Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Darcy, Christi and Bryan and the whole team are very accommodating, their Service department is top-notch. I rode 150 Miles RT every time from the North west suburb of Chicago to get my motorcycle serviced. Not because of the lack of Triumph dealers in my area, there are plenty.At Team Triumph, Maintenance charges are reasonable and moreover, they are great at what they are doing.

After reading Team Power Centers reviews online and a conversation with a few local riders about the dealership, I decided to purchase my bike from Team Power Center versus another dealer in Milwaukee. Although the price was a bit higher, it was nice having the peace of mind that I would (and did) receive excellent customer service and not just some joke salesman trying to put a few dollars in his/her pocket and completely fall off the map after the purchase. I had numerous questions to which all received knowledgeable answers. Everything you read in these reviews is 100% spot on. What a great place. Thanks guys!

I would not recommend having any work done here. If you do make sure you keep all paperwork and records. Record the mileage on your bike before you drop it off

Cant say if I have ever had such an easy going and hassle free vehicle purchase experience before I went to Team Power Center! Darcy is the best. I was in and out after trading my bike in and getting a pre-owned Bonnie in a couple of hours. So much better than any of the big dealerships, amazing customer experience.

Ive been dealing with Team Triumph for just over two years now and have nothing bad to say. The first time I stopped in I just had a minor issue with my seat and really wanted to check the pace out. Todd came out and fixed my seat, introduced himself, and sent me on my way. The fix probably took 30 minutes and he never even mentioned anything about paying, Ive gone back ever since. Done all the work on my Daytona for a fair price and in great time. Would highly recommend.

When we bring the bike in for its scheduled maintenance Todd not only does that work but will find other problems that we didnt know about. And no, I am not saying that he is looking for ways to jack up the price. He cares about his customers and their bikes. We have been visiting Team Triumph since they opened. Over the years we have purchased a Speedmaster and a Rocket III. Our son had a Speedmaster and our son in law loved our Rocket so much, he bought one of his own. We visit the shop and attend their events (Open House, parties, Ride Ins, etc.) as often as possible. Team Triumph does all of our maintenance and repair work. Not only are they excellent, well trained professionals--we love them like family. I was shopping around for a 2013 Triumph Street Triple and hit up all the usual places around Chicago. Every place attempted to fleece me in every way possible, starting from the showroom all the way to the finance room.Team Triumph was a much different experience, they give you up-front pricing that is still less than the local competition, without exorbitant dealer costs, and without nailing you on the financing side when you sit down to buy.Darcy whom I spoke to was very down-to-earth and casual about the sale. She was accommodating and understanding that I cannot immediately come up and pay for the bike (Midwest snow and all) and that I am still trying to find a low insurance rate.I always try and support small shops that like to sell bikes without the BS. I could easily go and spend half a day haggling the same price from a larger volume dealer but everyone should support a place that cuts the BS out and I will too. Its not often that I go and put down my hard-earned cash based on a phone-call and some internet references, but I think that in this case all the hype is 100% warranted.I cant really comment on the Triumph service, but from what I was told on the phone they have some of the lowest labor rates anywhere.I also cant comment on parts/accessories as I am not buying any.If you are in the market for a new or used Triumph you should definitely give Team Triumph a call, you might change your mind about the entire motorcycle buying experience.

There is a reason why this is the best place to take your precious Triumph motorcycle to this dealership, its because they simply know what they are doing and they are just about as crazy about motorcycles as you are. Or you should be.Ive been taking my vintage 1998 Speed Triple here for years, I originally bought the machine preloved with about 10k on the odometer. Since than after multiple long cross country trips Ive clicked almost 70k on her and to this day I keep her in my garage just as well maintained as when she came off the factory floor. A larger part of these memories have to do with Todd and his family at Team Triumph who bring good old fashioned workmanship to their business.Even though I currently live in Tennessee, I still return to the Midwest often and I almost always make it a habit to try and stop by the shop, its always worth the visit.PS: Test drive the new Thruxton, you will not find a better motorcycle in its class!#thanksforthememories
