I cannot recommend Fair Lady Bridal Shoppe enough! I was in the area with my mom and sister and we decided to top by without an appointment. Sandy was very accommodating and when I described the type of dress I was looking for she had so many beautiful dresses to choose from! I ended up finding my dream dress that she measured so well that when I tried it on after it had arrived it fit so perfectly it only needed a couple of minor alterations. When covid hit and my dress was almost 3 months late, Sandy kept me in the loop as to when it would hopefully arrive and also pulled a couple of dresses similar to mine off of the rack and was prepared to alter them for me just in case mine didnt arrive in time. You cannot go wrong with shopping here. Sandy and all of the women at the store are so warm and kind and you truly can feel how much they care. Thank you again for everything!

The people here are really nice. My now husband rented his suit from them... his tux ended being slightly bigger than his measurements. The sleeves were big, the pants was long, the tux jacket was big... he didn’t like it.I thought it looked ok... I mean, once he pointed these things out to me then I noticed it. I also had them alter my wedding dress. They genes up my dress, added a bustle and sleeves for me. It turned out great and everyone loved my wedding dress. Had my husband had a better experience, the rating would be higher.

I was looking for a shop that carried Alfred Angelo dresses, and my research led me here. I was extremely impressed with this shop. It is family owned, quaint, and it is a much less stressful environment than any other bridal shop Ive been to. The staff is very attentive and actually listened to what I wanted. The prices are fantastic, and the dresses are unique. I definitely feel like I have a couture gown from a small shop experience. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from this shop, and the staff was very accommodating for one of my bridesmaids that lives out of state. They do not have as wide of a selection as other stores, but there are plenty of beautiful gowns to try on, and many styles are accounted for. I wouldnt trade in my experience with Fair Lady Bridal at all! I cant wait to wear my dress!

We had a great experience at Fair Lady Bridal. Im a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding, and the bride and bridesmaids all found exactly what we wanted at Fair Lady. The bride had had another gown appointment scheduled in Madison later that day that she cancelled, because there was simply no need to keep shopping after finding the perfect dress.The service was wonderful as well, and everyone in the bridal party is happy that our fittings will be happening here in Janesville, and we wont have to trek to Madison.Win!

I just purchased my wedding dress back in August and they were absolutely amazing! Their prices are amazing and great quality dresses! Went to a few bridal stores before this one and after I went to fairlady I found my dress in the first 20 minutes, fell in love. They worked with me and my busy schedule so great. I mean I called 45 mins before I got there for an appointment and they took me right in. Would definitely recommend looking there.

Fair prices nice selection staff was amazing. The nice thing here is that alterations are all taken care of right here and not sent out. Highly recommend!!!!

Staff was polite and helpful, listened to what we were looking for and brought us good selections to try on! I didnt even have appointment. But definitely recommend one. She just happen to have some spare time! Very happy!

We have yet to receive our dresses after they were ordered 5 months ago. They have given us time frames from early July to late Aug/early Sept for arrival, and they are quite difficult to get in contact with. The shop is cute. They were helpful and nice when it came to selling, but now that they dresses are paid for, there isnt much follow through or communication regarding what they are doing to ensure we have them in time. Overall not happy and will not be returning.

This is very much a family owned business which makes me love it even more. They are willing to do whatever it takes to keep the bride and her group happy. Plenty to choose from and prices are affordable as well.

I love Fair Lady Bridal! I bought my dress there, bridesmaid dress there, had my alterations done there and am having my wedding dress preserved through them. They have great service, are very knowledgeable on wedding attire and do a wonderful job!

I went here for my wedding dress. I was allowed to look around at prices and dresses without an appointment. Someone is there all the time and they answer the phone. I came back with my mom with an appointment. I picked out a bridesmaid dress for my wedding dress and felt very encouraged with my decision. Im coming back with my bridesmaids.

We had a great time picking dresses- we were told everything we wanted to hear....then the dresses came and alterations began... we had an nightmare with alterations. Had to take a dress somewhere else after to get all the alterations fixed. After leaving a review- was called and received an apology but was then argued with when going over my review, there is no way I would recommend anyone to go here to get a dress altered. My review is simply to save any other brides or bridal party a headache. The terribly done alterations were the biggest stressor of all things during the wedding planning. If you buy a dress from here- go elsewhere for alterations. Communication was like pulling teeth. I love to support a local business but it is a shame that they dont take responsibility for the quality of alterations that are being put out.

Be prepared if you have plus size maids that the dresses are 45$ more not a big selection of dresses either they all look the same pretty much but they are very friendly and ots always what the brides want

The dresses finally arrive after waiting for almost six months. Then come to find out that the extra straps werent even attached. But it was additional 30 for the straps and an additional 10 per dress for shipping. That is just rediculious. I dont recommend this store at all. No one knows what they are doing. I even asked the manager to call meand no call back.

Came to the rescue with a last minute tux rental, were very helpful and polite. Great selection of suits!

Place is awesome but because google has the hours listed wrong I am now being charged late fees on the tuxes. Thanks google!
