Excellent service and employees

I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids. The staff at the Janesville Wi location was amazing!! For many years my family encouraged me to get hearing aids but I didnt take their advice, which was very foolish on my part. Two (2) weeks ago I decided to take their advice. I thought it would be extremely difficult with COVID-19, etc but both Angela & Jenn are professionals & know their stuff!!! I was greeted at the door, Jenn performed a hearing test & determined what was needed, I ordered them & received them the following week. Jenn did her magic & made them to fit my needs. When I left their office, I was amazed at things I could hear, things I hadnt heard in well over 35 years!! I could hear leaves crunch under my feet as I walked across a lawn, I could hear paper towels crunch in my hand, after removing a couple of sheets from the paper roll, I no longer have to use the words, Im sorry, what? I should have done this years ago!! My sincere appreciation to both Jenn & Angela, thank you both, youve made a difference in my life!!

I received my genius 2.0 hearing aids July 8, 2019... I can honestly say that I never knew what I was missing...Now I know, as they have really brought back sounds that I was missing. I know that I will enjoy hearing again.. I dont have to ask someone to repeat themselves, and that is a big plus! Thank you, Miracle Ear!

So enjoying my new hearing aids and the time Joanne took to show me how to connect to my phone and TV. The technology has really improved in the last 5 years and I love how Miracle Ear keeps up with it.
