The front desk staff, the selection, etc. is all different at each place I’ve ever been to.Capitol Chrysler in Jefferson City, Mo. is my favorite of all of the dealerships I’ve ever done business with for one big reason, our salesperson. From the moment I drove onto the lot, Levi gave me the space I needed to shop and the knowledge I needed to shop smart. Even when Levi knew I was serious about buying, he continued to allow me to move at my own pace and not make me feel pressured to buy.What was most impressive about this particular experience was Levi’s knowledge of each and every vehicle. He didn’t just know about the capabilities, he knew about safety ratings, resale, and so much more.I came onto the lot with the intention of buying a truck with my husband. My husband and I were so pleased with Levi’s knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, and other vehicles on his lot, that we bought two vehicles from him on Saturday.I’ve mostly purchased Ford and Honda over the last ten years but as long as Levi is selling vehicles, I’ll be purchasing from him in the future. We have had nothing but issues with Capitol Chrysler CDJR.Starts with “coach” not reading emails. We were ready to sign papers on a Jeep. We emailed him we wanted it. Didn’t read his email, and the Jeep we wanted got sold by the time he responded to the text.Now we’re over a month without a title for the Jeep we ended up setting for. I wouldn’t recommend this Mickey Mouse dealership. Better off going up to Fulton CDJR.I would have given 0 stars, but since that’s not an option I guess I will give them one star.Oh. another thing. The only reason they have 4.5 stars, is due to the fact they say they will give you a 5 star review, they will fill the tank.

It was a total waste of time! 😠 Went to grab a car today from them. Came at 3 pm after fixing meeting time with the salesman. Everything was going good about the car, but it had some wheel bearing issues, no mudguards, and cloudy headlights, which the salesman told would be fixed if I agree to buy the car at his asking price. I agreed, provided, he will fix the car and deliver the next day and I wont need to visit again. I was happy and ready with my card to swipe then and there to have the deal between us.Suddenly, the salesman went inside to ask his BOSS how they should adjust the car price if the wheel bearing issue still persisted, incase they were unable to fix it up. After a while, the salesman came back with even a far worse offer from his boss, they just had a call from a random buyer who is willing to buy the car as is and now we have to either take the car without fixes (as-is, out the door) or there is NO DEAL! They did not have any other offers for us anymore. But awhile back they had everything to offer, starting from fixing up the car, and delivering it to my doorstep without extra charge! Shame on the boss and his partial behavior. There should be a thing called customer satisfaction, and how to treat your customers up front, which he lacks totally. Completely unprofessional. If you do not know how to have deals with customers, then please dont do business. Thanks for wasting our 3 hours successfully! You guys should take pride in that! 👏

Bought a car out right from them. Less than 30 days later the cars transmission completely goes out with no warning. We hadn’t even received the second set of keys for the vehicle from the dealership yet! We contacted the dealership and was told there was nothing they can do for us. My boyfriend then went into the dealership and spoke to the general manager who told him that the only thing he can do is take it for a trade in for $3,000 and that the least expensive car in his lot that he could do for us is $14,000 so we would need more down AND a co-signer in order to do anything.

Worst dealership I have been to. The mechanics don’t know what they are doing and neither does the service manager. If you need warranty work go anywhere else and if you have PERFORMANCE vehicle DO NOT bring it here as they don’t have any experience with their own cars. Totally disappointed. We drove from Rolla. Total 1.5hr drive one way. Then we spent another 1.5 hr discussing the car issues we found, and then we made a deal which was -- they will fix the issues and deliver us the car in one or two days. We both parties finally agreed on the price and the salesman went inside to ready the paperwork. However, when he returned he said his boss is now not okay with the deal as they got another buyer who doesnt need the issues fixed. We were surprised. They should not have made another deal while they have already agreed the price with us. We are surprised with this unprofessional act.
