Probably still a bunch of hack jobs. I worked there and the owners were terrible. Work personally with vice president of company who also doesnt know what he is doing. My first review was deleted because they didnt like it. Also I was scolded when picking up my last check for leaving an honest and fair review of my experience to the public. Please dont waste your money or time here . Pretty much any other flooring company in the area will give you better customer service and better finished product.

We visited this store twice looking at the cash and carry selection they had. The same employee worked with us both times--the first time she was rather pushy, just assuming we were buying one that day. She went as far as putting a rug on hold for us, which she made seem like a favor some we didnt put a down payment on it (which we hadnt because we hadnt decided if we wanted it), and asking when wed be in to pick it up.The next time we went to the store, no one feed us at the door, which we were actually relieved about because of the bad experience last time. We just wanted to check out the rug we had like... It was a good price for the size. We headed back to the cash and carry section. All of a sudden we heard a voice of someone asking if they could help us. It wasnt friendly or courteous, though. It was almost as if they were suspicious... Like why were we heading back there by ourselves. It turned out to be the same employee as the first time we visited. The next thing she said to was us, we close at 5:30pm it was only 5:10pm. I was tempted to just walk out at that point--we had 20 minutes before closing and we just wanted to look at the area rugs!We checked out the rug we had liked and she came over to feel it as well. She didnt seem and more knowledgeable than us as far as being able to feel it and determine the quality of it.We went back to a different carpet store in Janesville provided better service, product, and all around customer experience.
