Best car buying experience ever! Owners are super nice...not at all pushy. From the time we test drove the car to the time we walked away with the keys was only 2 hours!! We are very happy with both car purchases we have done with them! Highly recommend!

Very nice sales reps and amazing prices! I was approved quickly with my co-signer and after a flash flood took my Jetta away from me; both Kendall and Richard were very polite, informative and patient and made sure I was taken cared of despite any hiccups during the pandemic.I hope to be able purchase another vehicle in the near future from here!

Watch out if your an elderly couple because he tried selling my parents a vehicle that was far to much even after they told him what they could afford. Not to mention all that was wrong with it.

They opened their doors back up when they were closed (Holiday) because it fit my schedule better. The vehicle looked even better than it did in pictures, they cleaned it up so nicely and had it pulled up front waiting for my test drive. I got my vehicle at a beyond reasonable price, and after weeks of having it I still love it like the day I got it. I spoke with Richard and Kendall. I recently bought a car from JC Auto Connection and I couldn’t be more pleased. Kendall and Richard were both great to work with, fair, honest, and always willing to address any questions and concerns I had. They are very friendly- you don’t feel like you’re working with a “salesman”. There was a minor issue with the car, which I brought to their attention. They addressed it promptly, with no questions at all. I definitely, definitely recommend this dealership!

“Your best teacher is your last big mistake.” My last big mistake was buying a car from JC Auto Connection. When I met Richard I told him I needed a reliable car for my wife to drive to work. He sold me a Honda with a busted engine. It wasn’t detectable during the test drive but the day after I got it home I noticed it needed antifreeze every time I drove it. When I asked my mechanic to find the leak he showed me the crack in the engine block. When I took it back both Richard and Kendall denied knowing about this problem and stated they really don’t know much about any of the autos they sell. There was fresh stop-leak in the coolant system which tells me “someone” must have known. Richard did offer to have one of his boys install a used engine but to make that happen, I would have had to write him another substantial check on top of what I had already paid. We’ve all heard the saying about “throwing good money after bad.” I chose to get out before he could line his pockets with any more of my cash. There are those who will say this is my fault for going there in the first place. I agree and definitely feel the burn. I wish now I had gone to a legitimate car dealer instead of these guys. But still, when you meet the dealer’s price and pay cash up front, is wrong to expect to expect the car will at least be drivable for the first week or two? Anyway, I’m not asking for sympathy. The purpose of this post is to remind everyone to beware when shopping for used vehicles and to raise community awareness of businesses who operate in this manner. Definitely do not recommend JC Auto Connection.

Richard (owner) was able to get my fiancé and I approved for a really nice Hyundai Sonata within a few hours. Tried going to Honda dealership where they kept me for 6 hours just to tell me no. Very highly satisfied with my new car. Full warranty, runs and drives amazingly.

Easy to deal with and good cars. I bought an Acura there this year.

Do not buy from here.Owner should look for better sales people who care about the reputation of someone else’s business. Bought a truck from here and within two months having to dumb $5k in parts and labor into the truck. Asked sales rep if maintence and high mileage tune up was done he said yes. Asked him to flush systems; which he did. Incorrectly, blew the hoses and now has to be fixed. All ball joints replaced, all lines replaced, drivetrain worked on, 4x4 replaced and hubs replaced. Axle and differential work, possible replacement on both. The list goes on. Sent an email and got back a response of how his sales reputation and how he’s an honest guy so nothing is wrong with truck. Told me to call warranty company to help with costs.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I’ll receive emails after this from his sales rep. Saying how wrong this post is.
