I have used these guys many times for simple repairs and complex repairs, and they have always done an amazing job without screwing me over. They can be a little rough but i think thats because they are usually pretty busy. If you want to get it done and you dont want to spend your money on stuff you dont need, this is the place to go.

I wrecked my car and these guys wouldnt even let me have my house keys or any personal belongings until I paid them the full amount to tow the car! That just seems so wrong on many different levels! Dont be fooled by their citizenship awards on the wall, because I asked if I could give them $200, which was all I had, to get my things and because I didnt have the full amount they denied me access to even get my house keys! Thats some dirty business! Maybe its because I was from out of town, because on of the guys did say, if we give him some of his things then he probably wont come back! Maybe its because my skin is brown? Who knows, but thats just the impression that I got! Either way, these guys are complete pricks and I wouldnt recommend having them do any work on my car even if theyre the best mechanics in the industry!

My insurance company had a hard time working with them. They made it difficult to come to an agreement.

Guy was a complete JACK ASS! Needed help getting into my vehicle but the guy refused services to me, without cause. He said he had the right to refuse services to anyone, and hung up on me. I called back twice, requesting to speak with the owner, and he hung up on me both times. Terrible business...

Was walking up to the shop/mobile station at about 20 mins to 6(they close at six on mondays) the attendant walked out of the door hopped in his car and took off. He saw me headed for the door and didnt even let me know he was shutting down the store. Open sign was still on. What a P***k.

WOW we called about a tow and the guy hung up on us. When we called back he was rude and had a very bad attitude. Will never use this company with customer service like that.
