I was astonished at the lack of service I received. I drove a very long way to get to this place - it was a place my mother had suggested, and as she is no longer part of my life, this place made a sad situation worse. There was a sign at the elevator for instructions to proceed, I followed them only to be met with a cold heartless text that I was not welcome since I did not make an appointment. Regardless of how far I drove. I will not be recommending this awful place even if it had a million dream dresses inside. Being treated like this is an awful feeling.

The boutique was absolutely beautiful and the consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was the only bride there and felt important and listened to. Ordering the dress was a breeze and it came on time. Wedding 5-15-21

My consultants were so incredibly helpful! I couldnt have asked for a better bridal experience! I felt very comfortable with them and it was obvious that they knew a lot about the dresses and the wedding process. I had a TERRIBLE experience here. It started off well and I ordered my dress in September of 2020 for my wedding this May (2021). They told me that at the most, it would take 4 months for my dress to get here because of COVID. That was mid-January so I was okay with that. Mid-January comes and I call them for an update on my dress. They told me they didn’t have a tracking number yet but should have one by the beginning of February. February comes around and I call back, still no information on my dress. They tell me give it another week. I gave it another week and called again, they still had no information. But, they did tell me that they could order the dress in a size smaller and it would be there in a week. So I went ahead and ordered that one, scared at this point about my dress coming in. The size to small came in so I went to try it on. It was obviously too small. I told them I would keep the too small size there as a back up but still wanted that correct size. The second week of March roles around and they still had absolutely no idea where my dress was. I ended up taking the too small of dress in fear of not having a dress. I now have to alter this too small dress to fit me. I was also told two different things when I took the too small one, version 1 told me I could NOT return the size too small no matter what. Version 2 was that I could return it, even if I did alterations. It’s now April 3rd (57 days before my wedding) and they still have no information about the correct size dress.I know COVID has caused things to be back up, but I went in September and was told that with COVID, it would be 4 months. At the latest. I was offered literary no discount/refund because of the situation and the situation has made me feel like the dress is not my perfect dress anymore. I have been so stressed because of this. I am so upset by the entire situation.

Kassie(the owner) is absolutely amazing!!!The idea to run this business by appointment is perfect because you get help the whole time youre there without interruption.She gets dresses ready by spreading the gowns out on the floor so you can easily step in, and once its on just call and she will either do the back of the dress or clamp it in the back if it is too big, then will help you carry the dress if it has a long train onto a small wooden platform and adjust the dress as needed to let you get the full view.Each piece there is lovely and there is so much to choose from, theres classic white, ivory, champagne, nude, blush, sand. The styles are all very well represented.The whole feel of the business is modern, clean, and inviting. They provide beverages, and have answers to any question you may have about your dress for your big day. I didnt feel like anything was pushed on me sales-wise, and I feel like Kassie just wanted to help me when I was there. I cannot say enough good things about Kassie, or Blushing Willow, and would absolutely recommend Blushing Willow to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous wedding dress and uninterrupted quality service.

I had the place to myself to shop for my bridal gown. They took great care of me and asked me all the questions to be sure I found the gown of my dreams. I was able to try on as many dresses as many times as I needed. I found my dream dress here and I am so excited to get the dress in and try it on again. I had an incredible experience at Blushing Willow. I had gone to two other shops and just couldnt say, Yes to the dress. I had heard about Blushing Willow and thought Id give it a try. The look of the shop is amazing - cozy and stylish. It felt very private as my party was the only one there. The dresses were gorgeous and I tried one on that gave me that feeling. I didnt feel pressured at all and I liked how the consultant prepped the dresses in the fitting room and allowed me to privately try them on- which was not the case at the other places. It was laid back and comfortable. After saying yes, we popped champagne, took pictures and celebrated. It was the experience I dreamed about!

I went into blushing willow multiple times. I absolutely love it each time. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. They offer assistance when needed, and they also let you chat and enjoy your (ugly cry) I’m not crying your crying moments once you’ve finally found the one! And then trying that one on multiple times. I am so thankful for this bride boutique and their staff!! I cannot wait to wear my dress on my big day!

Kassie was wonderful! She was warm, welcoming and professional from the moment we met her which instantly put me at ease and made for a low-key, fun and memorable shopping experience with my mom and sister. I tried on dresses in the boutiques temporary space, but actually really loved the atmosphere it created. There were plenty of beautiful, high quality dresses to try on, but not so many that it became overwhelming. I was able to look through and choose what dresses I wanted to try, but Kassie also made recommendations based on what I initially described. She was patient, friendly, and created an ideal dress shopping experience that my mom, sister and I all enjoyed and will remember for years to come! Saying yes to the dress was the cherry on top of wonderful experience!

Blushing Willow is a unique and semi-private shopping experience. They open the store specifically for your appointment. As someone who gets easily overwhelmed I really appreciated that! I bought a dress off the sample rack and they held it for me for several months (awesome!). My only critical feedback on this place was that they didnt take exceptional care of my dress after it was purchased. When I came to pick it up, I noticed it was hung on a cheap plastic hanger with divots (for straps), which dug in and ripped the delicate lace on one of the shoulders on my cap sleeve dress. I also wouldnt recommend their preferred alterations person (but you dont have to work with them).

Blushing Willow Bridal Boutique is definitely a must if you like to work with amazing people! The staff are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and feel like a part of the family. I went to a bunch of other locations and I can say that every other experience fell short to Blushing Willow. I had been looking for this one specific dress and I called and visited many different shops. Kassie, one of the owners, was so kind and helpful when I told her about my need to try this dress on. Not only did she get the dress in for me, but she also made it so I could experience the dress in its full. It was the most fun I had ever had trying on clothes, and I felt like the “Belle of the Ball” during the entire experience! My mom and grandma were the only two I brought along and I got to experience my bridal moment with kind and wonderful women surrounding me. My family and I loved having the entire salon to ourselves, and Kassie was wonderful in helping me try on dresses and ultimately selecting my dress. I had gone to another bridal shop before this one and had an awful experience. I didnt feel very confident in myself after that. The next bridal shop i went to was Blushing Willow, and i loved the experience! Felt very much like the type of experience you would have in the movies. They had a lot more variety and at first, i thought i hated lace, but ended up finding a dress that had lace on it! The consultants were very understanding and supportive of me with my concerns and self consciousness and i really appreciated it. The atmosphere of Blushing Willow Bridal Boutique was amazing! Very modern rustic feel! She had a huge selection of gowns and really took the time to listen to what you wanted starting from your vision. Her one on one appointments allow you to be the only one in the boutique and not feel rushed! Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and my experience with this place. My bridesmaids and I came in on February 1st and placed our order for these absolutely beautiful bridesmaid dresses. 6 of them ordered that day... the 7th girl ordered a few days before in the end of January. Concerned with COVID and ordering, I called in April, May and June to check on the status of the dresses and when they would be in. They assured me they would be late but they we’re coming. Fast forward to three weeks before my wedding, which is on August 15th, and they said they were finally all in and to come pick them up. Not only are there only 6 dresses but the top half is a different color. I called and left messages and no response. From what I gather happened in this situation is when I called in April to check on the status, they realized they forgot to order them so they blamed it COVID and said they would be running late. After realizing they forgot to order them, they looked back and saw the 6 ordered on the one date and forgot about the girl that came in separate and only ordered those and lied about it. ALSO when they forgot to order, they didn’t notice that the lace on the top of the dress came in different colors and never asked us when we ordered what color we wanted so they went ahead and guessed instead of just being professional and asking and admitting they weren’t ordered yet. I SPECIFICALLY asked them 2 months before my wedding if there was a chance they couldn’t be here in time because with COVID I understand but I needed to make other arrangements, they assured me they would be here. They knew I was unhappy and would not return calls and emails unlike Vera’s Bridal that is run by mature people that immediately get back to and solve the problem. So here I am 3 weeks away from the wedding and all I can order is an amazon special. They did return the money, which is plus, and I get mistakes happen, but I guess take your chances.

I stumbled across Blushing Willow Bridal on Instagram and fell in absolute love with the space! Everything about this boutique is STUNNING...atmosphere, dresses, and the staff! After going through the racks and wanting to try all of the dresses on(:p) Kassie was able to narrow down my wants and hand selected the most perfect dress! Do not recommend this place at all. Very rude! as a future bride I never felt so upset and tearful after the way this place treated me.Never again.

Complete, total disappointment. Made my appt online then called about a specific dress. Line was staticky and echoed and while I spoke a child started screaming in the phone. She apologized saying she worked from home. They didnt have the dress I was looking for but still wanted to see what they had. Showed up for my appt with my grandma, mom & sister to find all the doors locked & no one answered my call. My sister went up the fire escape and the woman opened the door explaining she cancelled bc they didnt have the dress I wanted. But then came down to tell me that bc I put on my online info my budget was $800 they cancelled bc their dresses start at $1000. Either way, they cancelled my appt and didnt bother to call but rather sent an email which I dont look at. Everything about this place reeks of bad business; at least in my experience.

Kassandra is very pleasant to work with. I tried many places but came back to Blushing Willow to say yes to a dress.

I called a couple times during business hours. No response. Drove out to Janesville to find out its by apt only, which was not listed anywhere. Not able to see anything or get any prices since everything was locked up. Also, the times available online are wrong, which youll see when you try to make an apt.

Very personal service, a beautiful location.
