Wanted $70 for a B grade (slightly rusty) rim AVOID!!!!! Trying to finesse guess im waiting 2 days for a brand new one

Hard to get parts and hard to get service the place used to be running a lot better they will always be my last choice for auto parts last time I went I got a steering box that was so Rusty I didnt even want to use it

Waited hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. Called back and got an operator who sent us to someones voice-mail! Cant give a good rating when you cant even get anyone on the line.

Service average just wanna make big sales dont offer options unless you ask. But quick install.

Tried calling the Janesville, WI location multiple times only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes all 4 times before hanging up. Janesvilles inventory is also not available on their website, so if youre looking for something local, you have no choice, but to call and wait on hold, or go somewhere else like I had to.

Been on hold for 3 times for almost 2hous 45 minutes. Poor service. I will go back to dealing with the mom and pops salvage yards

Called about a radio for my car that bf had just called about and the guy was beyond rude. No customer service at all. Didnt put the right year in and then kept screaming that the number had to start with f or b. All attitude. I have worked with plenty or farmers and mechanics and this was not just shop attitude. Id rather drive in silence the rest of my life then give that guy any money.

Was looking for a backup camera for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. they wanted me to pay more than brand new dealership price for a used one that was not guaranteed. With that being said, their prices are outrageous. —would not recommend.

Even if they don’t tell you that there is a core charge assume there is. Drove all the way here to be hit with a $25 core charge and the guy even said “ oh yea did I mention the core on the phone?” Conveniently not enough to be worth the gas to come all the way back down.

Im located an hour away, so I called to verify that they had the part I needed before heading out. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes (not exaggerating), I get transfered to voicemail. I just hung up and bought the part elsewhere on eBay. This place wont get a penny of the thousands of dollars a year I spend on auto parts.

I run a small independent shop in Chicago, we have used this place several times over the years with good results until recently. I bought a rebuilt engine and a rebuilt transmission both of which were terrible quality. The company has yet to reimburse us the labor claims though the paperwork and approval were done on the day of swapping out defects for new. This company owes me over a thousand dollars which I seriously believe I will never see at this point. Expensive prices and poor quality, thats what they stand for. Do yourself a favor buy from somewhere else.

Very positive experience. They helped me find exactly what I needed, I was in and out in 10 minutes both for ordering and for pickup. And what I paid was literally 10% of what I would have had to pay buying new from a dealer.

Unbelievably rude. I had made a simple call asking for a few body panels, and was greeted by a very irritated employee to no fault of my own. I felt completely uncomfortable with retaining a conversation over the phone due to this mans attitude. Most definitely will not be returning to them with my business after this fiasco.This was also after being stuck on hold for over 5 minutes. Unbelievable.

I bought something on ebay and opted out for the shipping, decided to get it myself and save the $100+ shipping fee ( yikes ). I honestly did not know what to expect due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they had. So i took the 2 hour trip and when i arrived was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk employee. He greeted us and let us know where to go. When I got to the receiving building i was once again greeted by an employee washing auto parts. It took them 20 minutes or so to bring out my order and release it to me. The guy even helped me load it up and when i was just about to drive away one guy chased us down and gave me my I.D that had fallen out. Great experience, great staff. Thanks for everything guys!

I have also tried to use LKQ in the past ans the problem is they wont tell you what they have over the phone. At least that has been my problem. I checked the website and they have the correct year and make of vehicle, but cant tell me if the interior is still intact or what model or options. I need to drive 40 miles to get to the place. If I drive that far I want to know that the part I am going to pull is there, not You will have to come in a see if its got what you need. We dont know. If youre running a salvage yard I would think you would have an inventory of the vehicles on hand. With these new things that are out there today, called computers, you can keep inventory listings on them and you would not even have to go out to the yard to see if the vehicle had an option or not. I have given LKQ multiple attempts to win my business, as I do all my own repairs as well as many of my neighbors, and will not be attempting to try again.

I returned back a flywheel two weeks ago and am still don’t have my money back they are really rude and don’t care about costumers poor management I will never recommended to no body............

Worst customer service put you on hold give you the run around misdirect, will tell you theyll get their manager but just transfer you to his voicemailbox. first trans i got 3rd gear didnt work, second one blew a gear through the actual hosing. Only have threat of legal course of action does the manager care.

The first I made an order for a motor for my car in LQK t / c the master with the caps said I needed a different motor for my Lincoln., I ordered an excellent motor with minimal mileage and price from LQK ..I took Lincoln to another hat to replace the motor t / k there cheaper ... the master checked and started the native motor ... I had to return the ordered motor back to LQK, they brought it and took it themselves !! Is free!!!! They returned everything up to a cent 💰! The main thing is to be in the original packaging and in the same condition as delivered to you !!Thank you very much LQK🙏🙏From now only I will take used spare parts from you and recommend you to my friends and acquaintances !!! Bravo 👏🏻
