Had to use the Janesville office since I live in Illinois and needed one of my hearing aids repaired. Wow...what a pleasant experience. The tech went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of.He went in detail on how to properly clean and maintain my hearing aids and sent me on my way as one happy and satisfied customer..A1 SERVICE
