Knowledgeable and helpful staff! I truly enjoyed my time in the store. The gentleman who helped me was quick and answered my questions with obvious understanding of what he was talking about. I purchased NAPA wiper blades and was able to install them myself in less than 5 minutes. Recommend!

Went there today to buy a battery as I needed to jump start my truck just to get it there. Nice young man behind the counter said he could not help me install it as he was the only one there. He sent me down the road to Auto Zone. Wonder how many other sales are lost by not staffing this store.

Low quality parts...have had major issues with batteries bought under NAPA branding..what a joke of a warranty return...with so many auto parts stores out there...NAPA is the k-mart of parts stores.
