I had no idea what design would work, and he gave me so many ideas and really took the time to answer all my questions even before I signed the contract. I cannot recommend them enough! They came in cheaper than the other quotes we got, and we ended up with the most beautiful patio that is now the envy of the neighborhood!! Call them ASAP!!! Highly recommend Jax Paver Guys! Project manager came over to quote the job on the day I called and started the project ahead of schedule. All materials were in stock, so no wait time. 700 SF patio with fire pit complete in 1 day. The crew was efficient and extremely skilled.

The best way to know the character of a person is what they will share when they are not getting paid for it. I just had that experience. Called to buy some boarder for my diy project and was educated on a better or the professional way to do it better. Really appreciate the help.

We called several companies for some work we needed to have done on our pavers. Cole answered the phone immediately and was eager to help with our project. None of the others even returned my call. Their guys did a great job on our repairs and even did a few extra areas that they found while they were here. Not only did they come in at the lowest of three quotes, they were the most responsive and professional landscaping company I’ve ever dealt with.I wasn’t home during the install, but Cole sent me pictures and double checked it was to my specs the whole time. They were on time, on budget, and on point.It’s worth noting that the project manager sent me his cell number, and every time I texted he answered within minutes. Excellent customer service.I have dealt with so much disappointment when dealing with contractors. It was very refreshing to have a company deliver on their promises.
