Have stopped several times lately to find a sign stating theyre gone for 15 min. No reference as to when the 15 min begins or ends. Took my business across the street to Caseys.

Need to get the gas pumps fixed. Did not receive my 5 cents per gallon reward on gas! There is a reason a person does not want to prepaid. I want a full tank of gas not a 3/4 tank. The multi trips into the store. Very unsatisfied customer!!

Great store clean with nice friendly faces

I just went into Break Time to get gas this afternoon. The head attendant asked the customer in front of me if he wanted to make a donation to law enforcement. When the attendant rang me out she didnt ask me if I wanted to make a donation. Now the only differences between that customer and myself is that he was male and I am female. He was white and I was black. It doesnt matter either way good customer service is she shouldve asked me.

This break time is gross and dingy... It need some attention from corporate badly

Smaller station with 4 fuel lanes, 3 entry/exit points, and offset from the McCarty/Eastland intersection. They can get quite busy at times, but Ive usually gotten in and out without much hassle. Since theyre closest to my home and work, I fuel here weekly, and folks are typically friendly. Food, drinks, fuel, Lottery games, ice, and slushy drinks.

Staff is usually not too friendly (Not the managers that work there or locally) but store is clean.

Pretty good.
