I drove 20+ miles to have a chip in my windshield repaired. The national corporation didnt have time to do it. I called PS Auto Glass and they said they could do it right away. 10 minutes later I was speaking to the technician in person and he started working immediately. Within 40 minutes it was done. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I could see they took pride in their work by the way they completed the repair and treated me.

I brought my car here about a week ago for a new windshield. The turnaround was super quick, and the service was great. Although I appreciated the offer, I chose to stay there and wait. Great service and great price. I shopped around and these guys had the best price by far and had the option of come to them or come to me the next day. All the other places couldnt till a week later and quoted a hundred dollars more. Also no hidden costs of disposal or equipment. I hope to not need my windshield replaced any time soon, but if I do I will definitely come back.

I had my window shield replaced her 6 months ago. Took only a few hours great. When I pick it up it look like not all or it is sealed. He goes this is the best we can do with the cold. In summer the the heat will seal it better. Guest what summer brang? A huge crack in my windshield. Come from the bottom and spanning across the the entire drivers side. Idk if they know whats going on but I wanted my money.

I purchased a date coded rear quarter window glass for a concourse restoration about 9 mos. ago. The car is now together and we were detailing it for a show about two months ago when we noticed that the PS rear quarter window was blotchy, like a bad window tinting job. No normal window cleaning product will remove the blotches.After numerous phone calls to PS voicemail with no callback, and two e-mails, I was finally able to talk to someone who promised to send a replacement glass. From mid June 2014 to mid July 2014, I have been trying to obtain a shipment date for the replacement glass. I was finally able to talk to someone who told me that the glass would be shipped in several days but that was over two weeks ago. I am unable to follow up on this; all I get is voicemail with no callbacks.At this point, I do not believe that PS Autoglass intends to send me a replacement glass. They are merely trying to get me so exasperated that I give up trying to get a replacement.If you do make a purchase from this company, I hope your experience will be better than mine.BUYER BEWARE!
