The installers - Gustavo, Eduardo, and Luis - did a great job, very efficient and conscientious. They worked very cleanly and efficiently. Unfortunately, Color Tile/Carpets Plus ordered the wrong color of carpet from what we wanted, and we didn’t see a work order before they did the install to confirm everything. We decided to just go with it instead of having to move everything again. Strongly recommend you confirm everything at every step, and insist on doing everything in writing instead of over the phone to try and prevent the same thing from happening to you.

Carpets Plus did an excellent job again. The sales staff was great to work with and their installation crew was on time and professional. They installed the carpet quickly and cleaned up everything. I was highly impressed.

Had a bad experience with the materials ordered, communication, timing, pricing, and their ability to rectify the problems. They were recommended to us and had great reviews, so we had no doubts. Unfortunately, the room they completed is the only room in our house that makes us cringe when walking into it. The subcontracted installer was great, but the salesperson did not take accountability to make things right. We will need to redo the job ourselves.

The offer on our new home in Milton was accepted so we went into action to get updates scheduled. Carpeting was one of them. We chose Carpet Plus from a referral by a flooring businessperson whom we respected. Ken Stevens was stellar in everything having to do with the carpet choice, color, and replacement. He met us at the house during our walk-through to measure accurately, and within two weeks, involving our painting schedule, all 3 bedrooms, the living room, and the basement stairway were recarpeted by 2 installers who worked diligently throughout the process. We could not be happier.

We originally bought our LVP from Carpets Plus for our kitchen and dining room about a year ago. We love it and have received so many compliments. We recently decided the carpet in the living room needed to go and thought it would be great if we could use the same floor with no transition.. Carpets Plus was able to to do this for us without any issue.. LOVE the flooring and it was expertly installed!

We bought hickory hardwood. Beautiful floor. Very bad customer service! The floor expanded. No one helped is figure out how to fix it. 1 1/2 years later and no one will even respond to me. We should have been told that the floor could buckle.

I had some Tarkett flooring installed in two bedrooms. Months later I found a bump under the floor from a piece of debris that was left and called them to come look at it. Dave looked at it and agreed to fix it but never got back to me as promised and I let it go as I have a very busy work schedule.Fast forward 3 years and each piece of Tarkett flooring is buckled up/curling up from the sides and the floor looks like an ocean. 6 months have past since I first called this problem in. 3 people have already looked at the floor and took pictures. Each of the 3 have confirmed the floor is bad and said it will be replaced under the lifetime warranty but now they say a 4th person needs to look at it. Ive been waiting over 2 months for this 4th person, calling the people that have already been here but they just blow me off.
