Had a scheduled measurement and no call, no show. I will be canceling my order with Home Depot and letting them know the quality service I received from their subcontractor.Update 11/3: Quality Doors called the next day claiming they didnt make this appointment because they overbooked the technician with 10+ tickets. I asked why I wasnt notified with no clarity or reasoning. No resolution and only excuses.

I had an immediate need to get my garage door fixed and received prompt and courteous service from Quality Doors. John called me right away and was able to make it out to my house within a few hours. He offered fair estimates and completed the work quickly replacing my garage door springs and rewinding the cables that I had messed up in a DIY project gone bad.

If you want quality all you will get from them is very poor quality. I had an install done but the installer was very incompetent. He did not know how to adjust the travel and the door would not close completely. Also, three insulation panels for the door were damaged when the installer drop the opener against the door. The owner came out the next business day and adjusted the travel correctly so the door would close. He also promised to be out in a couple days to replace the panels.I have not heard from them since. When I leave messages for them to call they are never return the call. I bought the unit through Home Depot, so I contacted them. They contacted the installer who told Home Depot the panels were on back order. After the date the panels were to arrive, the installer now says they did not do the damage. I have pictures of the damage if needed. Why would you tell the customer you would replace and tell Home Depot they were on order if the damage wasn’t done during install.This company does not know service or integrity.

Called to get some photo eyes installed, (very simple job)...The day they agreed to install it, they never showed up - so, I placed a call to them...I was told it was back ordered - (thanks for letting me know - dahhh).The next week, it never came in so I called again...delayed yet another week - and again, no call to inform us of the status??Be warned -This company is not professional.Pass them by and go to the next door company - they have no solid business ethics or sense or urgency.Just the fact that they dont return calls and/or advise you is a red flag.We wont ever be calling them or refering them again!Well, as luck would have it...I needed to call them yet again to explain why the remotes (they sold me) didnt work outside the building. They not only never returned my call....but the owner actually told me to call Janesville door - he actually referred me to another company....Thanks, I WILL DO THAT!

Had garage door opener put in. Sloppy work. Left screws on ground .Oil marks on door opener. The worker agreed to meet me at my house but was inside when I got to the house.
