This store is so nice because you can purchase off of the floor or order. After experiencing terrible customer service at another store I was so happy to find this one!

Went there to browse recliners. Were greeted at the door by a sales person named Whitney. Made it very clear we were just looking and will come find her if we have any questions. She was so pushy and refused to leave us alone. Followed us through the store. She kept asking questions, what type of fabric, who is this for, what room will you be putting it in? I told her that AGAIN we didnt want to be bothered and just looking.. she was snarky and said well I do know a lot about furniture and walked off a short distance and hovered. I did find a recliner I liked but was so irritated with her we went to Nebraska furniture mart to buy it.

I was there with my elderly mother, who was buying some new furniture. Gail was extremely helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend asking for him to assist you if you go there.

Great mattress shopping experience today. Jake was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and listened when we explained what we were looking for. All sales experiences should be this relaxed & painless.

What kind of website doesnt even have prices on it? Youre not selling Maseratis, youre selling lazboys. Anything that says call for price is probably predatory in my book. And why even have a sort by price function? Ill look elsewhere.

We were looking for headboards and the lady helped us find every single option in the store. Very helpful. We ended up going online to get one because they didnt have the color we wanted for a low price. But well see if the one we got online holds up.

The staff is very helpful and no one followed me around trying to get me to buy anything, however, when needed someone was available to answer my questions. Prices are reasonable and even comparable to online stores that focus on low prices to move volume. The furniture brands they carry are quality manufacturers and they can deliver for a small fee.

Traveled to Jeff City to special order a custom mattress for an antique bed.Jake assisted us with the process. He was outstanding!He asked us about the bed and what we were wanting in the type of mattress to meet our needs. Jake further explained the construction of the mattress that would provide a quality product to meet our need. He made excellent recommendations for proper care/support of the bed frame.The mattress construction time frame was amazing. I was expecting weeks not days!I was also pleased to look at their great sofa section while Jake and my husband continued their conversation.When I return to shop for a sofa I will be asking for Jake to assist us with the process!!!Thank you Jake, you made an unknown process comfortable and so easy. The JCM mattress is an excellent quality product; especially the Savanna Plush with micro coils on top. The 2 star rating is because the owners woke leftist mask wearing policy is not something I appreciate. I come to their store for furniture -- not for social services.-Even if customers arent required to wear masks, youre requiring employees / sales personnel to wear them. Who wants to talk to a sales person you cant see? Who wants to walk into a retail store where the owners try to sway the public to wear masks by having their employees do so?

We have never been disappointed here! Just ordered a beautiful bedroom, specialy made for us. It is going to be a little more expensive than the usual, but the features and quality will be well worth it. Cant wait to get! Prices in general are very reasonable. And the service is great.

He gets to know you and listens to what your looking for and helps find it. The quality is top shelf at JC Mattress as well, weve shopped at other stores and can see a huge difference, JC Mattress is just better.
