cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I have a unique 3 wheeler Piaggio MP3, and was real worried being new in town and finding a new shop. Found 904 Performance via Google search and tried them out. I couldnt be more happier. Had the job done while I waited, I made an appointment prior of coarse, but none the less, it was an excellent job.HONEST, AFFORDABLE, & QUALITY.

Ive been to 904 Performance a few times so far. Everything has always been done very well on my bike, and they are kind enough to answer any questions I have asked. They do have the lowest labor rates I have found locally and I have no complaints at all about the work. They even stayed a little past closing once because I had to have my bike towed there and it wound up arriving just after 7 PM. I really appreciated that. My only complaint would be that the turnaround time is not very fast (at least in my personal experience, hence the 4 stars), but I suspect thats mostly due to their workload which is testament to the excellent service which they provide. Since the first time I went there, I havent considered having my bike serviced anyplace else and dont plan to.

If you want good quality customer service and good work for even better prices this is the place! One big thing for me is my wheels being balanced out right 904 performance is the place to go.

Got up from having dinner with his family to come diagnose and fix the headlights on my bike with nothing more than a credit card multitool.

They helped me last minute get a new chain for my f650gs, I had to get back to NC. BTW those sprockets made it back to NC guys. Haha thanks. Time for sprockets now.

I went to a couple of different shops and no one could figure it out i took my 2006 Harley to 904 and they figured out the problem asap and went above and beyond what anyone did and there pricing is unbelievable reasonable. They really got me good:Took them a bike that had been sitting for 5 years. Told them I needed full service and new everything. Paid about $800 including new tires...A couple of weeks later my BRAND NEW tires are going flat. I take it to them and they realize they overlooked replacing the tire stem where the air goes in. They quote me $80 to replace 2 stems (part cost is $2 apiece)....Seriously??? Gonna charge me for labor because you overlooked something? HELL NO. Ill take my business elsewhere. Not cool.

Went in for a leaky valve stem. Replaced it in about 20 minutes for $30. He was very careful with my bike going in and out of the shop, which is important to me.

Helped to tighten a loose mirror and were very kind. Didn’t even charge me. Good folks ! 🙏

2008 Can Am Outlander 500 Max St. I bought it used andbut had some running problems.Curt and his team fixed it better than I expected at a very fair price.If you have a bike, Atv, Tub that needs repair there is only one choice for honest, reliable and reasonable work.

Yes, they were paid - and I was given a bigger problemBike was dropped while in their care and I was notified of the incident 3 weeks after the fact when I came to the shop myself to see what was going on.Bike was given back to me twice unoperational 5 months after I initially delivered them my motorcycle.Ill never be compensated for the loss of use during that time, the halfway paint repair, or the time and money Ill need to spend for an actual mechanic to repair my bike.

They mess my bike up worse then it was when I brought it to them to fix it. Nuts and bolts missing so it rattles like its about to fall apart and they took three weeks to do anything and what they did was mess my bike up really bad. And they charged me $700 to do it. Stay away at all cost! 904 Performance sucks! all they are are some performers ripping people off with mechanic work.

I dropped off my Suzuki Boulevard S83 the first or second week of February. They werent able to get back to me with a diagnosis and price until March 12th. My bike needs new fork seals and some new tubes going into the tank replaced. I paid them on March 12th via credit card over the phone. It is now March 22nd and they havent even began working on my bike. I was told Im #8 in line to get worked on. Im extremely frustrated and not sure if I should go get my bike and try another shop. The gentleman I have been dealing with has been nice however I dont feel that it should take this long to get my bike fixed. This place has a lot of good reviews but most of them are from a year or more ago. The more recent reviews all seem to be poor. Im not sure if I should continue to wait or just get my bike since some of the more recent reviews mention poor work being done.

The ONLY reason I gave these guys one star, is it does not allow me to give NO stars. I called them and asked if they worked on scooters, they said yes. I took it to them. They said they got it working great. I get it home and it was working a little better, but was still having a hard time starting. I took it back to them. They kept it for a whole month. I made multiple phone calls during that time with no return calls. Finaly, I was able to get someone on the phone who said they checked it out again. I picked it up, took it home, and nothing was done. I took it to a scooter repair shop who pointed out that the wrong spark plug had been installed.I cant say if these guys are good or bad with motorcycles (that would be unfair and I call like I see it.) But, I would not take a scooter to them. I honestly would not deal with them at all after the way they treated me as a customer.Responce to your response ;I can asure you I have the right place. I left and did not say anything because punching you was not an option according to the Florida State statutes. As a matter of fact, I just found out yesterday that you put the wrong spark plug in and didnt even bother to tighten it. I hardly ever fill one of these things out, but I felt compelled to write this one about you. As I said before, I hope your a better motor cycle repair shop than a scooter shop. Good luck sir.

Came here to have my HID lights looked at. Rep took the car and came back less than 5mins after with my headlights fix. Worth driving 30mins for an excellent customer service!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU ARE WARNED!! They are liars!!! Horrible place! Staff is unprofessioal! They lied to me the second I walked in! Had my quad lil over 2 weeks for carb adjustment! Had it less than 24hrs went back to acting same way when I took it there! THEY WANT TO SAY CUZ I RODE IN RAIN when it was never ridden except up and down there side street when I picked it up! It seemed to run OK! Now they say gotta have for another week! Its been 3 weeks now sense first dropped off for simple carb adjustment!! Now another week! You are warned!! STAY AWAY!! This place is unprofessional and are liars! Said had to order parts and they never did!!!

Called and got a quote on a repair on my bike, it was a good price so I told him Id drop it off that afternoon. When I brought the bike in to drop off, I was told it would take two weeks for them to do two billable hours worth of work on it.

Ross is that dude, always gives me the best advice for taking care of my bike and always does great work at a great price.

I never do this review thing but have to share my experience. Took my bike there because it was sputtering a little. 6 weeks later, over a thousand dollars spent, had to call a tow truck to take it to another shop because bike wouldnt even start! Changed a bunch of stuff didnt need to be changed since those parts werent the problem. Took my original Suzuki parts out and installed universal parts. Once at the other shop, they fixed the problem within a few hours. Dont waste your time or money here. Since you seem to always have an answer to complaints Curtis, explain this one! Have the reciepts to prove it too. 🙄

Took my bike in to get them clutch cylinder slave rebuild, paid for them parts and dropped them bike off Saturday two weeks ago. My parts came in on Tuesday got a call saying they place sent them wrong parts. But we have a extra cylinder that we can use bike will be done later, but got another call later that day that clutch wont work. We have to order them part through kawasaki it will take 3 to 5 days, ok that was on wed. Got a call today that the part will not be in till Thurs of this week, funny thing is they found a shop farther south in fl that had it. But because they wouldnt over night they choose not to use them. Im now to the point Im missing to much time a work over something that should have been fix last week.

Best place in all of Jacksonville to get your bike serviced. Yeah they are crazy and super busy most of the time but heck its because they are so good and friendly to everyone. Not once has Curtis or any of the other techs let me down. Its simple, you call to make sure they have room for your bike > if they dont come back another day . Bought a gsxr 600 for my wife. Needed it lowered alot. Due to other issues with the bike, Curtis and the team ordered all the parts I needed and fixed everything! She has been riding all the time. I will not take my bikes anywhere else nor will I recommend anyone else!

Excellent service, excellent people.I brought my 1996 zx6r up there dead as a doorknob told them what I thought was wrong and they got right to it. Gave me a call and told me all the problems I had. I had a few parts laying around so They took my parts and put it in the bike; and i honestly have to say its some of the best experiences ive had at a mechanic shop of any kind.Very personable, genuine people and they have an open door policy with there garage. They make you feel like youre a person with a issue they have no problems fixing. I hated going to shops because the mechanics always kind of make you feel like an idiot but I never got a shread of that here. I know where I will forever being taking my bike and all my bikes to come down the road and I highly recommend these fellas.

Brought my bike to 904 performance on a recomendation of a friend, and havent been disappointed. They are by far the most courteous and helpful shop Ive seen so far. Ross and Curtis have both helped me out with questions I had on multiple occasions, as well as worked on my HD sportster a few times. They really should charge more for the quality of the work they do. Turnaround time was always great, and I dont think Ill ever take my bike anywhere else.

I have, and always will recommend anyone I know to go to them for repairs. Curtis has always gone the extra mile to ensure my bikes were back on time and made the arrangements to stay open late so I could pick up after hours. Only negative thing I can say is i wish i knew about them sooner when i first arrived to Jacksonville. Great shop and great set of staff they have I had been practicing burn outs on my bike 06cbr600rr. And messed up clutch and I dont know anything about it so I thought I needed whole new clutch and would be a lot of money so I Called them up with a great reference from my brother he always goes to them for all his bike needs and I told them I needed a brand new clutch and they could have got over on me and beat me in the head with price for brand new clutch but they had me bring it in and checked it out and found didnt need full clutch and saved me a lot of money and on top of that I was being impatient and wanted to pick my bike up early without letting the gasket cure and seal and I took bike and caused it to leak going super hard on it first day out and was no problem they let me bring back next day and did it over no charge took care of me and ever since then they have been great on all my bike needs and I will most definitely vouch any day for 904Performance and Curtis and his staff my brother goes there and my friends and I all go there and never had any issues or problems great group of people !!!!!!!! And on top of that ( Wheelie Wednesdays ). Really !!!!!! Come on LOL !!!!! 904 ALL DAY !!!!! Bring your two wheel babys there and they will take care of you !!!!
