They were awesome..I walked in and asked if I could get a tire put on a rim that was already on it. They said yes and took it back and replaced it and than came out and said your all good. I said you don’t want me to pay and they said no you are all good have a great night. They were totally awesome people and have great service. I definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work.

I have been a long time customer and have worked with multiple store managers over the years. The new store manager is very honest. He did not try to push stuff on me and as always the work performed was top notch.

I called and told them Id be dropping off my truck for axle or hubs. Once the tow truck dropped it off....they looked at it.....called me with details. Got it done promptly and called me to let me know it was done and how much. Plus accommodated with me on the bill and pick up. Truck drives awesome 👌

Very friendly and goes out of their way to work with the customer. We had are alternator go while driving our daughter to NC. Our finances were very tight, they employees went out of their way to help us and we where on the road in 2 hours. Over the years, F&F has done work major and minor on several vehicles. The work is always done quickly and very professionally. Any time there has ever been an issue after work was completed, they have always stood behind their satisfaction guarantee and took care of the problem promptly and at no extra charge. I had an oil change and 2 weeks later the oil drain plug fell out. Before I noticed any problem the engine seized and stopped. I was then told they would install a junk yard engine but no warranty! I said didnt trust their ability or reliability and had another garage change engines. Now they wont pay for their damages. Looks like a court expense too.

Actually its a mixed bagged. I was wronged, but also righted there. Had an oil change in the past and was told after they checked other things out that I was going to need brakes and a wheel bearing. I recently went back to get a battery replaced (at a prorated cost) that I had bought there. Well the prorated cost quoted was higher than the new cost of a battery! Not their fault though, Napa auto parts quoted that price. Russell was upset with them and made things right by me!! I needed rear shocks and had them install since the price given me was better than the other place that told me they were bad. I also asked them to check the brakes and that wheel bearing again. Turns out they didnt need to be replaced. Somebody that had worked there in the past apparently didnt know what they were doing (sure glad I waited)! After the shocks had been installed the ABS light came on, it hadnt been on before. I was told that I needed an ABS sensor. Honestly I wasnt sure whether to believe that to be true, kind of a weird coincidence since there was no issue before. I decided to take the car to Honda for a second opinion. Turns out the car did need an ABS sensor. I will return to F&F tire for service in the future as long as Russell is still working there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A MECHANIC AND KNOW THE TRUE PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! Thought the starter motor on our car was faulty but ASSUMED the mechanics here would test all mechanisms associated with starting a vehicle ... WRONG. We replaced your starter motor ($300) since that is what you told us what was wrong, 90% of mechanics do not test other parts of the engine that are connected per Troy. REALLY?!! 2 weeks last our alternator failed ($700)and another reputable mechanic said the alternator should have been tested at F and F TIre. Troy you are running a crummy business and I will put reviews everywhere possible to warn people

F and F tire does an awesome job. They take care of whatever you need. I bring all of my vechiles here and the do an awesome job and they will get your vehicle done in a timely manner. I would recommend then for anything simply from an oil change to tire rotation. They are located across from farm and fleet.

We were traveling through Janesville on our way to Alabama and our brakes went out. We called everywhere and each place was super busy but F&F Tire World was willing to squeeze us in and take a quick look. Had a reservation for a trailer that I needed to take to Rockford. I mustakingly went to F&F Tire as I thought thats where my rental trailer was.It turns out that it was in Middleton. There was little time to make a ridiculously long drive.... or should say Road Trip.The gentleman at the counter gave us a larger trailer for less than the gas needed to make the road trip and rental price combined.We saved time, money and mileage on my vehicle because of the thoughtful employee at F&F Tire.Well deserved 5 stars!

Oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went well. They informed me about tires wear was getting low and recommended me to look into new tires. Which I knew they were going to attempt to sell something. I said no and they continued with service. When all done I noticed my tires wasnt rotated. They were not going to tell me. I was then informed they couldnt do it due to my tire wear. Bad customer service and communication.

Fastest service that I’ve had anywhere around; in and out on a Saturday morning. I requested the wrong service for my vehicle (which was way more expensive) and Ian was so helpful and honest to get me what I needed. I never review anywhere, but very happy with F&F Tire Janesville.

Stopped by f&f today because my Jeep was making a funny noise...Russ was very helpful and got my Jeep looked at immediately after just a few minutes Ian came in and explained to me that I had a wheel bearing that was bad...they took care of me right there and got me back on the road quickly...best shop around hands down!!!!!

They have great employees they got me in on such a short notice and were very reasonably priced.

I called at 5:20 (they close at 5:30) to see if I could get in, Justin told me stop in and they would look at it before they closed. I took my car in because my tire was flat, hoping they could do a repair job. Unfortunately that nail I ran over decided it wanted to be close to the edge so it couldnt be repaired. After looking at my other tires, they showed me they were down to 3/32 tread (not good), and recommended replacing all four tires. He gave me pricing, and explained what I would need to do to proceed. I left, called multiple other places, while F&F were not the cheapest price, the customer service I received while working on the situation was amazing and I am so glad I got my tires replaced there. F&F has a customer for life!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My 19 yo daughter stopped in for a tire repair on a road trip from Chicago to MN. The mechanic told her there was anti-freeze in the oil and if she drove the car any distance, the engine would be ruined. Quoted $800-1000 but they could get it done by 5:00. I spoke to him, he said it was milky, over full and the antifreeze was low. Leaking intake gasket he said. I asked for a picture of the oil dipstick. No indication of anti-freeze in the oil. I told her to pay for the tire repair and leave. I checked the car thoroughly and there is nothing wrong with it. Oil is clean, not overfull and antifreeze level is normal. He LIED to me and he LIED to a young girl on a trip that just needed her tire fixed. The tire repair was also overpriced and poorly done. Inflated the tires to 40 psi and didnt reset the TPMS sensor. STAY AWAY!

The repaired my tires and got me back on the road and explained why the failed. Bent tortion bar they were great

We got screwed on our Tires. They cost us over 900 dollars which was a good price compared to other places in town but the service we received after that was a kick in the face. Our package came with 10 dollar oil changes and free tire rotation. Well we took our car to fagan for new brakes and were told our back tires were shot and need to be replaced. I was shocked they are not even a year old. I called F&F and was told they have no record of the tires being rotated so there is nothing they can do. We have our tires rotated every other oil change like they tell us to but apparently they dont put that on the invoice. Nice little trick on their part. They are very shady people and Fred is a fowl mouth old man. Shame on you F&F

Looking at the other reviews, I cant understand the poor ratings from the other reviewers. Perhaps management or ownership has changed in the last few years post previous reviews, but I had nothing but a great experience despite the unfortunate circumstance involving my vehicle. Bob and his crew were nothing but cordial and very helpful.

It took over 3 hours to get my tires rotated and an oil change.will never return service sucked and thats with an appointment.Dont think there mechanic knew what he was doing and I dont think there manager cared.Over torqued my lug nuts and stripped some.This is the reason that nobody trusts mechanics.

Went to pick up a Uhaul car carrier there. Uhaul did not inform me of the change in pick up location, which is not F & F Tires fault, however the guy at the counter was a total jerk about it. Not my problem, we sell tires. Based on his bad attitude and poor customer service I would not even buy tires there yet alone pick up or drop off a Uhaul rental.
