I Just bought a 2020 chevrolet 2500hd Work truck less than 60 days ago.... Great salesman, great closer, the jury is still out on the service Department.... Have had it in 3 times for the same issue... Today is supposed to be the day they fix it. I will return for an update....UPDATE- After 2 hrs waiting, The issue is fixed. no charge!! very friendly Service staff and very helpful.I will refer Riley in the future

Mechanics are over worked and overbooked. No time for detail. When I got my vehicle back not one bolt was torqued to proper specification and if I hadnt have caught it it would have cost me premature engine failure. If you have a vehicle thats under a GM warranty this is the place for you BUT if you own your vehicle I would stay far away from here.
