Im a long time Gerbes customer back from when they had a store in Fulton, Mo.The employees of this store remind me of the friendly and helpful people who worked at Fulton, the employees who worked there for years.Ive always gotten good service at this store.

Great selection of foods and services. They serve hot foot in the back of the store, with a dining area available. Gerbes are a great place to shop. A simple Shopping Card will help you get a wide variety of discounts. They do have a self-check area, floral department, liquor department, picnic items, etc. There is a restroom available for customers just to right of the main entrance, by floral. Their restrooms have been clean every visit Ive made.

If you use your Gerbes card to get the sale prices you can get good deal. Produce looks great. Very friendly staff. Meat looks great. Seasonal items go on clearance one month before the season is over. Clean stores. Specialty items like special dietary foods. Awesome baked goods. Remember to get your Gerbes Savings card, its quick, easy and its free. Not a debit or charge card.

Great people. The staff is always very helpful. Always going out of their way to help customers find what they need and make sure that their experience is the best. The prices are great too.

This is my favorite grocery store. I can always find. What I need. They have a great deli. Food is always fresh. Never have I had a problem there. The workers are always great.

I shop at this grocery store more often than others. This Gerbes marks a lot of good produce & deli items down in price, to keep the inventory fresh. The online coupons are easy to load, & they dont have to be printed off. Free Friday downloads & weekend coupons that need to be added to your electronic account can save even more money. They have a better cheese selection and Boars Head meat selection than the other Gerbes, which honestly surprised me.Most of the staff is helpful, and are available to assist with carry outs. Great when I have to buy a months worth of dog food.

I often drop by in the morning for goodies to get me through the work day and most days there is a nice, fresh collection of breads and donuts. There is a wide variety of fresh fruits, both organic and non. The delis fried chicken is darn good especially if you can get it when its been freshly made for the lunchtime hour.I only eat the chicken, the sides and salads have sadly proven to be either terribly bland or old and they look old. The staff for the most part is okay and the bathrooms are THE cleanest Ive ever seen in a grocery store.

I normally buy lunch here. Dont miss out on the restaurant in the back.

Store is always so clean, the nicest employees working there no matter what time you go in. I love the fact that this store has a wide variety of products that I have found I can only find in this store. I just love this store!

I love this store! Its clean, the checkers are very helpful and the prices are the best in town on many items esp if you get the e-coupons.

I patronize Gerbes weekly. But within the past couple of months I am not at all happy with the unsanitary habits of the cooking staff in the hot foods/Chinese/deli department. On three separate occasions I have witnessed the workers sneezing into the air, where the food is prepared. Picking at their faces with the same gloves used to handle food. I saw to young ladies messing with and fixing their hair while working with the food. I noticed the cooks and the workers not wearing gloves are hair nets. I have never seen workers washing their hands after taking money from customers. The workers just go back to preparing the food. With the flu season and many other germs that are passed on daily and making people sick, I would hope that Gerbes would address these issues.

This review is based solely on the floral department. I placed an order with the floral department a month prior to my gender reveal baby shower for blue confetti filled gray balloons. The girl taking the order said this order could be taken care of without difficulty. The Friday prior to the shower I called and confirmed the order and again was told everything would be ready for pick-up Sunday morning. When I went to go pick it up Sunday morning the order was not ready. The girl did not bother to call or to try to come up with a solution. I then provided her with a solution by telling her to get a box and fill it with blue balloons and then to wrap the box in gray wrapping paper. After over an hour of waiting as she put this together I was on my way to our shower to reveal to our family and friends the gender of our baby. Once the time came to open the box the girl had placed gray balloons in the box rather than blue and half of them were deflated. Completely dissatisfied with this entire department. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

A little pricy on some things. The staff are nice. Great verity of alcohol. Hot meals are delicious and great prices.

Huge selection, reasonable price, great sales, & very friendly. Wonderful Deli & Bakery. Gerbes has an excellently shopping app. Every Friday, you can download a free food item from the app.

Not happy. Once again I didnt get home with all my groceries. Had to call them, then go back. Just because they caught it AFTER I left they think its no problem, you can drive back!

This place is completely awful to its employees. I’ve never been so missed treated working at a job. The store manager Karen Trainor, treats employees with disabilities, like their dogs. This needs to stop

Such a better experience than Wal-Mart or any other large chain. Only thing I would suggest is a larger beer selection, but in all, Ive never had a bad experience at this Gerbes.

I have been a GERBES customer for 30+ years. I have tried ALL the stores in town, but still go back to Gerbes. They continue to be my favorite!

Smaller grocery store, carries some of the more upscale type stuff than walmart, not as noce as hyvee though, but far less expensive.

This is one of my favorite stores. Have been using their pharmacy for 15 years, they know me by name.

Chinese food is terrible unless you go in for lunch when it first gets cooked. My fried rice had been seeing in the heat so long it was crunchy. Spent $8 on a meal and couldnt eat hardly any of it. Had to their it away.
