Just picked my bike up and I must say I am always amazed The guys at Rock County cycles always knock it out of the park. I have an older bike 02 and they treat me like I have a $50,000 custom ride. Its gonna be 60ﾟ Sunday I got my baby back and were gonna ride THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Amazing prices, Amazing people, and Amazing work. I got new tires and a large service. If i didnt know any better id think they gave me someone elses bike! It rides like a dream! I couldnt be happier with their service.

Rear tire they replaced for my friend had a leak as the bead wasnt cleaned properly,also they installed a battery and pinched and shorted trickle charger cable burning out voltage regulator,i recommended he not take his bike there anymore.

Good set of tires for $100 less than anywhere else staff was friendly tires look great

They are great place to get work done. They check everything out and if theres a problem that they find. You are informed so it can cost you less its great. Id recommend them to anyone because of there good service and great prices.

Professional prompt service and the level of expertise leaves you with a confidence that other shops cant offer. There is also a great deal of personal service they REALLY go above and beyond the typical shop.

Beware: If you are looking for a shop that stands behind their work - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I had my bike in to check the belt and figure out why the battery was not charging. They kept my bike there for 2 weeks and said they couldn’t figure out the battery charging issue. Well the battery charging issue was I had a battery with a bad cell. They also told me they never wanted to see my bike in there shop again. Well riding home on the Hwy going 55 the clutch cover came loose / off and parts of the belt where flying up and sparks flying from the cover. I made it off the Hwy thanks to the lady in the minivan and holding the cover on with my leg. They came and picked up the bike and the young guy who must have worked on it said at least I had one screw in it and laughed. Almost killing me is a funny thing? They told me they would call when the bike was done because they had to inspect it and may have to order some parts. One week later I called and was told the bike was fixed the day they hauled it in. It was late in the season so I put the bike in storage. Took it out of storage and went for a ride a few times and it started to squeal and make noise. Pulled the clutch cover and they forgot to put a ¾” nut and washer on the jack shaft which caused transmission and belt problems, and not sure what else lets not forget the banged up chrome clutch cover. I Emailed them because they moved and gave them the invoice number, name, date and they said they couldn’t find it because they work on thousands of bikes and didn’t remember working on it and blew me off. I do not want them to touch my bike again but they should pay for the damages due to their negligence. I understand things happen but a reputable company would stand by their work and offer to take a look at it and make things right. I was told if I write a bad review they have a way of removing them. They must get a lot of bad review!! Would give them zero stars but it wont give me that option. Remember me now!!

I called this dealership for tires for my motorcycle back in April. They asked if I could hold off until the first part on May until they moved into their new shop in Lake Geneva. They said they really wanted my business, they were quick to respond. In May I called them back and they werent quite ready. I told them that I had a trip for the weekend on May 12th....they said no problem...they would even come get the bike...just needed to give them a few more days. Again...quick to respond. I called them a week later, and they said they would pick up the bike on Monday and have it ready for my trip on Friday. Monday came..and they told me they could not pick it up.....they were to busy and could not do the job. This is a crazy business practice, I had called them a month before. And this was the owner that I had all these conversations with. I would not take my bicycle to this place for repair!! The owner was appologetic....but he really didnt care. When a person gives his word...he should stick to it. Plenty of other more reputable places to do business with.

These guys ROCK. True motorcycle enthusiasts who care about the rider. Im from Chicago, and broke down on the road a few miles from them. I called them and they came right out - brought my bike in and worked on it right away. Got me back on the road as quick as could be. They threw in some brake, chain, and tire maintenance. And then they wouldnt even let me pay them - they were just helping a fellow biker get back on the road. Wish I lived closer, because I want them to do all my regular maintenance. THANKS GUYS.

Terrible experience. Took a set of rims to have tires put on took them almost 2 months. When they finally did call me back to pick them up i had fallen on a financial hardship. Was told i had 2 weeks then they were going to remove the tires and throw away the rims

Just amazing people, Im a inexperienced 16 year old trying to learn how to work in my bike. I couldent find out my break drum so I brought it in for help and the helped free of charge. Glad to see there is people still out there like that. Thank you guys so much you made my day

Terrible service, terrible quality.All they care about is money. They treat people like trash and the work isn’t even close to what people can get done elsewhere for a better price. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless you want to spend a ton of money and get boned in the end...

My wife and I were on a long trip by motorcycle and her bike developed issues (brakes / suspension). We were traveling through Janesville and passed this Rock County Cycles. We asked for help. The owner and mechanic could not have been more helpful. They put other work aside and took care of our problem quickly and effectively. Amazingly, they would not accept payment for their time and trouble and expressed concern for our safety before before sending us on our way.Its a pleasure to refer this business to the motorcycle community.

Guess they would be alright if you can get what you need at the store just dont order anything and expect them to get it for you or call you to tell you it is in Good Luck! All i wanted was the parts that was ordered i didnt wanrmt them reordered or a refund just what you ordered.U guess i should have gotten them off ebay or amazon at least while waiting i would have recieved then.
