Very good customer service I called and asked if they had what I needed for my phone and he said he would have it the next day and I called back the next day and sure enough he had it. I had the glass on my camera replaced and when he went to do it he noticed one of the cameras was damaged. He gave me a discounted price for the camera and he worked on it as soon as I got there. Im very happy with the whole experience.

I had shattered my screen. When they replaced the screen there was some accidental damage to the motherboard. They fixed everything and made a back up SD card for me just in case anything else happens. They were very professional through everything. At first I was frustrated because I had to go without my phone, but they did everything they could to get it back to me as soon as possible. They even worked late and came in early. That is true dedication. Thank you for everything!

I called twice before deciding on using this business to install a battery in my Samsung Galaxy S9. I was quoted $50 and an hour and a half to 2 hours to fix it. Ten minutes after my second call in 2 days I dropped the phone for the repair and was told $79.95 plus tax. After I told them I had been quoted $50 twice the person who waited on me went and asked his manager and he then honored what I was quoted. Then I was asked, in front of the person who came in with me, for my pass code. I did not want my code revealed to this person so I am NOT HAPPY with their lack of privacy! When I picked up my phone 2 and half hours later. Another employee asked the guy waiting on me if my phone had been pressed. He answered, I just did it by hand, its good enough. After leaving the store I got to thinking...I am not sure if that means my phone is no longer waterproof or not. May go elsewhere in the future. Certainly not recommending.

I just bought a brand new phone and needed a case and glass for it and I went to you break I fix mind you It was just about closing time and these guys still managed to greet me politely and got my case and glass done in just a matter of minutes. That group is AMAZING !!

My phone was dead and debris stuck in my charge port so I couldnt charge it. US cellular wouldnt help but these guys came through and had it fixed in 10 minutes and handled my crying fit incredibly too well. Definitely would go to these guys for anything needs in the future.

He also explained what could have caused the problem. The people working at the Janesville location were professional and courteous. While my phone was under warranty and the services were no cost to me, I overhead prices quoted to another customer. They are more than fairly priced with a quick turnaround. I recommend this business if you need your phone fixed!

I took my laptop to uBreakiFix early today with a camera problem and they fixed it well before noon. I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and helpful. They communicate well by call, text and/or email to let you know what the diagnosis is, what it will cost and how soon they can fix it. The same when it is fixed and when you can pick it up.

The price was about what you would expect for a professional to work on your tech. I took my HP laptop in with a broken hinge that prevented it from closing. I was told to bring it in to order the part for the hinge and then I could bring the laptop home to use until it was fixed. I did this and continued using my laptop for work until the hinge came in. I was told 24-48 hours to fix and return it to me. A week later I get a call saying they damaged a wire when installing the hinge and that a new wire would be ordered. Three weeks in I called to see what the holdup was. I was told there was no update on tracking and they would order somewhere else to get the wire. Another week goes by and I find out when installing the wire my screen went bad so they replaced the screen. Then I was told that the back light was dim so they changed the wire to it. Then I was told there was a burning smell coming from my keyboard and the laptop shut off. Then I was told my motherboard was bad but I could have my hard drive put in another lap top for free since there was a problem and that was a $150 value! I picked up my case with its busted hinge and my hard drive in a separate bag. Keep in mind, my laptop worked fine and only needed a hinge and it was returned as trash. I will NEVER be back.

Cant say enough about these guys! I have had replace 2 batteries in my iphone. One time I had thought I had water damage with my phone. Batteries Plus said my phone was probably shot. I took it to ubreakifix and they simply replaced my battery. Second time was when I had another iphone that I took to batteries plus to get a new battery and after the second day it stopped working. I then took it to youbreakifix and they replaced the battery with a iphone battery. They told me that batteries plus puts factory seconds into their phones where theirs are certified batteries. The moral of the story here is go to ubreakifix. They have diagnostics to check over your equipment and can tell you what is wrong. Worth every penny and the drive that it took. I forgot about my first experience I had with them. Now I wont forget!

I honestly thought my phone wasnt gonna be able to be saved, and when I got it back from them I didnt even recognize it. They did an amazing job and it looks and works fantastic.

Their repairs arent the best in the world sometimes. I had a keyboard replaced for my laptop, and instead of using the official part for that laptop.. which was a hundred dollars cheaper.. they used a piece that didnt even fit right, cause they had to use a rivet to repair it.. and wanted me to pay even more cash to get it fixed properly even though they just worked on it

I was passing through Janesville with an almost dead phone battery and stopped at Ubreakifix they had me back up and running in five minutes. Just needed the charging port cleaned! Will definitely go back!

This place is fantastic. I spilled liquid over my laptop mouse and keys. I called them Saturday to get the liquid out and stickiness and they took it in right away and called me Sunday with it fixed and dried. They are quick with repairs and at a great price! 10 out of 10 recommended.

I went here to get my iPhone X fixed cause I didnt know what was wrong with it. My phone worked, but I couldnt see what I was doing so basically my screen was just black. I could still get notifications and calls though and my alarm still rang and I would just tap the screen where I think the off button was and it worked. I brought my phone in and they did their diagnostic check and told me there wasnt any water damage and that there was something wrong with the screen and that they could replace the screen for $180. Im a broke college student so that was a lot of money to me, but it was less than getting a new phone so I paid for it. NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS PASS AND THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN WITH MY PHONE. Im not from Janesville so I went to the uBreakiFix in Madison and told them my situation. They said that it probably wasnt the screen that was the initial problem and that it was the motherboard or something like that and that I would have to go to the uBreakiFix in Janesville to get a refund and that there wasnt any point to replace the screen again because that wasnt the problem. So I go back to the uBreakiFix in Janesville and bring in my phone and explain the situation again. They said that they could not give me a refund because when I brought in my phone I said a few drops of water got on it when I washed my face but they listed it as water spill and they said they dont cover water damage. I explained it to them that when they did the first diagnostic that they said there wasnt any visible water damage and that it was the screen that needed to be replaced. They still said there was nothing they could do besides replacing the screen again for ANOTHER $180 (not even for free)! That just made me so frustrated because if I had known that replacing my screen wasnt actually going to fix my phone, but make it work for LESS THAN TWO WEEKS I wouldnt have wasted my money on it and for them to want to charge me again to replace the screen which probably wasnt even the problem made me even more mad. So obviously I didnt pay for my screen to be replaced and just picked up my broken phone. And to make matters worse, when I got my phone back they didnt even put my phone back together well because there are rubbery pieces sticking out of it! Never going here again. It was a BIG waste of my money and time!

Meh. I’ve taken 2 items into their store in Janesville, A LG tablet with a cracked screen & a HP Printer. Unfortunately they did not fix either of them and suggested I buy new ones. Sorry but 2/2 negative experiences, is definitely pointing me in the direction of the competition. I also heard the guy at the front helping another customer and this was really concerning to me because he was telling her that if she didn’t have her Apple ID and her password that the phone was basically useless, when she could easily just create a new Apple ID and email address. Or he could have helped me find her Apple ID in her settings. They speak to the people in the store like we have no idea what we’re talking about. I even ended up kind of arguing with the guy that was helping me because I told him I had a USB to ethernet cable connector and he was so sure I was wrong about what I bought until I brought it in and showed him. Kind of seem like a sketchy business to me. Lots of pushing people to replace their electronics and not much help in person.

The manager appearing man helping me get my screen fixed was one of the nicest people I have personally dealt with. Told the man I was not from the area and needed my repair done immediately to get home with my cell phone GPS. He took my concern into great matters and had his team fix my device in record time. I recommend anyone who needs repairs for computers or phones to go to this store. Extremely knowledgeable workers and great customer service. I will be going here only now for my repair needs.

I had the misfortune of the Apple battery update, my phone began to expand (due to the battery). The nearest Apple store that could fix it was in Milwaukee. I found this place by chance, they honored the Apple replacement price, repaired it within an hour and when it began to do it again (through no fault of theirs) ..they fixed it at NO COST!!! I know they work on all types of electronics but just their ability to keep my Apple products working properly and at a reasonable cost makes this place priceless to me and my entire family (of Apple products). 😋

There are three words that describe my experience at the Janesville location.1. Unprofessional2. Uncoordinated3. UncommunicativeBrief Story/Experience: Basically, they were not being upfront and honest with me. They told me that my laptop was definitely fixable when I dropped it off for a trackpad issue (July 4th). A week later, they told me my laptop was fixed. Before I started traveling to the Janesville location, I called them a day before to see if my laptop was really fixed. I asked the clerk an abundance of questions to be sure my laptop was fixed and he told me, yes and there was no need to worry. When I picked up my laptop, IT WAS NOT FIXED. They only replaced the battery. Heres the issue, I drove 1.5 hours just for them to tell me their technician totally disregarded the main repair. I did not even want a battery replacement. I told them if they can fix my main issue (trackpad repair), I wouldnt mind a battery replacement. Please keep in mind, I was being patient the entire time. I even called to prevent this from even happening.Additionally, the technician came from the back and talked to me and told me he could get the issue resolved in less than 3 days. I waited for the 3 days and did not hear anything from them. I proceeded to wait 4 more extra days...... They still never reached out to me. So then I decided to call them to get an update. My laptop still wasnt fixed and the clerk was confused because he said there werent any updates to the notes and its been a week and he said hell give me a call once he talks to his technician to see whats going on. I understood and asked him could they please communicate with me in regards to any updates, date changes, etc... Moving forward, I proceeded to wait.As of July 29th, 2020, it has been about 3.5 weeks of me waiting to get my laptop fixed. I had enough of the unprofessionalism, so I called and let them know that I was picking up my laptop today regardless if my laptop was fixed or not, which it was deemed unrepairable when I picked it up (July 29th). If I wouldnt have kept calling, I would still be waiting. It was definitely a terrible experience. They need to do better. Simply just communicate and be better professionals.I say all this to say, I strongly do not recommend the Janesville location to anyone. Be aware and cognizant of what you may be getting yourself into. Proceed to the store at your own risk.Ps- this was a short version of what really happened, just an FYI.
