Best Hyundai dealer ever! Rock ford Hyundai dealer is beyond horrible, but Janesville has the best customer service and always takes excellent care of my car. I am thinking about buying my genesis car through them. They are superb—Joe and Justins best service guys. Office ladies are excellent too.

I recently purchased a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from Boucher Hyundai. My salesperson was Oneida Acosta and she did a superb job. She’s friendly and very knowledgeable. She took all the time we needed to learn about all the technology that is in the Calligraphy. She is exceptionable. Marvin also did a great job in getting all the pieces to the puzzle together to make the deal work. It was a great experience!!!

Make sure you go at the end of the month to get a vehicle from here, they will give you more of a trade that way, Don’t however try to purchase the same vehicle a week later at the beginning of the month, they’ll give you less. Not impressed!

Paid $140 for them to do a diagnostic only to have them ask for $3500 for parts that might fix the problem it was a model with an engine recall that my warranty missed by about 10,000 miles. My hyundai died before it even hit 100,000 miles...

I went into the dealership to assist my daughter in purchasing a used car. I had no intention of doing anything else. She got the car she wanted and the next day I left with a new car. This dealership and their staff are truly the best. There was a snafu with my trade in vehicle and they worked around the issue to make sure I could still trade it in and get the new vehicle. I have had no issue with any of the Boucher family of dealerships but this one stands out as the best. Highly recommend these guys if your interested in a new car or used car!!

I was searching the entire Chicago area for the new Genesis G70 - for the best quoted prices. Although Boucher in Janesville didnt have the very lowest price, they did have the exact package and exact deep blue color that I wanted. Since they were much closer to me (service thinking...) I revisited them, and they even tweaked the price down to the other Chicago guys price! SOLD.Although it was a busy afternoon, I felt treated very well by the sales team with no up-pricing at all as I was expecting. Good people.

I wouldnt recommend the service department to ANYONE.((Oneida from the sales teams was 100% incredible!!))We purchased a 2020 Palisade.I pointed out things that needed to be cleaned prior to them taking it for the off the lot detail.Sticker residue on the doors and windows, marks on the seatsGot it back after finishing paperwork with the same marks and it took a ridiculous amount of time for them to clearly not so what they were supposed to be doing.I told my sales rep, she told me to inform the gentleman in the service department.He said theyd make it right first oil change.Then first oil change, tell me they didnt have it in their system for the detail.He said when we get the Ziridium spray, they will do a complete detail.Wellllll, drop the Palisade off for the Ziridium spray and they had it for over 24 hour.They STILLL didnt detail it.Second oil change, they said they would finally do it and that they would have two people working on it to make it go faster.Literally looks like they did nothing, still have dust spots and marks that were completely visible to the eye at regular view points.I also walked around with my son, and one guy was working on it.Schedule the third oil change, drive there over an hour away. They turn me away stating that it wasnt due for an oil change.Yet the sticker in the window and the book state otherwise.Have you vehicle maintenance done elsewhere.They clearly dont know what their doing!

I absolutely couldnt be happier with the service I received from Boucher Hyundai. After taking my car to another dealership multiple times to be told there is nothing wrong with my car and later being told that because Im not a paying customer (Warranty) my car isnt important. I took my car to Boucher and they actually treated me and my car like I was important and actually took the time to look my car over and later found the problem I was experiencing with the car. They then started to get to work working with me and Hyundai to get my transmission replaced under warranty. I now have my vehicle back and it feels like when I bought again and I honestly couldnt be happier with the service I received from Boucher Hyundai. I will now and forever bring my car to them for any kinda work, they have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Attentive and professional I am at a point my life where I’m not going to take my vehicle to places that are not. Nobody else could figure out the issue - 20 minutes and they knew!!! I brought my car in for routine maintenance and it was done in a timely manner. They also checked to see if a front wheel alignment was necessary before doing the work. It was not.Before leaving, I asked about getting an estimate for repairing my cracked front bumper. They said this can be done at their body shop location and gave me the phone# during my service completed call so i could make an appointment when i picked my car back up. I got the estimate which took less than 15 minutes! The cost for repair seems reasonable, plus i have a coupon.I was very happy with my maintenance service and estimate experience at Boucher Hyundai, Janesville and would recommend them to others.

Russ is an amazing guy! This dealer worked with me on trading in my Jeep. Tried getting me the best rates he could find for a monthly auto payment. They paid off my loan and got me into a new Tucson! I couldn’t be more pleased. The process was one of the fastest I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to sit around all day filling out paperwork he already had it ready when I came in! This is a typical dealership. When I bought the car from here a few years ago, I bought the extended warranty and all the packages so the car can not only be serviced, but done well when it needed to without really thinking about where to take the vehicle when that time arise.Fast forward a few years, have done all my oil changes through this dealership, as well as a few odd and ends that I just didnt have time to do. Motor went bad in vehicle. Dealership told me extended warranty covered it. When really Hyundai USA is replacing the Theta II engine left and right as they go out. Anyhow, motor was changed, noticed a burning oil smell after car was running, just thought it was because of the new engine. Well, that turned into oil leaking profusely. Dealer told me I had to pay to get it fixed, although the area leaking from was a spot they had to move from old engine. I told him that this should be covered because they were the ones who swapped the engine and obviously didnt tighten something up right. Also had to remind service member that I had the extended warranty, which he was clueless that I had.Will probably not support this dealership or its chain in the future. Something about service people trying to milk money out of you is just wrong.

I bought a car here when it was a different owner ~ Gentile motors, a great experience so of course I wanted to return and see what they had. Typical car dealership which tried to hard sell you by contacting you a million times. Also, what bothered us was ~ the night I went in they ran my trade in as fair condition (which is not true) so the numbers on the print out are very low. He then wrote on the breakdown and said actually it was in good condition and they would offer more than what they said the book value was. I wasnt buying that night so I took these papers home. Since then I have realized, this is probably a selling technique - printing a lower value then verbally conveying that ~ wow the car is worth more so we will give you this - still less. I had run the value (Kelly) before I started looking so I knew basically what it was worth ~ and they ask you, do you know basically what its worth, did you search it ? I also know they have to have a margin to make money but I felt this was not dealing with me fairly. The task is to get you to sign and give your vehicle before the dust settles. Didnt like it, I think we all want to be dealt with fairly.

I had decided to go to Madison and the salesman from Boucher Reilly contacted me. Between Reilly and his manager texting back and forth I was able to get the car I wanted and the color I wanted for a better price in Janesville. We texted back and forth and I even found out I qualified for another rebate. Had the price set before I even went to the dealership. Just wish I had asked more for my trade.Everything went quickly and smoothly. Just a little xtra time going over paperwork and the xtra goodies in the car. I should have known better but I tried to buy local and had a HORRIBLE experience. I spoke with a salesman about the SanteFe I saw on Autotrader, arranged to come in on a Saturday. I come in on a Saturday and the vehicle was sold that morning with no heads up. My sales rep wasn’t there and took someone over 5 minutes standing in the heat to help me. Then finding out it was sold, they walked away from me. After I left they texted me that a rep was getting keys to a similar vehicle. No sorry, no nothing. They want me to come back in but won’t sell me a vehicle at the same price point. Horrible experience. Do no recommend.

I have been shopping for over a year for this inevitable purchase. I walked into this showroom and found Tim Linton. It took two months for me to make up my mind. He was patient with me, respected my mode of contact wishes, asked good questions and listened. Oneida helped answer questions on his day off. It definitely had a team feeling. Tabitha is an amazing number cruncher. I love my car. And Tim said hed be with me the entire time I own it. 5 year warranty! Tim and I will know each other for a long time!
