So great to have a courtesy call letting us know the technician was on his way! Patrick arrived and within a few minutes figured out the problem and repaired our garage door. While he was here, we asked him about another issue we were having and he looked at that one as well. Oiled and serviced both doors (not been done EVER) and when asked about new doors for remodel project, provided us with a brochure and the contact persons business card. 100% happy and will give all future business to Country Door Systems!

Had a good experience. Contacted them to tune up my old opener, technician (Craig) came and got the opener to close. He added the opener was a cheap one and couldn’t say how long it would last. Make a long story short, he gave me a quote on a new Liftmaster opener. Had one in his service van and did the install on the spot. There was a problem with a bent top rail. He came over today and replaced it with a new one. We’re very happy with the new opener. Thanks Craig we appreciate the good customer service.

Country door did a lot to help me when my opener broke down and then again to get my door replaced after a spring broke on my old garage door. Patrick did an excellent job installing new door and it looks great and is so smooth and quiet. I believe it should last me a long time. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need any help with garage or know someone who does.

I worked with Eric to discuss which doors would work for my home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to upload a picture online and see how doors from the book would look with my house. Once I narrowed down my choices I was able to come into the office and saw the panels in person and made my final decision. In 4 weeks my door arrived and we scheduled the install. The installers took away my old door &walked me through some suggested maintenance for next year.They made it easy!

I called Country Doors on a Thursday about my garage door not closing correctly. I got a call on Friday that a tech was on his way to fix my door. The tech explained to me what was wrong and fixed my door in a timely manner and very inexpensive. I highly recommend.

I just had country doors install a opener in my garage, that ive been told by other installers they couldnt put one in do to the small area they had to work with. Well let me tell you country door took a look at it and said with a little work they could do it and THEY DID! and did an excellent job! if I could give them 10 stars i would! so if you want to waste your money go somewhere else, but if you want it done RIGHT at an affordable price then call country door ; you wont be disappointed.

Nick was able to diagnose a broken spring over the phone when I told him what had happened. They had a tech out within a couple of hours. Patrick was very friendly and finished the job quickly. I was not expecting same day service, but Country Door Systems took care of our problem quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone with garage door needs.

Country Door Systems was excellent! They had installed my garage door in 1998 and the tracks were finally rusted through enough for me to have to replace it. I contacted them for an estimate and Eric (also known as Scott) came out the next day and I had a competitive estimate in my email by that night. He was able to update it with the door I wanted and once I signed it, the door came about two weeks later. I was able to set up instillation for later that week. My door looks great and the best part, no rust! Thank you Country Door Systems!

I am very pleased with my new garage door. Country Door systems was very professional from start to finish. The installers were very curtious, they cleaned up after themselves. My door looks fabulous. I keep making excuses to go outside just so I can look at it. I am not related to anyone at this company I have never been in contact with anyone who works there. I am an honest to goodness happy customer.

They have knowledgeable sales staff, but trying to get an appointment set for a tech to come fix my opener never happened, never got a call back. Called local competitors and found part I needed to fix myself and had it done in under an hour for under $50 bucks. Customer service is key, and frankly not being called back to set up service is unacceptable.

The company was easy to deal with, friendly, and reasonably priced. Our new door looks great!
