Ms. Shay Brown went above and beyond what would should be e expected of any employee. Truly a gem of a person and as an employee. If anyone us listening in management give this lady a raise

Store seems to have done a complete turn around. What was once an unfriendly and quite messy store is now very clean, organized, and most of all, the staff is very helpful. Im very impressed by the new management and amazing transformation of this store. Thank you, especially appreciative of the Store Manager Sharon for making such a big difference!!!!

This store is always a mess. Customers had to find a cashier when one was standing very near the register and kept her back turned as the line formed until the young lady when to ask her for help instead she wanted to call someone else she was really not doing much which the cashier should have stopped and went help customers which was five people in line and which this mean she was never watching the cash register. I gave it to stars because the supplies are pretty full there.

I have no problems with the store, products, or services. However, there is one particular employee, who I cannot even identify the sex of, who is very rude, disrespectful, unwilling to help. I, as well as many other customers, feel as long as she is there, we will not continue to shop at this store. Me and many other residents of the neighborhood that shop at this store (#02194) have decided that we will no longer be a customer of said store as long as this individual is still employed.

On my way through town i decided to stop to see if there was an ethernet cable at the local family dollar. Apon arriving I was loudly approached by an employee about a purse that was a christmas present...namingly vera Bradley. And was told I had to leave it at the front of the store as he called it a backpack. I replied it was not a backpack abd I had no intention of stealibg from tge store...he then proceeded to tell me that i would he subject to search upon my leaving should i proceed further intp the store. I have never felt so disrespected. I will not ever be back.

Boxes and stock carts blocking half the aisles. Place was a total mess. They may have had what I wanted, but how could I tell? Hands down the worst dollar store Ive ever been in.

Horrible service. Trashy store. Stock in boxes all over the aisles. At least half of the store is inaccessible at the least. I wouldnt recommend going to this location. Looks nothing like in the pictures. Needs new management terribly.

(Forced to give 1 star to post). That so-called manager name Bridget, at this family dollar, needs to be fired or warned/set straight because she is very rude/not customer friendly at all. She yelled at someone I know in the store over a loaf of bread he was returning after noticing that it was smashed when she bagged it. He returned it the same day with receipt and she yelled at him saying WE DONT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON FOOD ONCE IT LEAVES THE STORE!!!(when the policy says totally different). They went back and forth until she finally gave up and then yelled at him again and told him to TAKE IT AND GOOOO! GOOOOO!! while he was telling her shes not customer friendly at all. Acting like its her daggon food/store. Im on the phone and can hear her getting crazy over nothing. This woman has been getting many complaints so why the hell is she still there? You people are that desparate in keeping your businesses going by hiring anybody especially a racist/satans child/dark heart and yes she is. Trying to get sued? Ridiculous. Losing her fotten mind over a return of something thats not even hers/her product. Stupid. Just sad and very uncalled for. Pardon my book, but this had to be noted.

This store is a mess. I walked around the store 4 times looking for a sharpie and scotch tape and had to dodge boxes and misplaced items on every single isle. I never found the sharpie (or any stationary supplies) and the employee working the floor visibly avoided me so I didnt even bother to chase her down.

Horrible. The Family Dollar on Jefferson Hwy. Near Causeway is the WORST Family Dollar I have ever visited.

The managers Bridgette and Kim are very rude and dont care about their customers. Bridgette is a racist.Where is the head manager Evelyn miss her hope she comes back soon but hearing she is no longer there. I will not be shopping there anymore. Worst customer service ever.

E-coupons saves alot of money

I had a difficult return and the staff called their district manager, Doug, who helped return all the items that I wanted to return. Friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond the call of duty.

Family Dollar has always been a budget saver for my household. All items are satisfactory!!.

The guy at the register was the only one really working. The workers here are lazy. Guy called for register assistants they just stood there seeing that it was a long line behind me.

Store is always a mess and they dont have good customer service, only go there cause it convenient for me.

Always a mess, cant hardly get a cart through the isles, so ditch the cart, grab a small arm basket! Shipping boxes everywhere. U can find what you want eventually, prices worth the hassle.

They always close before theyre not supposed to they close at 10 00 and I get there at 950 and they already lock the doors

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star they closed a hour before the time they should but they don’t care clearly and they are the rudest humans I’ve ever come across but you can’t expect anything else smfh
