Negative from the start. Couldnt pull up ins. And it was active very aggravated had to have ins. Call them. Ridiculous

Had to wait for about 10-15mims, other than that it was good experience. The staff are nice and very helpful

Went for an optometrist visit and was given contacts to try. They work great. Called to get some ordered and the office advised the Dr. is no longer there, so they cant order me any contacts, because he didnt sign off on the script he gave me. No way to get the contacts I need, now, unless I set up another visit and go through the whole thing again. Ridiculous.

I normally go to America Best for service. They are about 40 miles from me so one day while I was in Wall Mart I stopped by the vision center to check out what they do. Only one woman there. She said that the doctor wont be in for a few days. She told me that the service fees were $65.00. I then I asked her if the doctor would give me a report for my doctor because I am type 2 diabetic. She said yes and because of the diabetic that my Medicare will cover some or all of the service . Well since America Best is $109.00 for 2 pair and so far away, I went back in about 2 weeks and made an appointment. I went in ON time for my appointment. Had to wait half hour. The doctor was GREAT. The ladies out front were fine. Went to the front desk to pay and the lady said that will be almost $300.00 . I said what was told and she said the $65.00 was for each lens and the frames were $114.00 plus the doctors fees, and MEDICARE only paid some AFTER an operation. Well I received a notice from Medicare that they did pay Wall Mart some. What a scam. Ill never go back to the Vision dept. again.

Dr. Loftin is very thorough in his exam. I have been going to him for at least 4 yrs. He answers all of my questions and concerns. He is a little corny in a good way as someone else mentioned, but I wouldnt go any place else.I love the staff, they are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

I have never really expected much from the eye doctor. I never thought of my overall health being impacted by having my vision tested. Dr. Loftin is a pretty corny guy, but in an adorable way. However, the reason I am writing a review is because how detailed he was in his exam. I had been having severe headaches for the last year and had been working with my family doc to fix it. Dr. Loftin found that I had an astigmatism, and headaches can happen if undiagnosed. He was right. Also, he explained in detail that I have a higher than average chance of developing Glaucoma, and why. The only downside is that you might have to wait a bit. You never feel like you are rushed, and he is very open to questions.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 am. Didnt get into the exam room until 11 because the lady took an hour to chitchat and got behind by 3 people. Very frustrating

I would suggest going to the other Walmart.
