Got muffler installed by them. Had some problems but it was the cars fault. Very professional and good deal. Very friendly.Make sure you come really early if you want work done in a day, took them 2-3 hours to install. Mainly because I was in line.

The work was done at a reasonable price and quickly, and when it was taking longer than expected for parts to arrive, Ken stayed on top of things and kept me in the loop so I wasnt left wondering. Great shop, fixed my faulty brake light. Very professional and always fare rates!! In addition in July 2020 Kenny installed a compressor and condenser in order to get my ac working. The compressor did not get it cold but he persisted and changed the compressor until he fixed the problem. The ac is working great and very cold at a reasonable price. I will continue using his shop for my repairs.

Took our 2004 Honda S2000 in for a catalytic converter. Ken was awesome. He let me know what was going on step by step and explained everything that was going on with the car. It needs some extra work and he was honest and the prices were great. Hopefully I dont have to, but Id definitely go back if needed.

Fast and Inexpensive installation of a Cat back exhaust System on my car. No appointment needed and even though my car presented difficulties,they still managed to finish everything on time and with good quality work. I even asked them for a favor and swap out my fog light bulbs for me....all they Said was to leave them the new bulbs and it would be done.The two mechanics that were present at the time of my visit are,by far, the friendliest, most dedicated and knowledgeable mechanics Ive ever dealt with. My wife tends to hate getting any car service done without me present,because the typical mechanics are blunt,harsh and spend no time explaining things to her. This is a great muffler shop. They did a custom 18 magnaflow with dual stainless tips on my Silverado, and did a fantastic job. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable as well as quick and efficient. I have had service at a muffler shop before and had to wait to set an appointment and then had to wait all day to finish the job and then was charged over $300.00.S & W Muffler is family owned and the service was quick and the price was right. He gave me options as to what I want him to do to fix the noise I was having with my car. One was more expensive and one was less expensive. I choose the less expensive repair and have been happy since. I only had to wait 30 mins and was glad I did not have wait all day on a saturday for the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and did not waste anytime to get the job done with a great price. In the future I will not take my car to anyone else but S & W Muffler.

They didnt give me the time of day, sat in waiting area to be helped for almost half hour so i left, went down road and had a full custom exhaust system put on my 2011 camaro ss and spent over 700 dollars, i guess their loss.

I came in to get a new exhaust system run bringing with me my own flowmaster muffler and chrome tip. This was installed on a 2005 Camry 4 cyl.The system sounds great and you can feel the extra power!The system looks factory with the chrome tip in the stock location matching up with the factory valence.I will always go to and recommend ss muffler shop to all my family and friends.
